SignlessAcolyte: Here's an interesting concept. What if Azula had stowed away on Zuko's ship when he was banished? How might things change?

Oh. My. God.

That changes literally everything for them. Azula doing that is a huge "Fuck you" to Ozai. It means she's choosing her brother over him. That would mean the world to Zuko, and it would make him so happy even Iroh would be like "You know what, Azula ain't that bad".

Obviously Ozai would realize pretty quickly that Azula ran off, and would put two and two together, but would never admit that his perfect daughter/weapon betrayed him, and would probably say Iroh kidnaped her. He'd send official (bullshit) statements that if they surrender and return Azula home safely, they won't be killed. Everyone on the boat knows he's full of shit, so they won't do get in Iroh's way, even if they technically support Ozai.

Zuko would be super proud of Azula, and immediately forget all their past fights and be like "If anyone even looks at you for too long or thinks about saying anything bad about you, I'll kill them". Azula will 100% be into this brave, protective, possessive Zuko.

They'll totally be like "We're not home anymore, we're in charge, we can do whatever the hell we want" and spend nearly every second of the day together, even sleeping on the same room, and, eventually, sharing a bed and cuddling every night. Iroh won't have the heart to tell them to stop because for once these two are getting along and happy, which is rare for literally everyone in this family, so he keeps his mouth shut even though he doesn't like where this is going.

If they last more than a month without going "We should get married", I will be shocked.

Also, Iroh and his felow Illuminati would lose their minds now that they have both of Ozai's heirs under their thumb. Lots of scheming and secret plots.
