~With Rose~

Closing my eyes, I lean my head on the wall "Rose?" looking up, I see a familiar blonde with violet eyes looking down at me. "Blondie?...wait, is this what you meant by me not being alone?!" my eyes widen at the boy above me. Tamaki held his hand out for me which I accepted the help to get up. Brushing out my dress, "So you got dragged here too," facing the violet-eyed boy.

Tamaki nodded. "Yes, Father and Grandmother have always donated to this charity," answered me with some seriousness. Glancing at him, I lean close to his face. "Who are you, and where is Blondie? Cause I know, he is a lot more of a goof than this guy before me," crossing my arms as Tamaki turned red then pouted at me.

"It is me! How can you be cruel to your own father!" Tamaki exclaimed, throwing arms around me into a hug. Smirking *He's back...but why so serious though* patting his back. "Didn't expect to see you two over here," a male voice came from behind me. Letting go of Tamaki, I turn to see "Kyoya/Mommy!" Tamaki and I announced together, making Kyoya have an annoyed look. "Okay, any other hosts going to pop up, or are we it" looking to the dark-haired boy, amused at his pain. Pushing his glasses up, "No, it seems we are the only ones here tonight." looking straight at us.

Tamaki flings his arms around me again, causing me to stumble. "Blondie, easy buddy." adjusting my stance. "We need to dance, my daughter….but where are your shoes" Tamaki blinked in confusion at my bare feet. Rolling my eyes, I gestured to the heels near the wall. "Over there, I figured I wouldn't be dancing much, so...off they go. Don't need them otherwise, really," shrugging at Tamaki's distressed face.

"Mommy daughter is not acting like a lady" Tamaki's grip tightened while Kyoya and I sighed. Glancing to the dark prince, "I'm not getting out of this tonight," waiting on an answer. "No. not unless you want to have more attention on you," Kyoya explained, gesturing to the other attendees.

Groaning as I head to the heels, "Alright, I say this with much reluctance but let me put the heels on, then we can dance Blondie. But if I dance, then so do you," pointing to Kyoya with a glare. "That is fine, Miss. Rose," Kyoya answered with a smirk as Tamaki happily dragged me to the dance floor.

~With Tamaki~

Entering the room with father, we greeted party-goers as I kept glancing around the room *Rose should be here somewhere* looking for the blonde-headed girl. In one corner of the room, I see the hosts of this party talking to *My Daughter!* smiling as I see her.

Father looked to me then to where I was looking. "Well, let's go greet our hosts for tonight," he spoke, gesturing to where I was looking. Making our way over, more people thought the same thing as a crowd began to swarm the area *No, my daughter, I will rescue you!* about to jump into action.

When a girl dashed out to the other side of the room quickly *Rose?* turning to the direction the girl went. Getting to the corner, I see a girl sitting on the floor in a beautiful dress leaning against the wall. Taking a step forward toward her, "Rose?"

~With Kyoya~

Father and I arrived early to this function *It seems like Tamaki is not here yet. He seemed excited about tonight for some reason and wouldn't tell me* glancing around the ballroom. My eyes land on the hosts of this event, taking to a younger pair. Moving to get a closer look when many began to greet Mr. & Mrs. Sato.

A girl quickly ran from the in-coming crowd to the opposite side of the room, away from everyone. Behind her was a familiar blonde-haired boy *Tamaki….so that must be Rose* as I watch him catch up to her. I followed behind to see Tamaki hugging Rose. I spoke up, "Didn't expect to see you two over here," watching them split apart, looking at me in surprise.

~Dancing with Tamaki~

Tamaki dragged me right in the middle of the dance floor and adjusted my hand to the correct place as we began to dance. *Blondie is light on his feet….huh* smiling at the newfound information. "What are you smiling about, daughter?" Tamaki's eyes pierced mine. "You do realize that you could have told me you were coming to this thing too" I changed the conversation raising my brow at him.

Tamaki frowned. "If I told you, it would have ruined the surprise!…. Plus, I made a promise" as his voice became soft at the end. As we twirled around the floor, ignoring the glances and chatter of busybodies, I squeezed his shoulder as we danced. "Yes, you did….I'm glad I trusted you, Blondie," giving him a big smile as we finished our dance.

Clapping caught our attention as many eyes focused on us, making me want to run *Nope don't care how fun that was…. Still hate all the eyes on me* as Tamaki guided me back over to Kyoya.

~Dancing with Kyoya~

Kyoya switched out with Tamaki and led me back to the floor but on edge this time. Slowly we began to dance to the calm music. "I didn't expect to see you here tonight," Kyoya broke the silence. Floating on the dance floor with him, "Honestly, I didn't know what to expect tonight. My parents couldn't make it, so it was up to us to represent them," making a face.

Kyoya kept us with the rhythm of the song while focusing on me. "You don't want to be here," he stated bluntly, making me smirk. "Nope. Like I told Blondie, this is all for show. Sure the money does go to the cause, but it's mostly for gossip and looking good."

Kyoya smiled, but it vanished as quickly as it came. "So why come at all" gave me a look causing me to sigh. I side glance over to my brother talking to a very pretty woman. "I do it not only for my parent but my brother. He is the one who will be the face of the company, which is fine with me, but not many in this society are. So if I appear with him…" looking back at the dark-haired boy.
"It shows there is no ill will causing others to accept it," Kyoya finished giving me a mysterious look as I nodded. "If I can help, I will, even if it means doing this" I smiled at him happily. As the song ended, Kyoya escorted me back to Tamaki, who had his phone in hand.

~Back to corner of the room~

"Blondie, I swear if you took a picture!" as we came up to the blonde boy. Tamaki made a high pitch noise. "But Daughter, you look so cute!" complained as I took the phone to see the photo of Kyoya and me dancing looking happy. *This is a nice photo* staring at it "Delete it" Kyoya spoke to the right of me. "But mommy and daughter look precious dancing together!" Tamaki whined in my left ear.

Messing with Tamaki's phone, I brought up the front-facing camera, then wrapped my arms around the two boys' neck, bringing them closer. "This is a nice photo, but we need one of the three of us! So smile nicely, boys" I grinned at the camera as soon as the boys looked to take the shot.

Moving away from them, I quickly send the photos to my phone before handing Tamaki's phone back to him. Kyoya gave us a death glare as we kept the phone out of reach. Not noticing the time until "Rose?" called over to me.

We all look over to see my brother standing there with an amused look. "Well, look who is having fun?" pouting at him. "I know it's a miracle," I sarcastically answer back. Artie nodded his head. "I know you two….you guys were part of that big group that came to the restaurant, right?" looking between the two boys.

Artie gave them a staredown, making me roll my eyes. "Yeah, that's them, but they are my friends…be nice," giving him a look. Kyoya stepped up, "Ootori Kyoya," introducing himself. "And I am Souh Tamaki" Tamaki gave more energy to his *Right...I forgot how weird he can be* I try holding back my smile.

"Night, Artie. Nice to meet you both" Artie gives the blonde a strange look. "It's time to get going, Rose," he looks at me once more. Nodding, "Okay," looking back at Kyoya and Tamaki, "I'll see you guys tomorrow at school….Also Tamaki" as I focus on the blonde. "Thank you!" giving him a genuine smile before heading out with my brother.
