Coco: "Ah!"

Kyrell: "Oh hey, good work. Heard you've been lugging the laundry around."

Coco: "Yeah, we had a whole bunch of things. Bedsheets, pillowcases - are you sure this isn't a hotel?"

Kyrell: "Hahaha, nah. Tomorrow should be the futons that need cleaning alongside some curtains. We're gonna change decor for autumn."

Coco: "Ooh that sounds nice."

Kyrell: "Yeah, it's calming as well."

Coco: "Are we usually busy during the autumn months?"

Kyrell: "Not really, families don't tend to go anywhere for autumn, at most we'll get celebrations and meetings."

Coco: "But Hololive will be here by then, so we'll have our work cut out for us."

Kyrell: "You said it, I should probably hire more people to help around the inn while we deal with Hololive."

Coco: "Should we go and post something online?"

Kyrell: "Not yet, I'll ask my brother to help with finding any employees that would want to work here."

Coco: "Does he run inns as well?"

Kyrell: "No but he has several hotels he is in charge of, so he'll most likely have somebody."

Coco: "He has several hotels?!"

Kyrell: "Yeah, one he inherited from my mom, who used to run it and then he set other ones across the world."

Coco: "Wow..."

Kyrell: "Impressive isn't it? My brother inherited our mom's knack for business that's for sure."

Coco: "Oh yeah your mom's a businesswoman isn't she?"

Kyrell: "Mhm. She runs several things, but her main is in technology."

Coco: "You must be swimming in money."

Kyrell: "My family surely doesn't have any problem when it comes to money. But I don't particularly live like they do."

Coco: "You can say that again. You're hidden here with most customers being from other worlds. How come you didn't inherit anything?"

Kyrell: "I did. This inn belonged to my grandparents who got married here."

Coco: "Seriously?"

Kyrell: "Yeah, I asked them to give it to me since it was going to get sold anyways."

Coco: "Hmm? Why'd you do that?"

Kyrell: "Ah... well my aunt, my mom's older sister, said that the inn wasn't generating profits so it was best to sell it rather than keep wasting money on it."

Coco: "So you asked for it so that they wouldn't need to huh?"

Kyrell: "Kinda, I knew that this place was important to them, so by getting it I would preserving their memories... but it was also an easy ticket away from my family."

Coco: "I heard that they don't like you very much. You're aunts, uncles and cousins."

Kyrell: "Yeah."

Coco: "How come you're parents never made them stop?"

Kyrell: "You can't easily change the mind of those who are already set in their ways. They always held success above everything and if you didn't cross a certain threshold, you weren't worth a thing."

Coco: "But you're family!"

Kyrell: "That doesn't matter, the name I bear holds great influence and status if I don't live up to it... it's my family that gets humiliated."

Coco: "What... that's fucked up... ah I mean-"

Kyrell: "It's ok, my brother said the exact same thing once. But like I said changing someone who's been set in their ways is difficult."

Coco: "Still that's pretty cruel."

Kyrell: "Sure is, but if I act on it and call them out, it's not just them who'll be hurt, my entire family would be a part of a scandal and everything my grandparents worked for would be sent to the grave."

Coco: "So you decided to hide out here."

Kyrell: "Yep, and it's not like I don't get to see my family anymore, I just can't join large gatherings is all."

Coco: "Like what?"

Kyrell: "Birthdays, Christmas parties, large celebrations, weddings."

Coco: "Basically important events."

Kyrell: "Pretty much."

Coco: "..."

Kyrell: "... I know it's unfair, but I love my family and I don't want to be the reason why they lose everything. If I have to be a nobody to keep the peace, then I'll do it."

Coco: "You're really kind huh?"

Kyrell: "Haha I wouldn't say I'm kind. More like a coward."

Coco: "Huh?"

Kyrell: "Well anyway, I've still got things to do in the office so I'll be heading off. Thanks for the talk, I'll see you around Coco."

Coco: "Oh yeah, see you around."

Aloe: "Hmm, hmm hmm, hmm... Ah! Coco-senpai!"

Coco: "Aloe-chan..."

Aloe: "Coco-senpai? Why are you crying?"

Coco: "Aloe-chan."

Aloe: "Yes? What is it?"

Coco: "I'm-I'm-I'm gonna do my very best for Kyrell!"

Aloe: "Oh yeah, let's do our best." Did something happen? I'll go ask Kyrell if knows anything.

Ok everyone this is basically the end of the beginning arc, so to speak. But that's not what's important right now, what's important is the fact that I keep forgetting to upload, so to make amends I'll upload a little more frequently until it's a position I am happy with.

So look forward to some of that I guess.
