~At Brother's Apartment~

~With Rose~

Standing in front of his door, I knocked quickly. Not even two minutes the door swung open, revealing my disheveled brother. "Come in, Rose," he gestured me in. I walked to see his table littered with his laptop and papers.

Going to sit on the couch, "Okay, so what happened?" as I take off my shoes. Artie plops next to running his hand through his hair "there was a press release statement..." he started with an angry tone.

"It said that the sole heir to the Night company is Rose Night. She is the one to take over her father's company as soon as she comes of age." he stopped, as my hands grabbed my dress tightening into fists *Who the hell would...* glaring into space at the words.

"That's not all of it. The rest went on stating along the lines that I do not have the right since I am a bastard child, and I am ill-fit to run even a small part of it," Artie finished sounding exhausted. Frowning at that detail, I stood up, "Okay, first we need to do damage control which I am guessing that's what you were doing while trying to contact me," gesturing to the mess of the table.

He nodded as I began to pace. "Alright, then we need to do a press release. From myself stating that whoever gave that information was false. That we both will run father's company together, and you are more than fit to do it," placing my hand under my chin, figuring out the next steps to fix this.

Artie chuckled, breaking me from my planning mode. "What?" looking confused at him. "It's funny. You always say that I am much better at this stuff but look at you. Calm and collected while coming up with a way to get everything under control" He smirked at me as I groaned.

"Seriously? I am fuming mad, but we need to do this first. Then I can let out all my fury toward this anonymous person," I rant, moving my hands around erratically in angry. Artie stood up laughing, "Okay, let's get to work then," moving to the table. Smiling, I nod, following * Whoever did this shall face my fury...I have a feeling of who did this* frowning as their face popped into my mind.

~After many phone calls~

*Ugh, I hated talking on the phone* plopping myself on the couch as I groaned. Looking to the clock in the room, seeing that it's late, "Lovely...just lovely," throwing an arm over my eyes. Artie exits his room, all cleaned up and ready for bed. "You're staying here tonight" as he sits next to me.

Peaking at him, "No argument here... my extra clothes still here," as I stood up to go get comfy. "Yep, I haven't touched it, so it should be just as you left it," he answered while looking to put something on. Heading into the spare room, I find my bag *Brilliant of me to do this* bringing it with me to the bathroom.

Once finished and in my sleep ware I wandered over to the couch and sat down. "So, what did you find?" I asked as I got comfortable. "It's a horror film. I don't know; I just need something I don't need to focus on," answering as he was lounged out.

I grab a throw pillow and hug it as I focus on the movie "Good choice. The worst case is that we can make fun of it" as I watch the characters on the screen. Once the film ended, I saw my brother passed out on the couch. Grabbing a throw blanket, I placed it over him *Night Bro* as I headed to the guest room.

Entering, I crawled into the bed. Rolling over, I saw that my phone was blinking. Reaching for it, I open it up to see texts from all the hosts, making me smile.

Hey, Kyoya informed us why you left early. Just text me letting me know all is okay.

I informed everyone so, except an onslaught of texts.

Daughter! Mother told me you had an emergency! Please text Daddy so I can help!

Hey, I hope everything is okay. Just let us know if we can help.

Hi Rose-chan! Kyoya said that you had an emergency. I hope everything is okay. If you need any help, remember you have us.

I Smile at the messages as I put my phone back. I go to lay back down. "I'll answer in the morning. They are such dorks," chuckling as my exhaustion overtook me to dreamland.

~Next Morning~

Rolling over, I opened my eyes *This is not my room...right... I'm at my brother's place* sitting up stretching my arms. Scratching my head, I look over at my phone to see that it's nine in the morning. "Too early…" groaning. Sliding out of bed, I began sending a general text to everyone as I made my way into the kitchen.

From Rose

Hey, everything is okay. My brother and I got everything under control. Thanks for checking in on me.

Placing my phone down, I began to collect items to make breakfast *I still can't believe that happened...This is just the beginning* sighing at the incoming chaos if it's who I think it is. "Good thing it's the weekend...I just want to be lazy," muttering as I hear movement behind me.

"Coffee?" a deep voice grumbled behind me as I pointed to the freshly made pot. Grunting, Artie moved to the location, creating his cup. "How did you sleep?" as I made the plates, handing them to him. We made our way to the table. "Alright...feels like I got hit by something though" Artie rubbed the back of his neck, making me laugh.

"Same, bro. Plus, I need to head back home to make sure the animals are alright," answering as I shoved my meal in my mouth. As we finished up the food, Artie cleaned the table. "You go get ready. I'll drive you back once we are ready" Nodding at him, I went to change.

Picking up my phone, I see a text from Kaoru and Hikaru asking if they can come to my house. *Huh...guess they are just worried. I don't have a problem* quickly agreeing, I sent my address as I got ready.
