Hannibal Heyes and Kid Curry are sent to Four Corners at the suggestion of Judge Oren Travis. They're looking for help. They're wanted men. Will the Magnificent Seven welcome them with open arms? This is a crossover of Alias Smith and Jones and The Magnificent Seven.

1. Intro

INTRODUCTION

I have written a large number of Magnificent Seven stories. I love the show. But my first western love was Alias Smith and Jones. As a young girl, I was so in love with Pete Duel. I may still be. I have written a limited number of Alias Smith and Jones stories. I love them all. I would suggest that, as a refresher for anyone who has not been fortunate enough to have watched any recent episodes of the series, to read at least one of my ASJ stories. So, if you have watched the series recently, or recall the excellent episode "The Fifth Victim", that you will enjoy "Surviving Helen". If you have not watched "The Fifth Victim" recently, or even any Alias Smith and Jones, maybe "Stormy Weather" will allow you to get a feel for the characters before you begin this crossover story.

For you Alias Smith and Jones fans who have not seen any of the series The Magnificent Seven? I highly recommend that you do so. But I also have a couple of my fanfic suggestions to get you a little into the series. "Choices" is my first Mag7 story. I think it holds up as a good introduction to the main characters, especially Ezra and Chris and is a continuation of the episode "Serpents". I also like "A Home for the Holidays", a Christmas story that introduced an original character of the canine variety, so well-loved by yours truly and by many of the people who have commented on my stories about how much they loved him, too.
