Also, because I'm sick in the head, would either ever get Ursa into the bedroom as a way of resolving one of their deep seated issues like Azula wanting her mother's affection or proving Zuko prefers his sister's love to his mother's? Basically is a family three-way feasible?
Maybe it's just my fire foursome bias is showing, but I think they'd both be okay with the other having sex with either Mai or Ty Lee (possibly both). If they were trying out cucking, then I feel like they'd like to watch... which could lead to a threesome/foursome.
Once again, my bias is showing, but I don't think they'd have a three-way with either of their parents. But I can see them roleplay - I'm even working on writing that. I feel like, at least at first, they be a little hesitant to mix up their sexuality with their complicated feelings on both of their parents, but they would have sort of a "safe" way of doing that by being asking the other to act like Ursa or Ozai. The physical similarities would help make it "more real", and they'd feel safe since they know the other would understand where they're coming from since they both know their family is fucked up. Could lead to a mommy/daddy kink.
