There is a major surprise in this chapter. Maybe a few you'll have to wait and see. Sorry this chapter was so late! I left my laptop at home while visiting my family for Thanksgiving. I hope you enjoy this wild ride my lovelies.
Kazuta sat up breathing heavily sweat running down her face chest. She looked around and froze seeing she was in Sugou's bed. She started to scream and tried to get out of the bed. Her ankle was chained to the bed and she didn't get far. "It's not real it's not real." She said shaking her head over and over again. She stopped as she saw Sugou walk in with a whip. "You think you can leave me? You think you can run away and I wouldn't find you?!" He yelled. Kazuta hung her head trembling. "I'm sorry they forced me I was forced to leave please believe me." Kazuta begged.
Kazuta screamed as he hit her with the whip trembling. She held her arms up to protect herself. "I'm sorry my love. Please forgive me. I tried to fight them I swear. I swear it." Kazuta whimpered.
"It's too late for your lies. It's going to be fun breaking Asuna, and those other two girls. The youngest one wet herself when I hit her with the whip." Kazuta stared at him in horror and started to scream holding her head. "I'm going to break them and make you watch. Then they'll make me billions with the sex videos. It's all thanks to you."
"Kazuta wake up..." Asuna said gently shaking her. Kazuta opened her eyes trembling and looked at them with wild eyes. "It's just a dream you're safe." She said softly and hugged her. Kazuta clung to Asuna starting to cry loudly. Asuna gently rocked her looking at the other girls. Lisbeth rubbed Kazuta's back gently. "We're here for you." Kazuta didn't relax till she saw Silica and closed her eyes in relief.
"I'm sorry. Thank you for waking me." She said and pulled away going to her restroom. "I want to shower alone." She said locking the door.
Asuna frowned. "Okay, do you you want me to wait for you?"
"No I will be fine." Kazuta said sliding to the floor pulling her knees to her chest.
"We'll go work on breakfast. If you need anything we're a call away." Asuna said softly. Kazuta didn't respond and turned on the water so they couldn't hear her crying. She held herself shaking as she undressed. She looked herself in the mirror and felt sick rushing to the toilet. She rinsed her mouth and turned off the showerhead filling the tub instead. She climbed in and curled up holding her head and stomach. It just felt so real.
After an hour she got out of the tub and rinsed herself off. She got dressed into a skirt and a hoodie. Slowly she peaked her head out and saw them setting the dining table. "Kazuta! Great timing we just finished making breakfast." Silica said walking over and took her hand. "Come on Asuna made it so it's going to be amazing." Kazuta smiled. She sat at the head of the table and sat up straight putting her napkin on her lap.
Asuna smiled and set her food down. "How was your bath?"
"It was nice, thank you for letting me have that alone time."
"Of course. We planned on playing card games after breakfast or going for a hike down to the river. What would you like to do?" Kazuta panicked slightly. She rarely chose anything for herself. Asuna smiled. "We can play it by ear too. Just go ahead and eat."
"Thank you for the food." Kazuta said and slowly ate the food soon a smile forming. "It's delicious thank you." Kazuta slowly ate breakfast and sat back. "I think I just want to relax a little bit we can play some card games but nothing too crazy."
Agil smiled. "Of course we can play in pairs as well." He said. They cleared the table and Asuna got a few different card games down. Kazuta smiled at Klein as he sat across from her but refused to look at her. She swallowed. "How did you sleep Klein?"
"Ah, um me? Well I didn't sleep all that well. New places I always have a hard time falling asleep. I heard you screaming this morning." He said softly.
"I had a nightmare...I didn't know I was screaming though." Kazuta bit her lip. "Is that why you...you won't look at me?" Klein bit his lip and finally looked at her. She hated the pity and sadness in those eyes. Standing up she frowned. "I want to be alone." She said and locked herself in her room.
No one had heard their conversation and were confused. Asuna frowned seeing Klein look incredibly guilty. "What did you say? Klein she was already having a horrible time." Asuna said frowning.
"I watched one of the video's Sugou made in game. I...I shouldn't have. He is beyond disgusting. I couldn't look her in the eyes and she got extremely upset. I will make this right I am so sorry." Klein said getting up. He knocked on Kazuta's door. "Kaz...can I come in?" He asked.
Kazuta bit her lip and unlocked the door. She opened it slightly and looked at him. "What can I help you with?"
"I came to apologize I am so very sorry. I just it is very hard with what happened to you I didn't want to look down on you. I don't look down on you. I watched a couple minutes of one of the videos." He admitted. Kazuta teared up. "Don't cry please."
"So you saw it I told you that it was fine if you wanted to see more to understand. So that is why you're acting that way. So what? Were you into it or did it disgust you?"
"Disturbed me of course. I don't think of you that way. You are a person who was abused by a disgusting trash of a human. You're a very good friend to me. I am sorry that I hurt you, but please come out and play games with us. We miss you so much." Kazuta smiled sadly. "Okay I'll come out. I'm sorry I got so upset. I should have just asked questions."
Klein smiled and took her hand pulling her out to the table. Kazuta tried to relax as they played games until she got ready to help with lunch begging them to let her help. She wanted to keep her mind busy.
Sugou growled looking at his guards. "What do you mean you can't find them? What about the car!?"
The head guard swallowed. "Sir it was a rental and the rental car company is refusing to give us the name. We can't do anything unless it is illegal. She is gone sir the best thing would be to leave the country so if they do decide to go to the cops you won't be caught." Sugou growled and threw a glass at him.
"My Kazuta is the priority. I don't care what it takes break into the system and get the information. Do whatever it takes I am paying you highly for this." He growled and the guards nodded leaving. He frowned and went up to her room grabbing the diary. He flipped through the pages trying to see if she was planning this but all it said was how excited she was to be married. He threw it at the wall and made a call. If his guards couldn't find anything he would use more illegal methods.
Kazuta smiled as they all sat on the couch watching a movie. "I think tomorrow we should head into town and see what we can do in town just to shake things up."
"Well actually we did have a surprise for tomorrow and the doctor will be here in the morning to look at you to see if any medications be adjusted. I hope that is okay?"
"Oh yes of course. Hmm I was also wanting to sleep alone tonight, I noticed you and Silica have bruises on your legs. I must've kicked you and I don't want to hurt you." Kazuta said a bit embarrassed.
"It's okay! We know you didn't do it on purpose." Silica said happily. "We completely understand we'll be a call away if you need us." She said smiling and leaned against Kazuta. Kazuta smiled and leaned her head on hers. "Thank you so much Silica."
Kazuta got up after the movie ended and smiled. "I'm going to get ready for bed see you all in the morning." They nodded cleaning up and she quickly went to her room. She frowned and sank to her knees in front of the toilet before puking again. She winced and sat next to it confused. She had felt just fine until she stood up after the movie. She got up and slowly got ready for bed. She climbed into her bed and curled up with a book thinking of bringing it up to the doctor in the morning.
Asuna bit her lip wearing a robe she went down to Kazuta's room and knocked. Kazuta looked up from her book and said come in. Asuna walked in and smiled at her walking over. "How are you feeling?"
"I'm feeling alright. How are you?" Kazuta asked marking her place in the book.
Asuna blushed. "I'm alright as well. You know how the other day we were going to make love? I was wondering if you wanted to continue?" Asuna asked and Kazuta paused watching her. "If not it's completely fine. I just want you to know I still like you like that." Asuna quickly said worried that the other would think they had to just because she asked.
"I don't feel comfortable with everyone here. I'm glad you do, I just don't want them to hear us and think I'm having a nightmare. If you want you can come sleep next to me if you would like?" Kazuta asked smiling.
Asuna blushed and nodded tying her robe a bit tighter. She walked over climbing into bed with her. Kazuta made room and set her book on the nightstand. She turned off the light and laid on her side facing Asuna. Asuna smiled and held her hand rubbing it gently. "I'm so happy that you're free from him and that you can be your own person."
Kazuta smiled. "Thank you but it's scary still." She said softly and closed her eyes. "He's obsessed with me and you. I don't think he'll let me live a good a life." She said softly. "I can't prove anything to put him in jail it's all circumstantial. I'll be running the rest of my life. We've had this talk before Asuna. I know you want to be positive but I can't be. I cannot dwell on happy optimistic thoughts."
Asuna frowned sadly. "Well you should take your own advice. Live in the moment enjoy the little things."
"I will but I can not forget about him. You luckily do not remember what he did to you in the game, but me not only do I remember the game but he tortured me in real life. It's not going to go away with a few hours of being away from him. Please understand this." Kazuta said softly. "I'm not the boy hero anymore." She bit her lip and turned away. Curling up she tried to fall asleep.
"Kazuta...I'm so sorry I wasn't trying to upset you." Asuna said softly. "Sleep well." She said slowly relaxing thinking on Kazuta's feelings. No one she knew had ever gone through something like Kazuta had. Or even remotely close. She was half asleep when she felt Kazuta get out of bed running to the bathroom. "Kazuta?" She asked then heard the gagging. Hurrying over to the bathroom she knelt by her. She rubbed her back and held her hair back. "Why didn't you say you felt sick?"
"I don't feel sick though. I just keep getting sick." Kazuta whimpered.
"It could be the medicine. Let's get you back in bed." Kazuta shook her head.
"I'll stay right here. I don't want to keep running back and forth."
"Okay I will be back with blankets and a pillow." She said her robe coming undone slightly and Kazuta blushed seeing she didn't have anything else on. Asuna came back with those. She got Kazuta comfortable and sat across from her before noticing and fixing her robe. "Try to get some sleep." She said tiredly. She didn't close her eyes till she heard soft snores from Kazuta.
In the morning she woke and gasped seeing Kazuta wasn't in the bathroom. She got up quickly going out to living room. Kazuta was talking with the doctor and looked at Asuna. Asuna sat in one of the arm chairs relaxing. "The doctor is going to do an exam before she changes any of my medication. We'll be back." She said showing the doctor to her room.
Asuna frowned and looked at the others starting to make tea then breakfast. "Has the doctor said anything about her condition?"
"No they were just talking about how proud the doctor was she got out of that nasty situation with Sugou." Agil said softly. Asuna nodded as she got breakfast ready she heard a scream from the bedroom. Klein and Agil rushed down to the room. The doctor quickly covered Kazuta when they slammed the door open. Kazuta was crying into a pillow occasional screams into the pillow. They looked at the doctor confused.
"She is okay. She just has some news she was not ready for. We are not finished please wait until we are finished."
"Get out!" Kazuta screamed from behind the pillow. They frowned and closed the door. Walking back to the kitchen they looked at the girl's
"She's just crying. She is fine." Klein said softly sitting and hung his head shaking it slightly.
Asuna bit her lip and finished making breakfast. When she did the doctor came out and walked to Asuna. "I'm prescribing her medications and sending them to the pharmacy in town, I will be back weekly to check on her progress. It's up to her if she will tell you about her diagnosis. Is there anything else I can help with before I leave?"
Asuna shook her head. "No I'll have the boys head down to pick it up. Weekly visits?"
"Yes her condition should be impossible. Tomorrow I want her to go down to the clinic so I can do more testing. Without that I won't know the full story. I need to reach out to the doctor who did her surgery. Thank you for letting me come over." The doctor said and grabbed her bag heading out to the car.
Asuna bit her lip. "I'll see if she wants to come out and eat with us." Asuna said walking down to the bedroom. She knocked and opened the door. "Kazuta...do you want to come down and eat?" She asked.
Kazuta trembled and looked back at the door. "I can't do this. It's impossible." Asuna went to her side. "I um..the doctor lied the one that did the surgery. Asuna he did the impossible. I am...preg.." She gagged and teared up. "I'm pregnant with that bastard's child." She said crying into her pillows.
Asuna froze. "I...how? I mean. What are you going to do? Are you going to keep it?" Asuna watched Kazuta who got really quiet at her questions. The other's had followed Asuna and heard the news. They were all speechless. "Whatever you choose we will be supportive. Come on." She said waving the others in.
Kazuta looked at her friends and bit her lip sadly. "I'm going to keep it." She said weakly and teared up as they tried to reassure her being supportive. It all felt so suffocating but it felt like the right choice.
A dramatic twist of fate. Will she handle this child will she panic and run back to Sugou? Stay tuned.
