Chapter 753.
"A choice to make with Silver."
(December 21. The Rosato Mansion.)
Right now, the mansion is packed with folks who have all come to discuss about what they have found out the other day. The big ordeal they heard that involved Leslie Silver. Let's see who is here...
Lincoln, Luna, Jordan, Sam, Ryan, Gretchen, Hope, Regina, Chastity, Lori, Leni, Luan, Lynn Jr, Lucy, Lola, Lana, Lisa, Lily, Michelle, Taylor, Lynn Sr, Rita, Rick, Jesse, Peter Harris, Caroline Linnaeus, Angel Carson, Mark Warren, Jessica Carson, and even the rich parents from the Warwick, Pertland, Higgins and Westwind family. Also with them... Delilah Silver, and her parents.
They have all gathered to discuss some stuff that needs to be known, told and also recognized. The ordeal that Leslie Silver went through. Jordan goes first. "Alright gang, we all know why the heck we're all here, right?"
They all nod and then Jesse speaks. "Leslie, I know she did wrong and she was a horrible person, but for her to have a child at that age? That is just... Richmund is a monster to do that to her."
The father of Gretchen sighs. "That madman, he will not get away with this, those FutureTech guys might have something that could help."
"You're not wrong" replied Peter Harris. "Got this text that FutureTech boss Martin McKenzie has this new super weapon, one that can..."
"Find him?" Lincoln then shows his phone. "Got the same message from my counterpart." They all go over and see the text message.
Cmdr. Freezer Burn. FutureTech has made a new high-tech orbital super-weapon, made with the combined efforts of protoss advanced technology and research and will be sent to your world after Christmas, so be prepared guys. This will change everything.
Luna sighs in relief. "Thank goodness for that, that'll help with the whole problem and we can put Richmund down for good, right?"
"Yeah, we can find him, but locking him up is not enough" replied Sam. "We let him get locked up, he'll find some way to break out and return to causing trouble, he just fired a missile and killed Leslies parents, who knows where that came from!"
"An old and should've been decommission missile silo" replied Caroline Linnaeus on her tablet. "The silo was left abandoned, and yes there was evidence of Richmund being there, but no other hideouts. Chances he found the silo, used it for revenge and hit random coordinates."
Lisa also sees where this is going. "And so the missile went to the random coordinates he sent, to the mansion of the Silver family. He was hoping it would hit us instead! That bastard of a man, he must be put down for good!"
Lucy is angered. "I may hate Leslie, but she didn't deserve that. She got harassed, meddled with, tormented, and now with a child and to the fact she doesn't have her parents anymore. He is a cruel being who must be sent to hell for his wrong doings."
Lana then speaks. "He's horrible. Leslie is too young to have a baby and be made into some breeding thing by Richmund."
Rita is surprised to hear this and she looks to Lana. "Wait, how do you know that one? Wait, did you spy on Lisa when she was tutoring Lucy?" Lana chuckles nervously. Rita and Lynn Sr are not amused to the fact their young daughter Lana now knows about where babies come from, though Lola doesn't yet.
Lincoln sighs. "We can deal with that for next time. Right now we need to know. What do we do with Leslie Silver? We can't let her be in jail, she has a kid inside of her and we have yet to know whether she wants to be like this or not, because... Because it..." Lincoln wipes away some tears.
Luna and Jordan knows what he means and they both go over and hug Lincoln and he returns the embrace. "That kid inside her, that little one... That's life and we... What the hell? Why did she get into this mess and caught with Richmund? Leslie didn't deserve it."
Luna sighs and she rubs his back. "I know little brother, I know. We just didn't see this coming."
Jordan then speaks and she kisses Lincoln's cheek. "But we're not gonna let Richmund get away with this madness. We're not gonna allow him to think he won."
The others can see that it seems to hurt Lincoln when the life of something small and innocent such as a baby is not meant to be taken, and deep down he is concerned about the choice Leslie makes with the child she has within, and they don't wanna see Lincoln taking in this painful thought of what might happen next.
Lori then speaks. "What are the odds that Leslie doesn't want the baby inside of her?" That sounded super concerning to everyone. "I mean, we don't even know if we should stop her."
Regina then speaks. "She won't." They all look to her and she holds Hope and Chastity's hands.
Lola then asks. "And how do you know that?"
"She's right" replied Gretchen. "We all saw the way she was the other day and she looked like she was in deep pain. The baby inside of her is making her change, making her see that there is a better life than what she has been through now, she may be upset that she bears the infant of the man who raped her..."
Chastity then speaks. "But after what she has been through, she now understands the meaning of being abused, used and made a fool, the same ordeals she did to others back then and to the rest of us." She then calms down. "Everyone, Leslie is changing, and I don't think she wants to be the Leslie we all didn't like."
All of this is a lot for everyone to take in, and they all discuss more about this ordeal and try to find some way out of this madness before it sparks into something else worse. While everyone is talking, Delilah is speaking with her mother and father, and Jordan notices this. "Guys, you have something to share?"
Helena and Harvey S. Silver are the ones who speak. "Everyone, we all know that we all hate Leslie to the core for all she has done and that we can never ever forgive her for those actions, but she has been through so much and it was horrible and something a girl like her should never have to encounter."
Harvey then speaks. "After what we were told about what went down the other day, we have never felt so much pity and felt sorry for the one person we hated for a long time, since my wretched parents."
Helena then speaks. "We never thought that someone we hated would be going through something beyond what she has ever done, and it makes us feel as if we should give her a chance."
Delilah then speaks. "Guys, we're going to adopt Leslie into our family..." They all remain silent and even Lincoln is surprised. Out of everyone, they didn't think Delilah would say those words and she doesn't regret it. "We know you guys hate her, like a lot. But this is our choice, and we wanna help her cope with this."
Harvey then speaks. "We know you all don't like her, we all know we all hate her. But recap, she got raped a lot of times, and then pregnant with a child in which she wouldn't wanna give up."
Helena speaks next. "We're not gonna let her go through these hard times on her own, she needs help, support and all the aid. Leslie has been through hell, and it could make a person do something horrible."
"Something far worse than making a crime" said Delilah. "We're not asking you guys to say to agree to this, we're just saying that this is what we choose. Because... Leslie is still family, everything has changed, she has lost so much and there is no going back for her, not by a long shot."
They can all tell that Delilah and her parents are serious and then Lincoln steps up. "I'm in. I think this is a good idea." They all look towards the boy. "We hate her, and she was a crazed little wretch for being obsessed with me but... She wants to change, and it all ignited when she was given something that she wants to keeps safe and alive."
Jordan also speaks with her boyfriend. "Leslie was my enemy, and we hated each other to the core. But to know that she just went through some bad times, bad times that came in the hands from someone who has been a total annoyance and have turned into a total threat. I don't wanna see Leslie go through this, because I don't see her as an enemy anymore."
Hearing those words from Lincoln and Jordan is making the others also see that they are right, they cannot be angry at Leslie when she has a big problem. Luna and Sam also go to them. "We're in on this as well. We wanna see Leslie change, for the better."
The others all have some second thoughts about this. But they know that this is the choice made by the Silvers and they wanna make this happen, to help someone they hated change into someone else, and they see that Regina, Chastity, Hope and Gretchen are also with them and so is Ryan, Leni, Lori and Angel. Soon, some others also join in, they all agree... Let the S/ Silvers adopt Leslie and help her.
Lincoln then looks to Delilah. "So, when do we go and speak to Leslie about this?"
