Within a road heading somewhere, we see a blonde-haired, blue-eyed man wearing a blue cloak with a high collar and an Arc emblem used to attach to the white robe that he's wearing.

Beside the man was a woman with dark red hair that ends with bright red in the tips. She was wearing a black dress and a two-coloured cloak. It was red on the inside and white on the outside.

The man is Jaune Arc, a man who holds the title of Sorcerer Supreme, while the woman is Summer Rose, nay, Summer Arc-Rose. The two have just returned to Remnant.

When Jaune was ten, he ran from home, he wanted to be a hero and a huntsman, but his parents forbade him from pursuing his dream. Two hours after running away, he fell into a portal that was sparking on its edges. It turns out that it was a portal created by the Ancient One. She was making a portal to Remnant, a world that is typically cut off from dimensional travel. Only once in every seven years does a small passage open, and this very passage was where Jaune fell into.

Jaune has been training for five years with the Ancient One. He was a natural. He could easily learn any language that the Ancient One taught him, and the spells came to him very naturally. The Ancient One believes it is due to his physiology of being a person from another world. While learning to wield the mystic arts, Jaune hated that he was obligated to pay his debt to the beings that allowed him to use their power. These beings were the Vishanti and the Octessence, so he made a contract with them, one task that they deem impossible. If he completes it, then he's never to be obligated to do what they want, and if he fails, he is in their command. Of course, he completed it, but it would be a story for another time.

As for Summer, she was dead once, until she was brought back to life, although it wasn't Jaune's doing. No, Summer was brought back to life by Lady Death. She was brought back to life as a reward to Jaune, and it pertains to the impossible task that Jaune was able to complete.

Summer would talk to Jaune a lot about her baby, Ruby, so Jaune asked her if she was married, but to Jaune's surprise, she wasn't. According to her, she had Ruby when she had a night of passion with her former teammate Taiyang, who was heartbroken when his wife left him and his daughter, Yang.

Jaune and Summer met when he was fifteen. It was when Jaune turned sixteen that Summer and Jaune got together, and not long after that, they got married, but now that they were back in Remnant, they have to register for a marriage certificate...again.

"Come on, Jaune! The registration office is just this way!" Summer said. Even after she has been gone from Remnant for a long time, she was still familiar with the places she had been to when she was an active huntress.

"Calm down a bit, Summer. The office isn't going anywhere. Besides, I thought that you would like to visit your daughters first when we get back," Jaune said.

"I do, but I also want to introduce you to Ruby. I bet she would love to meet you, although she probably won't see you as her father," Summer said while making a thinking pose.

"Oh, God! I hope not! I mean, she is only two years younger than me. If people saw her call me daddy, that would be weird, they might think I'm in that kind of thing," Jaune said, being horrified with that prospect while Summer was chuckling.

They continued onwards to the marriage office to get their documents sorted and get registered. It didn't take them long, only a few minutes since the office in Argus was empty. When they exited, Jaune and Summer met a woman that closely resembles Jaune. This happens to be Saphron.

"Jaune…is that you?" Saphron said, nearly in tears.

"Saph!" Jaune shouted.

"Jaune! It is you! It really is you!" Saphron said, crying while hugging Jaune.

"It's good to see you, Saph," Jaune said, returning the hug.

After a few minutes of hugging, Jaune and Saphron talked, then she invited them to her and her wife's home. Jaune agreed to go with her and explain everything that happened to him seven years ago.

The story he told them was unbelievable. It was no surprise that they didn't believe Summer and Jaune until he should them what he was capable of. He didn't go overboard. All he did was conjure them some food out of nothing. Then he proceeded to increase the space within her house.

"Okay, that's just cool," Saphron said.

"Magic is real! Magic is real! Then does that mean the stories of the maiden is real?!" Terra asked.

"Yes, they are but don't go telling anyone. There was a reason their existence was hidden. People would hunt them down for their power if they knew that they were real," Summer said.

"I was never going to, besides even if I told anyone it was real, they would just think I was crazy," Terra said while making circles around her ear.

"By the way, Jaune, what were the two of you doing in the office back there?" Saphron asked.

"Uhm…Summer and I got our official marriage certificate…." Jaune said while trying to avoid his sister's eyes.

"You got married without the family knowing! You are dead, Jaune! Dead! If mom finds out, you are screwed and not in a good way like with your wife," Saphron said while smirking at the end of her sentence.

"Crap! You're right! I guess I need to give them a visit," Jaune said.

"You know they miss you. When you disappeared, they didn't stop searching for you, until now they believed that you were still alive, while the others already moved on. Mom, Dad and I were the only ones to continue believing," Saphron said.

Jaune and Summer were having a great time speaking with Terra and Saphron and playing with their son Adrian. But that was interrupted when Jaune felt massive negativity in the location of Vale.

"Saph! Terra! We have to go!" Jaune said in a hurry.

"What? Jaune, what's going on?! Why are you suddenly in a hurry?" Saphron asked.

"Vale seems to be under attack. I felt a massive spike in negativity in Vale's general direction. We have to go and see what's going on," Jaune said.

"Jaune. Please be careful. I just got you back. I don't want to lose you again," Saphron said while hugging Jaune.

"I will. I promise," Jaune said. He didn't need to explain himself further as Saphron knew just how important promises to an Arc is.

When Jaune and Summer left, Saphron couldn't help but worry about her baby brother. After all, she just met him after seven years, worrying about him came naturally as she cares about him.

Jaune and Summer soon arrived at Vale. What they saw horrified them. Grimm. The Grimm were everywhere. But that's not all they saw. They saw White Fang members killing people. It wasn't just Jaune that was angry. Summer was as well. They then got into action to help the people. Summer opened portals to bring people to safety and instructed them to go through it. Jaune, on the other hand, fought against the Grimm and the White Fang.
