I have recently watched the 'My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission' movie and was honestly impressed/horrified by the opening scenes of the movie. While the movie had issues, especially some of the ending parts which really went far with the whole "second wind" and "dragged-on countdown" tropes, I will admit that I generally enjoyed the movie.

As such, I cannot help but want to post a Quirk Ripper quote based on the opening scenes of the movie with a healthy dose of my own fridge horror. Of course, there will be spoilers so I recommend watching the movie before reading this one.

Now, for scene reference, imagine that the Quirk Ripper and his group have decided to do a global broadcast without getting permission from the H.P.S.C.:

Greeting, citizens of the world. I am the Quirk Ripper: Deku, and I am making this unauthorised global broadcast to send a message to the anti-quirk organisation responsible for that recent terrorist attack, Humarise.

To the members of the anti-quirk movement, Humarise, allow me to first make two disclaimers before I say anything further.

Firstly, as you may have noticed, I am not wearing my mask. Normally, when dealing with villains and the like, I wear my mask as it is not only a form of protection but also hides my facial expressions to prevent my enemies from taking advantage of it. However, in this case, I believe that a certain level of… transparency is needed so that my words will carry more weight.

Secondly, in case there is anyone who has been threatened to join Humarise for one reason or another, especially those with loved ones, my words are not for you. They are for those who have willingly joined Humarise, especially those who feel no remorse to the victims of that biochemical attack.

Now, with the two disclaimers out of the way, I wish to start by asking the relevant members of Humarise this one question:

Why is it that EVERY anti-quirk organisation that I have met thus far have a tendency to harm children?

To give some context to that question, especially to those who do not keep track of events that happen in Japan, allow me to tell you a bit about my experience while I was still a villain.

During my time as a villain, I met a villainous organisation that percecuted those with mutation-type quirks known as the 'Creature Rejection Clan'. Given the nature of my villainous misdeeds at the time, namely my tendency to render people functionally quirkless by literally ripping off the associated body parts whenever possible, they were convinced that I would be willing to join forces with them.

They honestly believed that showing me their handiwork of mutilating young children, just so that they would be 'closer to the ideal human form', would earn then MY allegiance.

To summarize that particular encounter, I expressed my… immense displeasure towards them and gave them a taste of their own medicine before saving the children, giving them the necessary medical treatment and finally adopting most of them as my own.

Obviously, my words alone will not mean much without actual proof so I have complied some images of both my own misdeeds and the misdeeds of the Creature Rejection Clan. Due to the… graphic images that I will be showing, viewer discretion is advised and I strongly recommend keeping young children away from seeing what comes next.

Back to the question at hand, the reason why I felt the need to ask that particular question to the relevant members of Humarise if because of THESE:

[Pictures of the aftermath of the Trigger Bomb event are shown. Among them are pictures of dead children, surviving children crying in pain due to being mutilated by their own out-of-control quirks, a destroyed nursery with dead babies and even an expectant mother who had been literally torn open by her own unborn baby who then died soon after.]

You claim that you wish to save humanity from the 'Quirk Singularity' by creating a world where only the quirkless exist yet all you have done is ruin the lives of all those people in the city, including the children, and their friends and families.

What is more, you have the sheer AUDACITY to reference my crime of destroying the Meta Liberation Army back in Deika City to promote the idea that quirks are rapidly becoming too dangerous for humanity.

Make no mistake, I am guilty of ruining the lives of many people. However, even at my worst, I have not stooped so low as to mutilate UNBORN INFANTS!

Normally, I would apologise for letting my anger get the better of me. However, given the nature of YOUR CRIMES, even such a basic courtesy is nothing short of a waste of oxygen so I will just get to the points instead.

To the quirkless people who have willingly joined Humarise due to quirkless discrimination, I can understand at least some of your pain. After all, prior to the manifestation of my quirk, I was basically quirkless for fourteen years and have suffered for it. However, do you SERIOSULY think that indiscriminately destroying people with quirks, right down to infants who have not even drawn their very first breath, will put an end to the discrimination? If anything, all it will do is make any surviving quirked people who are not already members of Humarise have yet another reason, a justified one at that, to hate quirkless people as a whole. In other words, any future worsening of quirkless discrimination will, to some degree or another, be YOUR FAULT!

To the quirked people who feel that their own quirks are unwanted burdens and have willingly joined Humarise as a result, INCLUDING your leader, Flect Turn, who clearly has a quirk if his skin colour is anything to go by, WHAT exactly are you tying to prove? As a former villain, I personally know quite a few people who have suffered simply because of the quirks they have been born with and have turned to villainy as a result. I have even met people who have problems with controlling their own quirks. Therefore, I have at least a few possible ideas as to why you see quirks as unwanted things that humanity is better off without. With that being said, anyone with even the intelligence of a lemming knows that EVERYONE in the city was afflicted by the weaponised drug that YOU have unleashed upon them. If your goal is to simply threaten everyone into agreeing with you like every other villain who wants total world domination, then I suppose using such a terrible weapon actually makes a lot of sense. However, if your goal really is, and I'm quoting here, 'saving the world', HOW is literally killing babies supposed to prove to the world and you are righteous and just?

If you truly do not care about the suffering of people who do not share your beliefs, then I suppose my words will mean less than nothing to you. However, if you possess even a shred of basic moral decency that actually extends to humanity as a whole, then you should seriously ask yourself if repeating the crime of making even children die from the drug is really the right thing to do.

Should you still continue with your plan to using the Trigger Bombs regardless, I strongly suggest that you start praying to whatever good is willing to listen to child-murderers like you that I DO NOT find you.
