Oh yes, especially about their Agni Kai. She imagines Zuko taking advantage of the fact that she is in chains, and doing whatever he wants to her. He'd either be "visiting" her in the hospital or making the doctors treat her at home so he could keep her as his obedient sex-slave, and any time she tried to tell anyone about the things he did to her, they'd just write it off as another one of her delusions.
Azula would hate herself for wanting it, and hate Zuko even more for making her have these feelings and not do anything about it. He's already turned her into a freak by making her want to be abused by him, the least he could do to make up to her is actually abuse her, dammit!
