Awwwnnnn, I can just picture it.
Zuko talking to her in a calm, soothing voice as he gently holds on to her shoulders, telling her to look at him and just breathe, promising that it's all going to be okay, that he'll take care of whatever it is that made her feel that way.
Him just listening to her if she wants to talk about it, or going straight for the hug if she says she just wants to stop thinking about whatever caused the panic attack. Zuko holding her tight, rubbing her back, running his fingers through hair…
Wiping away her tears, kissing her forehead, taking her little hand and saying, once again, that he will take care of everything… and getting an innocent kiss on his lips as a "thank you"
