 Author has written 7 stories for High School DxD/ハイスクールD×D, Kamen Rider, Mass Effect, Transformers/Beast Wars, and Daily Life with a Monster Girl/モンスター娘のいる日常. If I ever get a book series published I am SPECIFICALLY BANNING Naruto and Harry Potter x-over fan fiction. I KNOW what people would write and I'm putting my foot down. I know that there are good Naruto and Harry Potter fics but you get Gary-Stus and Mary Sues a good 90% of the time. Godlike/Evil/Cold/Smart Naruto stupidity: 1. Taking over the world is a good thing as long as its Naruto doing it. 2. Claim that the Uchiha sharingan is cheating and underhanded ... while ninjas are SUPPOSED to be cheating and underhanded 3. Naruto claiming to have earned everything he has by hard work. 3A - In Canon he is the incarnation of a demi-god, the son of two ridiculously powerful ninja, trained by half a dozen ridiculously powerful ninja, and containing a demon in his gut. 3B - Fanfics then have him discover some utterly broken ability or weapon from his Uzumaki or Namikaze side, get it from Kyuubi, or randomly finding some item in the middle of nowhere just because. 4. In harem stories he will berate other men for being perverts ... even if Naruto is practically living the pervert's dream and likely having sex with multiple women proactively. 5. Everyone who disagrees with Naruto has to be an evil, disgusting villain. Why Sith are stupid: 1. BACKSTABBING. Masters and Students are expected to turn on each other. And everyone tries to betray each other to get ahead or out of sheer paranoia. 2. Emotionally imbalanced. So you honestly expect using hatred and anger to power your abilities all the damn time is a good idea? At least the Jedi are taught to control the emotions instead of lashing out. 3. They are Evil. Its plain and simple, they just hurt a lot people for personal gain and enjoyment and sometimes just because what they do IS evil. Darth Vader may not have liked the Jedi as they were but that didn't mean he had the right to slaughter all those children during Order 66. Why Draco Malfoy shouldn't be liked 1. He's a proud racist from a wealthy elitist family of Magic!KKK who go out and kill people. 2. He likes to insult and bully people. 3. He is a coward. 4. Ron Weasly is actually a decent person in books for god's sake so why do you want to make Draco a good guy and Ron a bad guy? |
