Boy, that's a hard one, mainly because one of the things I love the most about Zucest is how unique their dynamic is.
I think the closest fits would be Cersei's relationship with both of her brothers. She and Jaime have that whole undeniable chemistry, undying love, and obvious bad influence on each other, while her relationship with Tyrion is the whole "You're my family, so I kinda feel a weird affection for you, but good god do I want to murder you with my bare hands" - plus there's the fact that Tyrion seems to have some repressed incestuous desire for Cersei, and she has nightmares involving being in weirdly sexual scenarios with him, and that just screams Zuko and Azula to me. Basically combine the two Lannister brothers and make Cersei smarter and you'll have Zucest.
