Chapter 3 is out guys. Idk why but this chapter was really hard to write. I had so many ideas but just couldn't get them down the way I wanted to. I'll probably take this down and revise it, but first I want to hear your guys opinion. Don't be afraid to give constructive criticism. Again I would like to reiterate that I haven't seen past season 5 of rwby, so most of the interactions I have within the family is based on the wiki. Anyways, enjoy!

Weiss is called to her father's office and told that she is to become the new heir of the family fortune. He tells her that there will be a publicity stunt next at the end of the week and that she is to be prepared to sing for his guests. She leaves his office with a mental note to stop smoking this week. She had picked up the habit a lifetime ago when kunai and jutsu rocked the landscape. He had his first cigar at 9 years old and had been trying to kick the habit since, but sometimes in the middle of the night, he would go to his balcony and take the mask off with a burning cigar trapped between his lips as the nicotine helped to wash the paranoia away. She had made a promise to kick the habit after her reincarnation, but sometimes when she would wake up with hands shaking from phantom pains and images of corpses burning because they didn't have the time or men to dig graves, he would open the window and just sit on the edge as the taste of ash helped to unclog her throat and slow the shaking of her hands.

It was after he saw his sister sing in front of the hundreds who attended her choir that he finally understood the position he was in. It was after he saw Weiss stand strong next to their father without flinching for a picture that he understood that she had already grown up and could not take care of him forever. He would no longer be able to just hide in a corner as his far too old sister allowed their father to do whatever he pleased to protect him, Whitley vowed right then to no longer need his sister's protection. However, what could he do? He did not have the strength and courage to stand and keep on standing if he was knocked down, he was not proficient enough with glyphs to press them against bruises that never should be seen on a child's body, or have the knowledge to create a makeshift cast for when he heard the sickening crack of bones that were interlaced with the thudding of metal meeting flesh. What he could do, however, was learn to please. He would become exactly as his father wanted, he would become too valuable a tool to injure, and he would slowly come to despise a sister who tried to keep him from becoming his father.

12:14 PM Winter Schnee to Weiss Schnee

Winter Schnee: Hi Weiss! (Deleted)

Winter Schnee: Sister, I am informing you (Deleted)

Winter Schnee: Weiss, I'll be at the house (Deleted)

Winter Schnee: I just want to see how you are doing (Deleted)

Winter Schnee: I can't believe it's been a year since I've left and now I don't even know how to talk to you. What am I supposed to say? I just want to say I'll be home and every time I begin typing I can't get the image of you pushing me into the broom closet out of my head. (Deleted)

Winter Schnee: Please forgive me, Weiss, I want you to say you hate me and then forgive me, why do you always pretend everything is fine even when you live in that house! I'm Sorry (Deleted)

Winter Schnee: Hello, and greetings Weiss. I will be returning home tomorrow morning.

Weiss Schnee: Ok

Winter Schnee: I hope to see you and brother there.

Weiss Schnee: I'll be there. Whitley will probably be there.

Winter Schnee: Hopefully we can have a duel. If you are going to an academy in Atlas, I'd be happy to test you…

Weiss Schnee: Sure, let's say 4:00 pm at the family training ground?

Winter Schnee: Yes, that will work for me. I shall see you tomorrow.

Weiss is there to greet her sister upon her return. She is the only one waiting by the landing pad and the two of them exchange greetings. Weiss lets Winter into the car and a taxi drives the two back to the estate where they part ways for Winter to greet Jacques. Willow does not see her eldest daughter and Whitley is harsh and abrasive to her. Winter knows how to deal with this, she has prepared what to say when her father greets her coldly, she steels her emotions as her mother tells her to go away, and she is hurt, but hides her emotions when her little brother mocks her for being disowned. However, she doesn't know how to talk to her little sister who constantly wears an eye patch and mask and slouches with an eye smile when they're alone and asks about how her studies are going. She does not understand how a house filled with such fear and greed has not turned her sister into a copy of their father or worse their mother. It is only when 4 o'clock arrives that she relaxes as she guides them towards the training grounds. She has come with a mission, to prove to herself that she is strong enough to not need her little sister's protection.

"Do you need to change before we start? I'm in my battle dress, but I'd hate to ruin your dress," Weiss cocks an eyebrow and smiles at her sister. "Don't worry about me, i'll be fine." Winter nods and walks to the other side before pulling out her sword. Weiss stands on the other side, hands relaxed on their sides as she waits. Winter lets in a breath, then two before glyphs appear underneath her and she is sent charging at her sister. She shoots forwards, eyes aimed at her sister's chest before she is suddenly on her back looking up into the sky.

"Nice try sis," Weiss says from above her with an eye smile before walking away as winter lays on the ground trying to understand how it happened.

Winter challenges her again with the same result and it's after the 4th time that she gives in and asks how she is doing it.

"Oh you know, aura and magic," Weiss gives her an eye smile and winter resists the urge to try and choke her.

On her 17th birthday, she confidently climbs the stairs to her father's office. At 12:10 she goes to her father and asks to study at beacon academy. At 12:15, her father slams his desk and calls in his secretary. At 12:20 Weiss is standing in the official training room without a weapon as her father's secretary stands before her with a control panel in hand. At 12:22, a large suit of armor stands before her with a blade almost as tall as her. At 12:25, a hand surrounded by ice stabs through the chest of the suit which eventually falls to the ground like a puppet cut from its strings. Weiss is not even breathing heavily as the secretary stammers at seeing the absolute ruthlessness she unleashed upon it. At 12:35, her father relents and tells her it was a test of her abilities, something she had already worked out the second she saw it. She nods and leaves the room to begin packing.

Weiss waits in the private bullhead that her father provided as vast amounts of dust are loaded onto her ship. Her father does not come out to see her leave, but the night before, she said goodbye to her brother and leaned against her mother's doorway while listening to her crying and asking for forgiveness behind the wood. After her sobs had finally ended she opened the door and placed her on the bed. She took note of the bottles of alcohol scattered across the room and left without a word. In her time at the Schnee manor, Weiss had been experimenting with dust as a replacement of chakra with interesting results. So far none have allowed her to replicate her infamous Chidori, but she believes it is only a matter of time. It is as the bullhead begins to ascend that she lets a small smile slip from her face as she finally begins her journey to Beacon.

It is as the bullhead begins to descend that Weiss gets her first clear view of Beacon Academy. If it were not for her living in a mansion for the last 17 years, she would be amazed at the technological marvel of it. The closest thing she can compare it to from her past life is the Hokage tower, but that still pales in comparison to the structure before her. She walks down the steps with a slouch and one handheld above her singular eye before finally touching down on solid ground once more. Deciding to take a look around the courtyard, she looks up as several more bullheads begin to dock, though she can see the multitude of people in each compared to her private one. She hurries back into the bullhead and changes as her father's men begin to unload the dust from the bullhead for the school to keep ready for her. She pokes her head out a minute later and sees the courtyard filled with people before fully stepping out.

Weiss is wearing a reinforced ice blue bell sleeve bolero with a snowflake embroidered on the back. Underneath is a strapless white-blue gradient dress and a blue mask that comes down to her neck. She has on black leggings and steel-toed boots. Finally, a blue eyepatch with a snowflake decoration rests against her left eye.

Well, there you go. Weiss has finally arrived in Beacon! Next time prepare for Kakashi being happy forest jumping, ruby awkwardly trying to make friends, yang being chad, and Blake reading smut. I can already see Weiss and blake getting along realllll well. Again, please review, and tell me what you would like fixed.
