Hello and Welcome!!

Greetings! My name is Williebadger618. You can tell from that screen-name that I am a big, no...huge, no...ugh...lets just say, Gravity Falls will always be my favorite show...with The Loud House coming in second.

A bit of background:
I've been writing since I was about six-years-old. I wrote stories for my local library and entered them into a book-writing contest. Needless to say, I have won numerous times in a row. But alas, my final story I've written for the contest did not place.

I started watching Gravity Falls towards the end of its first season. When I first saw the trailer on Disney Channel, it did not peak my interest; I just assumed it was going to be another lame attempt at a cartoon series. I'll never forget how I got hooked on the show...

STORY TIME!

I was sitting on the couch in the den one afternoon, trying to find some television show to watch. To me, nothing seemed to grab my interest until I came across Gravity Falls. The episode airing was The Bottomless Pit. After pondering with myself for some time, I decided to check out the show.

As I'm watching the show, it seemed to be pretty entertaining. The one-liners Stan mumbled were humorous. Many of times throughout the show, I would burst into laughter every time when Grunkle Stan had some smart-allec comment to say. The logic Soos had to share was quite interesting. Especially his attempts on telling a story. He acted so much like a man-child, even though he is one. However, when I saw how supportive and protective Dipper was towards Mabel, I instantly fell in love with the twins, and the show itself. When the commercial breaks ended, I don't think I even moved a single muscle in my body.

At the end of Bottomless Pit, I remember specifically saying: "Oh, my gosh...THAT WAS THE BEST SHOW I'VE EVER SEEN!" Me being a new fan, I raced up to my room, found all of the episodes on demand and on YouTube and within hours, I was all caught up with the series.

Gravity Falls altered my life, and today, it is still a huge part of my life, despite it ending back in early 2016.

Anyways...
After the season finale, I was getting board, rematching the same episodes over again. I needed something different. I decided one night to type in "Gideon Rises" in the search engine, and it brought me to this website; FanFiction. (It only took me six months to find the archive page for Gravity Falls; heh, I was way behind on the curb). It wasn't until December, 2014 did I finally receive an account and I was able to share my ideas to the Gravity Falls FanFiction World.

HOW MY STORIES PROGRESSED THROUGHOUT THE YEARS...(is that a good title? Does it have to be like...puns or something?)

My first attempt at a Gravity Falls FanFic was written in script form. You're probably thinking why. Well, its because I really didn't know the character's personalities that well. Now I know I said I'm a huge fan, but hey, you have to cut me some slack. I know I said numerous times that I was going to change it and re-upload the story to make it more modern like how my stories are now, but I decided not to change it. I often look back at it now, and I'm like..."wow, I wrote that like...like that?"

Not What He Seems however, really got the creative juices flowing. I must have posted at least five fanfics regarding the episode itself. Those are in actual dialog form; like how the real books are written.

The Weirdmageddon archive...I must have written at least four fanfics regarding the "movie". (Come on, with all those episodes together, I cannot be the only one who thinks it should be a movie. The first four episodes of Star vs. The Forces of Evil was considered as a movie. So I'm gonna say the Weirdmageddon trilogy was indeed the Gravity Falls Movie.)

Currently, I now am writing a series myself, taking place months after the twins left the strange town. The original, along with its sequel, are completed. The newest saga has officially been released, since June 3, 2018. I urge you to check out No Goodbye, I Promise, and Tallest Pines in the Woods. Let me know what your thoughts are and I may take your comments into consideration as I write the series.

Gravity Falls Series Finale Reflection

The finale of my favorite television series, Gravity Falls, was really heartwarming, thrill-seeking, and stomach turning. There were so many great parts to the finale. If I had to pull out the three most awesome scenes from the finale, I would choose:
(1) The formation of the Shack-atron
(2) The conclusion of Bill Cipher
(3) The end of Weirdmageddon
If I had to pick out the three most heart melting moments from the finale, I would choose:
(1) Stan loosing (then recovering) his memory
(2) Soos becoming the new manager of the Mystery Shack
(3) Dipper and Mabel turning thirteen, and going back home to Piedmont.

Even though the books have closed with this animated series, Gravity Falls will always be number 1 to me, out of anyone else's opinion. I was distraught when the finale of Gravity Falls ended, but at least we can say, it made it to 3.5 to 4 years on television.

Big thanks to Alex Hirsch for making such a great, and successful show for the Disney network. You have done a fantastic job grabbing not only children's attention, but also adults and entire families. Gravity Falls has definitely changed my view on the world, and if time travel was invented, I would definitely travel back, and rewatch Gravity Falls when it first appeared on television. You, sir, are an amazing person. Thank you for Gravity Falls.

2017 And Beyond

Hey guys. 2017 is finally here! It's a big year for me, so I wanted to take a few minutes and share with you what will be happening with me, my stories, my account, etc.

(1) Decisions and Disappearances

Oh, yes. How could I forget that four month long hiatus I took? So hard to believe. But like I have said in my Author's Note, the final chapter will be coming by the end of this month. I'm trying for (01/23/17). The latest it could be out would be February. But, I'm trying to hold onto that January release. You will all find out how it all ends, so don't go hating on me yet. It's hard to balance out school and writing for fan fiction. Speaking of which...

(2) School

If you don't know by now, I'm a senior in high school. First five month have been manageable, but now I have to survive the other five months (or should I say last five months) of my high school experience. School has really taken up my time. I'm involved with a lot of extracurricular activities and clubs. Not to mention that homework has its ways of piling up, and tests this year are sort of brutal. Especially when I have to read The Tragedy of Macbeth by Shakespeare for English. My graduation is set for June, but around this time, Midterms are right around the corner, and the teachers are starting to pile up test after test after test since our cut-off date for tests is next Monday. Gotta love high school. Things do, however, settle down around the end of January, which is why the last chapter for Decisions and Disappearances has a release date so far in the month.

(3) After High School

Once I graduate in June, I'll be attending community college for a few years before I fully concentrate on my major at a University downtown where I live. Community college is not too bad, so it should not eat up so much of my time. However, as I get older...you know what, I should save this when I talk about it on number 5

(4) Summer 2017

I know it seems far out there, but if you've been reading my stories, you know that summer is a busy season for me. I'm always out with my friends, I travel a lot and I'll be working (hopefully) four times a week by summer vacation. (Yes, I still have my job). Summer of 2017 will be different because I'll have a lot of grad parties to attend and I'll be going on a tropical getaway for my grad gift. When I go to college, it will start in the late summer, which I suppose is okay, but I'll have to manage my time.

Alright...on to the bad news.

Now before I get to number 5, let me just say that I hope you all won't be too upset with me, but I've been thinking about it a lot and I think it will be for the best.

(5)...I'm leaving Fanfiction soon.

Let me just start out by saying the key word in that title is "soon". It's not like I'm packing up and saying "sayonara". I know for a fact that college will be tough to manage and I honestly don't see myself staying on this website writing fan fiction for much longer. However, I do plan on writing a few more one-shots for Gravity Falls here and there before I make my final departure from this website. But speaking about Gravity Falls, I'm not as crazy about it when I was a little younger. I love the show, but having it on repeats (even though it's like never on anymore on Disney XD) get's sort of boring after a while. Gravity Falls is still the best show I ever watched, but I'm growing up, and I'm running out of things to write about for the show. If you're thinking of my last day, I'd say it would be by the middle of August, 2017. I plan on leaving before I go to college. What does this mean for my account? I'm still keeping it up. All of my stories will be up and I may drop a review here and there, but I don't see myself writing much after August.

For those of you who are disappointed, I do apologize. But I think after the somewhat crazy schedule I've been having, I think leaving Fanfiction is for the best.

Okay everyone. So now you know what's gonna happen in the next seven months. I hope you all aren't too disappointed, but at least you now know where I stand.

August 2017 Update (Preferably 08.10.2017)

Hey guys!

So, can you recall when I told you all that I'll be departing from FanFiction soon? Yeah, well, that day is coming soon. But, because I wrote a story that grabbed the attention of a lot of readers, I now have to move back my departure date. It was set for August 22 (THE DAY BEFORE I START COLLEGE). However, I do know this: As soon as I am done the sequel to No Goodbye, I will be leaving this website. My leaving date looks like it could be after the Labor Day holiday. I won't have a date set in stone until the sequel is complete. But that is where I stand at this moment in time.

October 2017 Update (Preferably 10.11.2017)

Hey guys!

College is going good so far. I am putting the majority of my time with the toughest classes I have this semester (Intermediate Algebra and Introduction to Psychology). I am taking a full load this semester which is one of the reasons why I've been very MIA lately. Rest assured, I am reading your comments with I Promise. If you haven't been aware, the sequel is currently paused until (HOPEFULLY) mid-December. I'm keeping my fingers cross for chapter's three and four to be published by DECEMBER 16! (This is not a promise, its a goal that I am hoping to accomplish.) I know you guys really want me to work on it now, and as we speak, I am. I'm about a third of the way through chapter 3. I'm getting there. I just have to finish my first semester of college, and then I will have a whole month to get this fanfiction frenzy under control.

Thank you for baring with me. I don't mean to get your hopes up with this possible release date. But, do plan for chapter's three and four to be out before the new year. That, I CAN promise. Hope your school year is going good. Keep up the good work in your classes. Just know that Halloween is right around the corner.

March 2018 Update (Preferably 03.22.2018)

Hey guys!

Happy Spring! Well, for those of you who are actually receiving the warm-like temperatures. For me, where I live, its been snowing for about three weeks. This weather is so wacky; I want spring-like temperatures. I want to go outside for my classes. In fact, I want summer. Yeah, summer! I want that.

All right...excuse my small tantrum...I bet you guys are wondering what the deal is for the No Goodbye and the I Promise sequel. I know I said I would get it out within a month, but the truth is, I just don't have time at the moment. I'm in two honors societies, working longer shifts, homework, and a ten-page paper I have to write on social media (don't ask). My last day of classes is during the second week in May, but I'm planning on taking a summer class up until the end of June. You would think that after five classes a semester, I would want a break from school in general, right? Well yeah, but I will be ahead of the game. Because, after the summer class, and the classes I plan to take for Fall 2018, I will only have about 7 more left to take, and then I'll be transferring to a new school. Hard to believe my Freshman Year of college is almost over. I'm gonna be a Sophomore soon, holy crap.

Tallest Pines in the Woods (the one-shot sequel) will be out by the summer. I know, I'm sorry for the hiatus, but school is important. You know that, right? However, I probably will be writing short, humorous one-shots for you guys throughout the remainder of the semester. (And when I say short, I mean short. Short as in no detail) Just gotta think of some ideas. If you have ideas as to what I should write, PM me!

The Mystery Kids: Just The Start- After breaking out of prision, rebuilding the giant Gideon-Bot, and declaring himself ruler of Gravity Falls, Gideon Gleeful, is determined to capture the Pines Twins and end them once and for all. Located in California, a team of specialized agents for an organization called the "Twin Protection Program" watch Dipper and Mabel running through the woods, trying to get away from the evil clutches of an eight year old physic. The leader of the T.P.P., saves the Twins, and takes them to California, where they meet a girl named Gwen. She learns about the secrets of Gravity Falls, and all about Gideon, and encounters a visit with Bill Cipher. Gwen is shown to be a very powerful thirteen year old, who teams up with Dipper and Mabel, and to save Gravity Falls.

An alternate universe; different than her summer home. During her time in Sllaf Ytivarg, she meets new people, but not average and friendly than the ones she has back in Gravity Falls. New threats emerge in this new town, and she has to help defeat the powerful nightmare creator, or else she will never get home. Dipper on the other hand was unsure how to feel and to react that the portal ate his sister. Does he have it in his heart to save his sister from the alternate universe, even though she betrayed him? Can Dipper gain to trust this new family member, and work side by side with him in order to save Mabel?
