A/N We're Back! Here is the promised sequel to Love Isn't An Illusion! Just a couple of quick notes; the rating on this has gone up, as there is more mature content in this. There are also a couple of chapters that touch on some pretty dark issues, and we will post trigger warnings for those chapters. Also, not every chapter will have social media this time, although it will still appear in most chapters.

We had originally intended to post every Sunday and Wednesday, but at the moment we don't have enough chapters finished, so for now we will only be posting on Sundays. When we have more finished we will start posting twice a week.

We Hope You Enjoy this sequel as much as you enjoyed the first!

Reviews always welcome!

Prologue

"Paris," Kurt said, sliding his arms up and around Blaine's neck. "City of love. I demand you take me on a romantic date that includes stopping to add our own lock to love lock's bridge."

Blaine laughed and pulled something from his pocket. "You mean like this?" He held up the old fashioned padlock he'd found in an antique store.

Kurt surged forward and kissed him. "You are always one step ahead, and I love you for it." He kissed him again. "I can't believe I get to spend the rest of my life in your arms. Dream come true."

"Best dream ever." Blaine said, kissing him again.

"Are you two going to stand there making googly eyes all night?" Santana called out. "I'm starving, and we only have two hours before we gotta get back to the Theater!"

Kurt drew a breath and shut his eyes. "I better not start to regret telling Wes to offer her a job." He smiled nonetheless and kissed Blaine again. "Go pick somewhere for everyone to eat, Satan. We'll catch up, I promise."

"You better not keep us waiting long!"

"We'll be there, Santana," Blaine told her, offering her a smile. "Just text me the name of the restaurant."

"Fine. You got fifteen minutes to catch up or we eat without you."

Blaine rolled his eyes, knowing that Santana would always play the tough card, even though when you knew her well, you could see what a big softie she really was. Wes had hired her to be their new publicist after she'd rage-quit her previous job when the boss' boss started screwing around with everyone's work schedule. It hadn't helped that the man had kept calling her Chica.

Wes was currently on vacation with David, something that was much needed after working their asses off to set up everything for this tour. While Wes had not been particularly pleased with Kurt for his methods, he discovered that staying mad at Kurt Hummel was next to impossible.

By the time Kurt had finally unlocked the door of the bus and let him and David out, they were sweating from more than just the heat. Kurt had stood outside the door, turned away from the interior and told them to get their clothes on before they came out and yelled at him. They'd both been too exhausted, again from more than just the heat to say much of anything to him at all though.

Later, when they had recovered, Wes had tried to give Kurt a firm talking to about how you shouldn't trick people into being locked inside heated buses, but Kurt had merely said, "It got you two to get your acts together, didn't it?" and he'd effectively done one of the hardest things in the world. He'd shut Wes up.

The manager and the bus driver had been together ever since and Kurt had gotten away with it.

They were currently in Paris, hours away from the opening show of their new tour. It had been about a year since Blaine had proposed to Kurt at the end of their last tour and now here they were at the beginning of the largest tour the magician had ever done. And there had been some changes along the way.

First, the show was no longer The Blaine Blackwell Show, but was now called The Klaine Blackwell Show, officially turning the lovebirds into a magic duo rather than magician and assistant.

And speaking of assistants, Rachel had resigned when she was offered the opportunity to return to Broadway, something both Kurt and Blaine had encouraged her to go for. They'd ended up hiring Brittany to replace her, and her cat Lord Tubbington was having a grand ole time hanging out with Raja.

Tina and Mike were on a leave of absence from performing. They'd gotten married and Tina was now expecting their first child. Blaine and Kurt had auditioned people to fill in for them and in the end, a young dancer named Jake and a really bratty girl named Bree had been chosen. Though admittedly, Blaine was a bit on the fence with the potential for new drama she brought with her, he couldn't deny that she seemed to adapt to the role naturally, though.

Quinn and Sam were still dating, and seemed quite happy together. Quinn's mother, Judy was very happy with the situation, and kept dropping hints about marriage and more grandbabies.

Elliott and Dave were also still dating. Dave had joined the crew as assistant animal handler and helped out when needed on the stage crew. Trent had joined the stage crew, and would be driving one of the tour buses. He and Artie had moved in together in Vegas.

Nick and Jeff had also joined the crew, Jeff working with the stagehands, while Nick would be driving one of the buses as well. They'd had to add more buses, as the season four winners of The Illusionist, The McCarthy twins, would be joining them on the tour, so there were more people and more equipment, and more tigers.

Despite his success, Blaine had never done a tour of this scale. The first three months would be an international leg and then they would travel back and forth across the US for another six months, performing their closing show in Hawaii. While they'd done a Canadian and European tour before, this was the first time they would be bringing the show to stages in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and South America. Blaine was nervous about performing for new audiences and in new places, but he was also very excited at the idea of expanding his fan base even more.

With a sigh, Kurt turned and moved a step away from Blaine. "We should hurry and catch up to the others. But I want a selfie with you here in front of the Eiffel Tower."

"And this is the perfect moment for it. It's so beautiful out here at sunset," Blaine said, smiling at him. "Let's get that selfie, and I'm kissing you on the cheek for it." They posed for the picture, and just as Kurt hit the shutter button, Raja jumped up and bumped his head under their chins.

Blaine was in peels of laughter, as Kurt playfully glared at the tiger. "Raja!" Kurt said, sternly.

The magician cupped a hand over his mouth to slow his laughter down. "Come on Kurt, he's our kid, and it's kind of the kid's job to photobomb the parents."

Kurt let out a giggle as they looked at the picture. It really was adorable. "He may be retired, but he'll never grow up. Maybe we should change his name to Peter Pan."

Blaine's phone chirped with a text message, Santana giving them the name of the restaurant, and reminding them to get their butts moving. They began walking, hand in hand. Kurt held Raja and Tobi's leashes, while Blaine held Ginger's. Ginger had gained a lot of weight in the year since they'd taken her in, and now was almost as large as a female Bengal tiger should be, although she was still on the small side. Tobias was almost as large as Raja now, and had a very similar personality, although the younger male had a tendency to get into much more mischief.

They were a family, one that made Kurt smile every single day. He had grown to love Ginger and Tobias so much and Raja even more than he already had. And Blaine was so wonderful with them. It never ceased to amaze Kurt how Blaine had always gone along with how important Raja was to him, and now Ginger and Tobias too, like it was the most natural thing in the world. And that was how Kurt knew without a doubt, Blaine was a keeper.
