Hello! Thanks for paying me a visit and joining me for another chapter in the ever continuing world of the Vehicon Drone Caspian! In this chapter, Megatron finally makes it back to the ship with a special guest that makes a rather shocking first impression. Plus, since I have been so lazy with my updates, I have added a bonus story about Soundwave and Antaeus at the end. I was thinking about just making this a separate chapter and putting it One Shots instead, but then I thought, Eh… I still like to tease my audience… Make it shorter.
Thank you everyone that still sticks around to read my stories. As long as people still have fun with them, I'll keep typing them up. Stay safe! ;3
Remember! Don't be afraid to review and ask questions. I love to hear from my readers.
WARNINGS: If you are not into yaoi, slash, or mech preg, please do not read then try giving me a hard time in the comments and reviews. Chapter 39
Right now I'm having amnesia and déja vu at the same time.
I think I've forgotten this before.
-Steven Write
There was no time for Soundwave to react properly. As soon as Breakdown told him Cass was missing, the Communications Officer panicked and found himself stuck between fight or flight. But when the holoscreen system inside of his glass screen flashed to life, he immediately took off running. There was an active emergency Ground Bridge opening outside the med-bay, and Soundwave just knew it had to be his beloved Caspian. That instinct in his Spark ignited like a bursting flame and he bolted before Breakdown could ask where he was going.
"Caspian!" The usually silent mech cried out as he skidded around a corner, not realizing that the base of his mask already slid open. Any obstacle that was in his path he ignored, including the very few maintenance drones that were not assigned to occupy the Main bridge. Most were shocked to hear vocalization from the slim flyer as he whisked past them, but when that settled into their minds a select few noticed Soundwave had screamed for Cass. Moments later, Breakdown was charging past the befuddled troops desperately trying to catch up with the rogue telepath.
"Officer Breakdown?!" One brave Miner, furlough from his duties on Earth, felt brave enough to run alongside his higher official. "I am Miner Drone JUL-1AN! Commander Soundwave called out a friend's name in passing! Is Vehicon Drone CA-591-AN in any trouble!"
"He may be!" Breakdown admitted honestly without slowing his gate. "And if you desire to lend a servo, I won't reject the proposal! Knockout and I might need the assistance!"
"Sir!" The Miner replied as he waved at a few more of his comrades en route. Soon a collective gang of four Drones was following their trusted Officer straight to the med-bey. One more turn at the end of a corridor, and the newly formed group came upon a remarkable sight. Cass was there, unconscious over Knockout's knee and being cradled up right by both him and a distraught Soundwave. Another Drone was slumped against the opposite wall, and slowly slid into a seated position on the floor; shaking and clasping his side in pain.
"General Officer Antaeus?" One Grounder found some courage to approach the tall Eradicon, aware of his reputation, but felt safe with so many other officials nearby. "What has happened here?"
"He… H-He just went crazy…" Antaeus wheezed dramatically and winced when the troop touched his opposite shoulder. "I… Tried to stop him… Tried t-to reason with him… But he just attacked us like a wild beast!"
"Who?" Breakdown knelt down in front of the fallen flyer. "Who did this to you and Caspian?"
"S… Steve… V-Vehicon… Steve… Uh…"
"Steve?" The name was whispered repeatedly around the corridor in a quiet echo. Every Drone, be they Miner, Vehicon, or Eradicon, all tilted their helms in disbelief. Vehicon Drone Steve did this? Impossible. He was crazy for becoming Starscream's temporary berth-mate, and not exactly the brightest of floral crystals in the cavern bed, but he was by all means a decent mech. There was no way he had it in him to attack anyone unless they tried to hurt him first. That would explain why Antaeus was so damaged but didn't explain what happened to Cass. Steve would never hurt the innocent. Did Antaeus really save Cass from someone else, and was just mistaken about Steve? Some wouldn't put it past the deranged mech for making this up, and even Breakdown found himself skeptical, but this could all be straightened out later. The one most in need of care was the Carrying mech struggling to draw intake.
"Have you a diagnosis yet Knockout?" The medical assistant turned on his heels to carefully listen to his partner's instructions. On passing he grazed his hand over Soundwave's wing strut. The flyer could feel the kind gesture but didn't really acknowledge it. He was solely focused on his youngling and was struggling to keep his scrap together. He was doing surprisingly well knowing that if he panicked any more, he could do more harm than good, so the telepath bit his bottom lip-plate and caressed his digits on the underside of Cass's audio. Taking a few slow intakes he gently swaddled the sweet young model under his chin and gently rocked him in a half embrace.
"So far everything just looks worse than it is." Knockout gestured over Cass's abdomen with a handheld monitoring system. He sounded optimistic, and even relatively well rested. "We should take him to Megatron's quarters for a more extensive exam. There's still no room in the med-bay, and it would be good for him to wake up in a familiar setting."
"B-but what about your equipment?" Soundwave stuttered on his static filled vocals. The stress building through his helplessness shivered around his metal so fiercely he accidentally rebooted Laserbeak. She whined a little at first, but she caught on to what was happening right away. The red mech noticed the shaking on the small symbiote's chassis, and without thinking he pushed his servo over her back to prevent her from flying off. When he was sure she was going to stay put, Knockout put on his best empathetic smile and assured Soundwave that everything was going to be okay.
"I stashed a medical kit in Megatron's living area for in-dorm visits. However, with that thought, Breakdown—?"
"I will send another drone to follow with a case of low-grade, an internal E-Stem with wireless X-ray, and a datapad loaded with Cass's info and test results." Breakdown was up on his pedes and dashing for the med-bey doors while waving to the other drones to follow him. "You two, stay with the injured Eradicon until I return to treat him. The rest of you, please come with me to gather needed supplies."
"Yes sir." All four of the troops answered in unison. The two that followed Breakdown were more than happy to help. The two left behind were less enthusiastic, but they would never say no to the gentle giant of the Nemesis. As they knelt beside Antaeus to feign their concern for him the best they could, Knockout busied himself with tucking Cass's frame in Soundwave's arms.
"Hold him tight but gently to your frame, Soundwave." The red mech instructed on a soft whisper. "He will be safe in your arms as we walk to Megatron's quarters."
"B-But I-I…" Soundwave shook nervously. He didn't want to stand while holding the unconscious Bearer, fearing Cass would accidently slip from his quivering wing struts. Knockout could see the strain over his metal, so he carefully cradled his arms under the navy blue mech's elbow joints and slowly helped him to stand.
"There… You're already on your pedes. If you can make it this far, you can make the rest of the way. Caspian needs you right now Soundwave… your youngling needs his Carrier." The medic was very careful to whisper that last part of his statement, to be sure no eavesdropping drones could hear him and later spread more rumors around the ship. His encouragement seemed to have done the trick and Soundwave curled his servos around Cass's frame firmly. One step at a time the telepath leisurely marched down the dimly lit corridor and Knockout followed in tow. The medic had his servo lightly hovering behind Soundwave's back strut for a while, but gradually let his hands fall to his side.
The two drones left with Antaeus watched the higher officials walk away with questions and concerns. They were so distracted watching Soundwave and Knockout disappear into the dark warship's halls they didn't notice the lingering smirk on the broken Eradicon's faceplate. It was a large, scrap eating grin that hid his dark thoughts. He legitimately believed he had once again gotten away with his sins.
"Where are we now Megatronous?" A red and blue mech questioned with wide optics darting around a large and strange room. Everything was happening so quickly, and the confused Bot had no idea what was happening. He felt like he had just woken up from a very long slumber but couldn't remember when he last fell asleep. Worse yet, when he fully opened his eyes, he was in a place he did not recognize, and his chest felt like it had been ripped apart from the inside. His only comfort was the sight of one of his dearest friend being there to greet him. There must have been a fight of some kind since his friend was standing over him in a battle stance, but there was no time to question it fully. Not when the attack was apparently still going on, and strangers appeared out of nowhere. Before the red and blue mech could process the strangers calling him by a different name, his friend sent him through a Ground Bridge to another strange and dark place.
"Stay here a moment." Megatron ushered his unexpected guest to the nearest seat. He took his large, clawed hands and patted them over the smaller mech's, who gasped at the sight. The last time he remembered seeing these digits they were rounded and gentle looking, but now they were sharpened beyond recognition. "I understand everything that has happened so far has been a total shock for you Orion, but I'm afraid I must take my leave for a short while."
"What?" The mech he'd addressed as Orion muttered. He was in a strange place and the only thing that was familiar to him wanted to leave him alone. Alone in the dark with no answers to his questions or previous memories to comfort his insecurities. "Megatronus please… Please don't leave me alone in the dark. I feel so conflicted and lost right now and you are all I have."
"Opt-Orion." The taller mech shook his helm and felt the servos in his own clasp onto him tighter. These gestures he remembered of Orion were once charming, and he still found the feeling to be appealing. But now it was becoming a bit of a hindrance that kept him from seeing his beloved. He also had a fear of letting Optimus in to see his mate-to-be. The Prime's memories may be in shambles now, but there was no way to tell if he would remember everything that was currently happening. If he somehow regained the memories of his time as a Prime, would he also have recalled his presence of his current identity as Orion, and would he use this newfound knowledge against him? This was all very confusing and time consuming to the warlord, but as he glanced at the old and tired faceplate of his longtime rival, he also caught a glimmer of innocence in his optics. Megatron could see in his gaze an old friend and once closest ally reaching out for him, and he found himself caving to the lost mech's will. "Alright… Alright you may follow me, and I don't mean to sound insensitive, but I need you to be out of the way. You may stay close but try not to hover."
"Understood." Orion bowed his helm. He wasn't sure what was going on, but if Megatronus said this was best for him, he would follow the instruction. He didn't have much choice with his current state anyway. Before they stood, Megatron waved his clawed hands over Orion's helm. It wasn't until a few random lights switched on that the shorter mech understood he was waving at a sensor.
"Beyond this door is my berth chambers, I…" Megatron hesitated. Should he tell the truth honestly, or tiptoe around it as best he could then fill in the gaps later. The longer he thought about it, the more he realized he was wasting time, so he just blurred out whatever came to mind. If he had more time to properly think he would have at least planned something to say convincingly and build on his lies from there, but when his mind was filled with Cass's safety, his consciousness was deeply clouded. "There is a lot to unravel, beyond these doors, because even I am uncertain of what I will see. But to keep the explanations short… I have taken on a Berthmate… He is carrying, and I fear he is in poor health."
"That explains your hesitation to let me follow you." The red and blue bot responded in kind. Briefly shocked but understanding regardless. "If needed I can help you old friend. I was a volunteer monitrice for the medical center while I was still working in the Archives, remember?"
"Apparently you did?" The giant slightly chortled as he entered the code to open the doors. However, the tyrannical leader froze at the chaotic sight when they parted ways, and he couldn't register what he was feeling at that moment. Sadness, relief, anger, fury, or even fear, the one emotion he could not stand the most. But it reflected tangibly in his frame as he tensed in the door frame, staring at his lover's seemingly lifeless body on his berth. The feeling of Orion's hand curving around Megatron's arm was meant to be comforting, but it just made his conflict worse. It was a chore to stay mutual around the Prime, but his struggle was necessary. For Cass's sake.
"Soundwave, you should send Laserbeak to recharge." Knockout commented, clearly not noticing the warlord and his guest behind him. "She could sustain neural damage if not charged properly."
"I-I-I-I am not l-l-l-leaving Cas-Caspian…" The telepath was also distracted enough not to notice his master's return. Not while his wiring was short circuiting and shooting sparks through his transformation seams. He felt so useless kneeling at the foot of the berth and watching the medic tuck a mesh pillow under his youngling's helm. That was something he could have easily taken care of himself if he wasn't such an emotional wreck. Soundwave hated being so dysfunctional, and worse of all, not having the strength to help the only loved one existing in his function.
"I know you're worried, but Caspian is safe and by all accounts healthy." The doctor yawned briefly while he rummaged through his medical kit for a cool pack. "All of his and Mercy's vital signs have been checked out. He is running a slight fever, but that is normal for carrying mech's in their second trimester."
"Only his second trimester? He's so… Small though." Orion's deep voice reverberated around the two con's helms and spurred them into immediate action. Knockout's first initial reaction; protect his patient, and he quickly but carefully covered Cass with the broader side of his frame. Soundwave, on the other hand, went straight into his offensive mode and withdrew his data-feelers with so much force they became uncontrollable projectiles. There was enough precision in his aim that he would have hit the Prime head on with the intent of strangling him or snapping his neck strut. The panicked telepath would have made his mark if Megatron hadn't stepped in his path. The strong cables tightened around his battle-ridden leader unintentionally at first with one feeler entangled below Megatron's wrist, and the second gripped like a python around his waist.
"At ease Soundwave!" The silver warrior grunted from the force of Soundwave's attack. His third-in-command was the only mech he knew that had the strength to actually knock the air out of his tanks, whether Megatron allowed him to make ground with his assaults or not. Orion appeared again out from behind the large shoulders of his estranged friend and out of concern placed his servo over Megatron's emblem. With his free servo, the warlord pushed against the confused Autobot and whisked Orion back behind his frame. "Uhn! Soundwave! Stand down! That is an order!"
"C-C-C-Can't… G-G-G-Glitch in C… CPU…" Soundwave was having difficulty drawing intake himself. The stress and anxiety he had collected for the past twenty-four hours was finally erupting in all its finest glory. The air was so heavy around his vents he couldn't control his strength. His grip tightened before he gave his feelers enough slack for Megatron to escape. He couldn't speak or move as his master stalked towards him and stepped over the cables now left strewn on the ground. Knockout watched the progression over his own shoulder and made sure to cover Cass's legs in case Megatron decided to take disciplinary actions against the weary telepath. Fortunately for Soundwave, not only was he Megatron's most trusted officer, but he was also the former gladiator's longest lasting companion.
"Come with me my friend. We both need space to catch our breath." Megatron curled his servos around Soundwave's upper wing struts, in a curiously tender way. "I know you wish to remain here, but I fear we are both too charged to be of any help. Let us retire to my living area and rest. I can see Caspian is safe, and he will need us to be at our best when he comes too."
"Nnnn-n-n-no-no…" Megatron was now virtually holding his third in command up by his shoulders. Soundwave was just unable to focus on his legs, and he became so frustrated with himself, he visibly began to cry. Thin strands of tears streaked down the exposed faceplate below his remaining visor. He couldn't stop his light sobbing, no matter how much he tried to will himself to do so. His leader was apparently the only one empathetic to his sadness and sighed deeply in his newly found sympathy.
"We will leave my doors ajar. I promise, I will not take you far from your favorite assistant."
"Hhhhh-him-him…" Soundwave glanced at the Prime standing against the furthest wall and trying to make himself look smaller. The telepath was not going to be fooled by this show of false timid behavior. There was no way he was letting Optimus Prime anywhere near his Sparkling and future descendant. "L-L-L-L-Leave… Leave now-now…"
"I… I may be of help." Orion said apprehensively. "I was once a volunteer at the Iconian Sparkling wards, and I have taken time to study the science behind Sparkling and Bearer health—."
"NO!" The navy blue flyer renewed his anger, and he tried to lunge for the Autobot in heightened fury. He was barely held back by Megatron, but the giant mech managed by taking a softer approach.
"Soundwave! Please!" The silver giant pleaded with his servos now cuffed around his comrades faceplate, and compelling Soundwave's gaze to lock with his own. "Orion is an old friend that has been lost for a long time, but I still vouch for his honesty!"
Soundwave retracted his data-feelers on a rapid feeling of confusion. Did he hear his lord and master correctly? "O-Ori-rion…?"
"Yes Soundwave… The friend I once told you of." Megatron leaned in close so he could whisper into Soundwave's audio-fin. "I need you to trust me…"
"Officer Knockout? Officer Breakdown has sent me with the extra equipment you requested. May I enter?" The intercom buzzed in the opposite room perhaps at the most opportune time.
"Come with me to greet them Soundwave…" The warlord smirked. "They could use our assistance, and their presence would add to our security, would it not?"
"M-My Lord…" Soundwave nodded while he searched for purchase with his servos over Megaton's shoulders. His strength was gone, and at this point his fight was drained as well. His leader felt the silent mech slipping down the front of his frame, so Megatron had to lift Soundwave's arm around his neck. In the end, the Communications Officer didn't argue or put up a second fight, and he allowed his leader to take him out of the room. In mere moments, he was passed out on the living area furniture.
"Uhhhh…" Knockout heaved awkwardly, realizing he was now alone in a room with Optimus Prime… And if he understood his leader's subtle underline information, the Prime didn't currently identify as a Prime. Tread lightly, he thought to himself as he sat back onto his legs. He stared at 'Orion' curiously and blushed a little from the way this stranger glanced at him. He leered at the medic both in shock and in search of guidance. So eventually out of pity, the medic managed to utter something he thought would be helpful. "Well… Since you're here and willing to help, you can elevate Caspian's leg struts for me while I try to take an energon sample from him."
"As you instruct, doctor."
Everything nearly fell into routine for Knockout after that and he took out an empty canister and injection device from his kit. It would be best if took a sample of Cass's cycled energon before he administered any antibiotics or painkillers. Easier said than done for the tired CMO as his exhaustion became visible from his shaking servos. All of the adrenaline he had mustered up after being shocked awake yet again was slipping away quickly, and it was making it difficult for him to aim the canister correctly.
"Damn it…" Knockout cursed himself, unable to hold his composure. Orion stood there witnessing the red mech's struggles and debated for a minute whether he should step in.
"I have been trained to administer injections and take samples." The semi commented. "If you request it of me, I could help take the energon for you."
Had Knockout been more alert he would have been appropriately shocked, but he took the proposal in serious consideration. "As long as you don't feel offended by me looking over your shoulder the whole time, I think I would appreciate the assistance… In fact it might be for the best."
Before the two mech's properly switched places, Knockout tilted his frame to the side to look out into the other room. He could see a small glimpse of Megatron's profile behind some furniture. He couldn't see Soundwave, but he guessed the telepath was lying on the couch out of view. Hopefully, he didn't lose consciousness yet, and the warlord would be distracted taking care of his third in command's well-being. Just long enough for the Prime to take the sample, then move away from Cass.
"I will only need one part of the canister." Knockout instructed while he lifted the smaller Grounder's heels to his chest. Cass was going to need all of his circulation in his upper body if was going to have the strength to open his optics.
"Understood. One part of three." Orion adjusted the injection device where the medic could see his skill. He thought it might put Knockout's mind at ease if he could see everything that was happening in full view. Once the tool was set, the Autobot placed the injection nozzle at the base of Cass's neck cables. Everything went smoothly and the glass container was filled one third of the way without any complications, but when Orion withdrew the medical device, he noticed something odd. "Doctor? Did you administer anything into his system earlier?"
"No… Why?" The medic set his patient's legs back onto the berth before maneuvering behind the Prime to leer over his shoulders. Carefully, Orion tilted Cass's helm by his chin and tilted it to the side, showing his discovery in confusion.
"There is another injection site. It looks like it might be developing an infection as well."
"You're right… Stand aside for a moment." Again, the two switched places and Knockout started reexamining the neck cables in detail. This might have explained the small rise in Cass's temperature earlier. Someone had drugged the young mech, but who and with what?
"Mmm…" Knockout was startled a moment when he heard Cass begin to stir. He was not expecting the Carrying young model to rouse so soon, but Cass had always been full of surprises. "M-Mega… Tron… Please… Megatron…"
"Could you fetch Lord Megatron for me?" The medic whispered as he scooped one of Cass's servos into his own. "No offense, but your presence might frighten Cass when he wakes."
"No offence taken." Orion admitted already halfway out of the room. He met Megatron in the center of the living area, just in time to see Soundwave leave and a new drone standing by a data shelf. He was holding a kit up to the point he discovered the Autobot approaching from his side. The kit hit the floor with a clatter, and Megatron could see the panicked look through the troop's optical visor. It was an obvious trigger to his flight or fight response. Good thing his master was quicker than his reaction time.
"Do not be afraid, soldier." Megatron rushed in front of the Miner as he ushered him back towards the door to the hallway. "Our guest is not a threat to us; I promise. Return to your time off and try to enjoy what is left of it." Before the drone could rush off without being told twice, Megatron grasped his arm and growled quietly into his audio receptor. "Be sure to keep this discovery to yourself for now… If I hear anything about the Prime being circulated through the ship… I will find you and make a stern example of you. Am I clear?"
"Crystal, my Lord!" He was gone before the doors whooshed closed behind him, and his master even chortled at the sudden retreat. He reverted back to his serious overtone when he returned his attention back to his guest. The look of disappointment gave Megatron some small satisfaction, but now was not the time to be boastful around the confused and frightened mech.
"Try not to take everyone's reactions personally." Megatron rested his servo over Orion's upper arm and gave it a reassuring squeeze. "I'm afraid you have been branded by our enemies. Their sigil has been etched into your shoulders and it has come to a surprise to those in our ranks."
"What?" The red and blue mech gasped at the sight on his side. He was able to glance at himself in the reflection of a blacked out monitor, and nearly began to cry. He was shocked at how much older he looked in his faceplate, and how his armor was replaced with battle modifications. The symbol Megatron pointed out was prominent and confusing since he had never seen such a design before. Once he decided to look back at his only present friend for more answers, Orion noticed another unfamiliar symbol on Megatron's chest, and he nearly fainted from the whirl of continuous confusion. "Primus…"
Orion's knee joints buckled, and with little assistance he found his way to a chair to rest in, attempting to catch his intake. He had managed to keep his composure for a decent amount of time, but now it was all becoming too much for him to bear at one time. Megatron knelt in front of him, genuinely patting one of the Autobots blackened digits with some portion of sympathy.
"Deep breaths Pax… I know this is all shocking and you have so many questions, but I promise I will explain all of this in great detail soon. First, a day of rest, for everyone." The rational side of the warlord became his greatest quality, and he stood up to retreat to his couch. Mindlessly, he opened the base of the furniture and pulled out a single setting berth and offered it in gesture to the perplexed bot. "You look exhausted for someone that stayed in stasis for so long. You should recharge a little longer and—."
"M' Lord…!" A small, hush toned voice interrupted Megatron's hospitality, and he straightened himself upright to listen for the most cherished sound in his function. Orion saw this and though he still struggled with his mind set, he found enough strength to wave his friend off.
"Go… I can settle myself in from here." The Autobot smiled poorly. "Your mate was starting to rouse when I left to see you. I will wait here for you, but the young one needs you more."
"Bless you, my friend." Megatron said with honesty as he dashed towards his berth chamber. The thrill of holding his lover became so consuming that his concern for Orion's comfort became secondary. "The doctor may join you for a short time. Feel free to speak to him until I return."
He could not contain his excitement, nor was he able to restrain his compulsion to envelope his arms around Cass's frame and kiss him with cautious desire. The fact that the young model was already sitting up with his arms outstretched for him made Megatron's restraint nonexistent. Knockout took his lack of acknowledgement as a sign to step away, so he left the room trusting his master would be careful with Cass's weakened state… Hopefully.
"My treasure…" Megatron whispered over the gorgeous mech's helm and adorned his forehelm with gentle pecks. "I feared the worst of your safety. I had the most horrid vision of you…" He paused when he felt moisture rolling down his chest. He worried for a moment that might be bleeding somewhere, but the shivering in the Grounder's shoulders determined a new theory. "Are you crying my love?"
"The last thing I remembered before passing out was your last call to me." Cass cried as he clung to Megatron desperately. "I was so afraid this was really going to be the last time we would speak and… And I guess it was too much for me to handle, and I fainted. I thought I was going to lose you."
"I would face a thousand deaths if it kept you and our young one safe." Megatron revved his engines confidently, announcing his passion with Cass's helm fitting perfectly between his servos. He smiled as he stared into the beautiful optics filled with tears and hummed deeply in the hollow of his chest. The vibrations off his metal shivered over Cass's embrace, encouraging a renewed feeling of delight.
"I'm sorry to interrupt, but I have test results of Caspian's earlier check-up from the other day." Knockout reappeared with a datapad in hand. "There are some things that are still undetermined and will require more study. But I have results of something I know you've been waiting to be confirmed for a long time." He smiled cheekily, knowing that this news would even give Megatron a boost of much needed serotonin. "Congratulations my liege and future sovereign… You're having a feme."
BONUS STORY:
A large Eradicon sauntered into the Communications Bridge with a sling over his wing strut. A giant clamp pinned his shoulder in place courtesy of the medical assistant putting him back together. His scuffle back on the Earth's surface left him a little worse for wear, but a few buff outs, a renewed paint job, and a new battle visor was all he needed to get back on his pedes. That and the support of his collective followers. Antaeus had always been resourceful when it came to his cultivation of allies. So when he claimed he was attacked by Steve and put his function on the line for the Decepticon leader's Berthmate, he had enough pull from former lovers to vouch for his honesty.
It was clear that Breakdown had his doubts, and Knockout was always going to take his partner's word over anyone else. Fortunately, Megatron was just so delighted to have his little mesh biter back in his berth he believed Antaeus's claims immediately. The one mech the Flyer drone was most interested in convincing of his heroics was Soundwave. The general officer knew from confirmed hear say that the slim and silent mech was very close to the Carrying wonder. Antaeus was determined to get on the Third in Command's good side. If he accomplished this, he would be set for a cushy lifestyle on the Nemesis for the rest of his function.
The last drone to see Soundwave saw him rushing down the halls towards his quarters, but on his way to the higher officer's dormitories, Antaeus was sent a private message. Soundwave had requested his presence in the Communications Bridge… Alone. He would be lying if he didn't admit feeling a little wary of the invitation since it was offered out of nowhere. As he pondered his outcome of getting out of this unscathed, Antaeus quickly thought over any loose ends he might have overlooked.
One thing the Eradicon did not account for was Arachnid. He only brought up the struggles he endured with Steve and his made up rescue attempt. He still had qualms about including the feme in his aft covering and wondered if she was still of use to his self-preservation plans. Time became quickened as he continued his reflecting thoughts that he made it to the bridge in time to see two of his most loyal followers. Miners were easy to manipulate since they were grounded during the majority of their service around a warship. It's not easy to see someone's true colors when they're not constantly in your physical presence. Antaeus even remembered the duo's names, and with his good arm he outstretched his strut in invitation.
"Richard… Woodrow… So lovely to see you both again." He smiled and granted permission for the simple minded dirt movers to approach him. The Miner's were rather happy to see him, and gleefully pandered around him. Woodrow was the easiest to tell apart from others because he had a large dent over his chest. The tall Flyer would use this as a way to fain interest and sympathy for his underlings. "Have you not seen the Double Digits yet, my pet? Your spark chamber can't hold that much pressure for much longer."
"They turned us away…" Richard sighed as he cradled next to his friend and allowed the taller mech to half embrace the both of them. "They don't have the right tools to repair the damage without making the situation worse."
Woodrow merely nodded in confirmation; his vocalizer was also damaged by the impact that caused his injury. Antaeus noticed that they were not alone at this point. No doubt the Communications Officer knew he wasn't too far from the bridge's door and was watching him on a monitor right now. So, he took the time to make himself look pleasant in Soundwave's optics.
"Try speaking with Officer Breakdown. He is the most sympathetic to drones, especially when Knockout is in recharge." In an attempt to be charming, the Eradicon cuffed his undamaged servo behind their helms and gently kissed the top of their helms. "If he turns you away, message me on my private line, and I shall speak with the medic and his assistant myself."
"That would be amazing." The vocal Miner said while he circled his digits sensually over Antaeus's chassis. He also clicked his engines, and Woodrow purred in support of such an intimate action. Then the two Miners stepped back to give there General Officer a decent view of their continued ministrations. It was an act they had performed for their superior before, and it always granted them very positive results. Not all of Antaeus's interfacing sessions became rough and violent, and that was the case with the nimble Richard and his athletic lover Woodrow. That is why his reputation varied between certain parties, and why not every drone believed the negative rumors about him.
"Mmmm…" Richard moaned gently as his partner explored his wires in front of Antaeus, who was clearly showing his arousal by heaving in the hollow of his tanks. "How may we repay your kindness my General? Perhaps… A night in our temporary quarters? Where more of our like-minded mechs are staying and waiting for… Attention…?"
"I regret that I must decline the very… Very tempting invitation." The Eradicon growled hotly. "I currently have an audience with Commander Soundwave. But I might be free tomorrow…" He walked closer to them both and whispered as he passed them slowly. "So keep a place warm for me…"
"Oh… Yes, General Antaeus." Both shorter drones swooned into each other's embrace before practically running in the other direction. They could not find a private setting fast enough and witnessing their eagerness truly boosted Antaeus's ego. He even thought a moment that he should take a few moments to relieve himself before his meeting with Soundwave, but clearly there was no time for such ideas. Not when he was dragged into the Communications Bridge by the silent mech's data feelers and slammed against the wall next to the door.
He grunted from the impact and realized right away that he was immobile. The black and violet tentacles constricted around his arms and twisted over his leg struts. When the giant regained his equilibrium, he could clearly see Soundwave beneath him. He was being held up off the ground high enough to kick the slimmer flyer in his navel if he had the ability in his legs to do so. However, he did not remain suspended, and was slowly lowered to meet his blackened reflection in Soundwave's visor. He swallowed hard, believing for a moment that he had been made. That somehow the security expert of the Nemesis finally discovered his ruse, and he was about to be terminated by the former gladiator. The one mech infamous for nearly defeating Megatron in the Pits of Kaon. Imagine his shock when Soundwave removed the bottom half of his glass screen to reveal beautifully prominent lip-plates quivering through steam filled breaths.
"Can you remove your battle visor on your own? Or will you need assistance?" An odd question to come from a mech that usually communicates telepathically. But after the initial shock of hearing Soundwave's sultry voice for the first time, Antaeus slid back the bottom half of his visor slowly. He was curious to see what his higher officer had in store for him. Amazingly, Soundwave encased both his nibble servos around the baffled Eradicon's helm and smothered Antaeus's oral cavity with his own.
Upon instinct, the Flyer drone opened his mouth and allowed his superior to explore. This was unexpected, but it wasn't entirely unwelcome. Even Antaeus had fantasies about the gorgeous Flyer that clung to the Nemesis's shadows, but never in a millennia would he imagine Soundwave making the first move. Without asking for approval first for that matter, but again, there was really no complaint from the constantly aroused mech.
"Does… This please you…?" Soundwave broke the kiss and softly began to pant over Antaeus's dermas while occasionally nipping them with sharp dental-plates.
"This… This is good flux come true my Commander. Whoa!" The Eradicon replied mindlessly; temporarily drunk off a well-trained glossa circling all the way back to his throat, but before that novelty truly wore off, he was thrown once again. This time the giant Flyer skidded along the floor, somehow landing on his less damaged side before coming to a halt on his back. There was no room for him to recover and stand on his pedes, because Soundwave was there above him. Standing with his struts wide open over the drone's torso and giving him a wonderful view of his higher official's codpiece. The sharp edged navy colored metal glistened from lightly dripping with lubricants and was being softly teased with thin spindly digits.
Was this really happening? Was the most stoic and recluse Decepticon of all Cybertronian history aroused in front of a lowly subservient drone without being propositioned first? Antaeus was confused, excited, and intrigued all at once. He had difficulty stifling his engine block from revving in yearning for more, but he was not disappointed.
"Brave Antaeus…" Soundwave heaved as he pawed himself above his guest with both his servos and his data feelers. Slowly sinking his other servo closer and closer to his heated modesty cover so he could fondle himself with more attention. "You brought my symbiote back to me… Rescued my favorite assistant Caspian, and brought him back to me unharmed… Your services to this ship, and to me… Mmmm… D-Deserve a reward…"
A subtle clicking notified Antaeus to the exposed valve above him that was still attentively being fondled, but not yet filled. The Eradicon seethed through tightly clenched dental-plates, heaving with desires that screamed at him to just take the Third in Command now, and ravish him until he begged for the pleasure to stop. But he remained there on his back-struts, and unleashed his spike covering without shame.
"Y-Your reward… If it may please you… Is me." The telepath sank to his knee-joints and hovered over Antaeus's growing member. He was so surprised by the drone's girth and length that Soundwave knew he would need to prep himself with more than his extremely thin digits, so he began to slither one of his feelers over the outside of his heavily lubricating valve. Before entering his heated equipment, he leered his helm to the side and heavily blushed from exerted gasping. "Do you desire me…? Eradicon Drone Antaeus?"
"Yes… For the love of Primus, yes."
In a grand show prepared specially for the large drone, Soundwave arched his frame and threw his helm back in ecstasy, after finally plunging the end of his feeler into his wet opening. As he began to circle his hips down onto his own equipment, he used another tentacle to wrap around the growing member in front of him. The attention to his spike was already giving Antaeus the much needed friction he was hoping for, and he nearly died happy when the feeler squeezing his spike began to vibrate.
"Well this settles it!" Antaeus thought to himself quickly, before he lost his mind in pure desire. "I'm throwing Arachnid under the transit and taking Soundwave as a permanent lover… Thank you, Steve!"
He didn't intend to laugh, but everything that had unfolded for Antaeus turned out to be unbelievably perfect. If there was a catch to this delightful outcome, he didn't care to dwell on it. And he didn't even remember pondering it when Soundwave lowered himself onto the large erection and hurriedly started to ride over the taller mech's frame.
