Why I'm abandoning this story.
To summarize it, I am gonna be super busy and mihoyo is a shit company.
Now lets do an indepth analysis.
I have an exam coming up in about an year and a half. Now you may think that's a lot of time to prepare for an exam, but this exam is pretty important. Like so important that my mom will no joke kick me out of the house if I fail it. So important that if I fail it, I will have to delete myself and restart hoping for a better intelligence stat.
Second, most characters in Genshin impact are too bland. Even the most eccentric character, Hu Tao is about as spicy as boiled rice. There simply is no way anyone can write stuff about characters built so bad. Stories about characters cannot be good if the original character is bad.
I started out as the harem all being in one world, and in one continuous story, rather than being one-shots. (This one is on me. I'm dumb.) I struggle to develop a cohesive plot which makes sense literally. There are only so many cliched plots that can be assigned to vanilla characters.
So, what will happen to the story now? To be perfectly honest, even I don't know. I guess I can put it up for adoption, and send some story drafts to the step-authors. But I think I have such a shitty and unique sense of humor, there is probably no one in the world who could make the story shittier (like it should be.)
Or you guys can wait until my exam is over, and I continue the story again. In the mean time, you guys can check this artist named Kurocrimson on twitter and pixiv. They seem to be on board with the Aether's harem thing, and have amazing drawing skills.(oh they make manga by the way)
