If she was being honest, it was kind of fun storming into the hotel in Hong Kong like she owned the place. She could be as bratty or as excessive as she wanted, and no one could say anything. Sure, it was all a diversion to keep the staff from looking too closely at the agents that followed her and the equipment they carried. But Alex was enjoying herself just a little bit. It was fun pretending; it was also a great moment of stress relief before the hell of a mission they were continuing. Once she stepped into Nikita's hotel suite, her whole act dropped. She smiled at her best friend and gave her a comforting hug, "Here we go, right?"

"Yeah. Just a little sooner than I hoped," Nikita ducked her head to hide the crack in her walls. As she waited for Wolf Team to arrive, she paced the room attempting to think of their next move. She had chased Martin out onto the rooftop, but couldn't reach him in the exchange of bullets. The best she could do was place Michael's com on the vehicle their rogue drove away in. Division was tracking him, but if he got out of the car they'd lose him. Nikita had to think of another war to stop Martin and rescue Michael. Luckily, she had Alex with her. Or Alexandra- it was difficult to tell with her style choice, "So. Are we Alex or Alexandra?"

"I'm going to take this coat off," Alex rolled her eyes. Despite her brief moments of fun, and the fact that it was a great idea, playing herself as a cover wasn't something she could get used to. It was too weird. She wasn't the person she paraded around the public and the paparazzi that thought they could hide from her. That woman was simply a caricature; she was what the public expected from a young, spoiled heiress. Although it hid her life as a spy, the whole split identity thing was exhausting. She needed to find that balance Nikita always talked about.

"Alright. I want us wired in and uplinked before anyone gets a potty break," That second wasn't the time to figure it all out, however. Sean soon followed Alex into the suite with the rest of Wolf Team. The two had grabbed some Alpha team members and absorbed them into their own group of agents. They were to be the best support team in the whole world. At the moment, though, they were taking up space. The agents brought in several containers of hidden equipment and weapons, and began to unload them. Nikita couldn't help but feel a little annoyed by it. Sean chucked, "Hey. You don't mind if we crash in your room, do you?"

"Yes. And don't touch my minibar," Nikita deadpanned. Sean chuckled again. The two, Alex, and Wolf Team worked together to set-up an impromptu command center. They had to make contact with Division, and see what kind of information and covers they had working for them. If they were to go after Martin and save Michael, then they'd need a whole bunch of things from Ops. Fortunately, they could receive top grade false identities and intel from the hackers in no time. Hopefully it'd be in no time- they didn't have any to waste.

Doing mindless busywork kept Nikita from pacing away her nerves. She didn't want to be separated from Michael for long. It wasn't as though she didn't believe he wouldn't be alright. She was certain he could handle himself with the Hong Kong police. It was simply that they were working with a lot of unknown variables. Martin was an enemy that was well-versed in their plays. He could stay one step ahead of them, causing a long chase. With that in mind, it would be harder to break Michael out of jail. Nikita couldn't dwell on it. Sean noticed, and tried to comfort her, "Don't worry. We'll get your fiancé, Nik. He won't be a deadbeat for long."

"What?" Cautiously, Nikita glanced at her brother. She attempted to understand what he just said. She thought he had called Michael her fiancé, but that didn't make any sense. Unless he confused their relationship with another one of his sisters'. Though, Jill was already married, and Nikita hadn't heard about Sandy becoming engaged to her girlfriend. Besides, her brother would never mix up his sisters- he had mixed up the twins once and harshly learned his lesson. Sean was simply confusing; it didn't matter how she spun it.

"Hey. Let's plan," Before Nikita put more thought into Sean's blunder, Alex pulled her into another area of the suite. The young woman glared at the Seal as she walked past. He tried to hide his embarrassment at almost ruining the engagement. He had thought Michael already proposed. Sure the plan was to propose at sunset, but who could wait that long. Also, Nikita had the brilliant idea to check if Martin had a girlfriend. That thought had to have come from spending a significant time with her boyfriend.

Sean read the situation wrong, however. He almost blew the amazing surprise. But he could make up for it by breaking Michael out of police custody. The trace on Martin didn't lead anywhere, yet Division got a line on where he was meeting his next target. Nikita could intercept and bag the bastard. Meanwhile, Alex and Sean could distract the Hong Kong police as a spoiled heiress and an embassy lawyer. Wolf Team would be scattered between them, providing backup. The main goal was to sneak Michael out in whatever chaos they could create. Good thing a Seal was great at that, "Mr. Sestock. Jack King, Micalani, White, and associates."

"The embassy sent you?" Michael immediately covered his surprise at seeing Sean walk into the interrogation room. He thought support would take a while to reach him. Another perk of New Division certainly was their response time. With the resources they had, a new plan with adequate covers and intel could happen almost instantly. It definitely beat being rogue when they were constantly scrambling. Sean seemed to have a solid cover of a lawyer. And as he crossed to Michael, he was full of purpose. Division knew exactly what they were doing.

"We've already been briefed. We just want to hear your side of the story," Sean reached his hand out to Michael. He instantly shook it, grabbing the com he passed him. While the police detective in charge was distracted with telling the fake lawyer not to touch the suspect, Michael placed his new com in his ear. The first person he listened for was Nikita. He couldn't hear her above the chatter of the Alpha support and whatever Alex was shouting about. Based on what he heard, it probably had something to do with his escape. Though, he wasn't so concerned with that. He wanted to know if Nikita was alright.

"Why'd they pick you? Are you guys a big firm, or a little firm?" Playing into the lawyer cover, Michael wondered how many agents they were working with. Was Sean and Alex with all of Wolf Team, or were they split up between him and Martin. And where was Nikita. Michael shouldn't have been surprised that she didn't have her com on. She always had it off whenever she had to intently focus. That mission definitely required all of their attention. The different moving parts had to be stilled. Enough had gotten away from them already.

There were so many things Sean had to tell Michael. He had to know that Nikita was saving a CIA agent from Martin. He had to know that Alex was helping Division create a diversion to break him out. And he had to know that once he was released, they had to race out of Hong Kong. Michael had been right that a manhunt would ruin everything for them. The agents couldn't take the heat. Especially not with a Dirty Thirty involved. Since he was unable to relay all of that, Sean settled for the basics. That would have to be good enough, "We have six associates. And we're going to do everything we can to get you out of here as soon as possible."

"What are they worth? Why does that matter? They are Alexandrite studs, twenty-four karat setting worth more than your job. Is that enough for you to open a case?" While Sean tried to keep Michael in the loop with the police in the room, Alex did her best to help. She planted a bug on the desk sergeant's computer as she annoyed him. Birkhoff could take over from there. She simply had to make a grand exit, "How about this? They were given to me by my father on my twelfth birthday. And if you know who I am, then you know who my father was. And you would know the real worth of those earrings are priceless. Please write that down. Priceless."

Michael and Sean coughed back laughter at the antics they overheard on the coms. Alex was definitely laying it on thick. But it more than worked to their advantage. The bug she placed allowed Birkhoff to hack into the police's system and fake a phone call. Ryan then pretended to be an important officer, who wanted their suspect in his custody. The play got the police in the interrogation room to leave. However, as the detective left, he pocketed the confiscated ring. As Michael frantically stared after the man, Sean was finally able to share more with him, "When they go to move you, I will protest in the lobby; it'll speed things along."

"I can't leave. There's a piece of evidence I have to get back," Shifting awkwardly in his chair, Michael muttered. The police had confiscated all of his belongings once he was arrested. They had his wallet, his passport, and Nikita's engagement ring. In hindsight, he shouldn't have brought it along with him. But he didn't want to leave it in the hotel room. If it stayed with him, he could ensure nothing happened to it. Well, he should've been able to. The ring being confiscated by the Hong Kong police definitely wasn't a part of his plan. He had to get it back.

"Don't worry about the passport," Sketching out Michael's escape route on a notepad, Sean assured. Another fake passport was being made for him as they spoke. It would be ready by the time the team made it to the airport, and by the time Birkhoff blocked all police communication that stated a man matching Michael's description couldn't travel. It'd be a mad dash out of the country, but it wasn't anything the agent had to worry about. He could simply focus on his escape. That was the great thing about a well-equipped organization at their backs.

"It's not the passport," Michael argued. Sean glanced at him in confusion, yet he didn't elaborate. He waited to hear if Nikita had turned her com on. He didn't want her overhearing what he was about to say. Maybe keeping the proposal a secret shouldn't have been a priority anymore. Except he was serious about giving his girlfriend the best sense of normalcy he could. She deserved romance and tradition. Just because her life had been stolen from her, didn't mean she got to miss out on everything life had to offer. He had to give her the best, "Where's Nikita?"

"She's going after Martin. What is it?" Sean didn't know how much longer the two had alone in the interrogation room. Whatever Michael was worried about, he had to spit it out immediately. It also worried the Seal that he couldn't think of what the agent was so concerned about collecting. Nothing the Hong Kong police could've taken could've been so irreplaceable he would risk ruining their plan. There were more important things the team had to spend their energy on than personal belongings.

Although Michael was aware he shouldn't be so pressed about the engagement ring, he couldn't help but be so consumed by it. He should've only thought about escaping and helping bag Martin. Those were the pressing matters- the dangerous situations they had to prevent. But everything he had been working towards in his relationship with Nikita couldn't be threatened on that mission as well. They had promised that their business wouldn't affect their relationship. They hadn't been perfect at that before, but then was the chance to be better. The two deserved better. So, quietly, Michael admitted, "They have her ring."

"You lost my sister's engagement ring?" Sean couldn't help but shriek. Michael instantly forced him to settle down. Someone was bound to hear the exclamation and wonder what was going on. Their well placed covers and escape plan would be completely blown then. The Seal probably should've cared more about that. Yet he couldn't believe his sister's boyfriend lost her engagement ring. No wonder Nikita had no idea what he was talking about back in the hotel room. The man she was going to marry was an idiot. And she called him the dumbass.

"That's why I need to get it back," Harshly, Michael got Sean to refocus. He knew he messed up. They didn't have to rehash it. The two simply had to figure out a way to grab the engagement ring as they broke out of the police station. Michael wouldn't even consider getting another ring. The one he had bought for Nikita was perfect. He could picture it resting on her finger so easily. He knew, without a doubt, that she would love it so much. He'd never be able to find another ring like it. That was the ring he was going to propose with. It was too perfect not to; he wouldn't change his mind.

"Alright. I'll work on that. But you owe me," Sighing, Sean was already in the process of thinking up ways to alter the escape plan to steal the engagement ring out of evidence. His role as a lawyer was practically over. He could slip away easily to the storage locker. The protest he was going to raise could be forgotten. He was certain their ruse would work without it. The ring took precedence. All that time he helped Alex and Michael plan the proposal couldn't be for nothing. And his sister had to be happy. He guessed that was important too.

"Yeah, sure. You can pick the catering for the wedding. Just get the ring and get me out of here," With a roll of his eyes, Michael appeased. Sean raised placating hands as he left. The agent thought he would've had a moment of silence afterwards to collect his thoughts. He needed to get his apprehensions under control. Except, his com was coming alive with warnings and panic. At first, he feared it was about Nikita. Luckily, she was fine; she could handle herself in the field. He was the one that was in danger. The MSS- the Chinese intelligence agency Martin killed the CIA agent for- was coming to take him into custody. He was screwed.
