Anon asked: Zuko taking care of Azula while she has a fever.
Azula would probably be the type of person that simply refuses to accept they're sick, so she would likely not tell Zuko or anyone that she wasn't feeling well. Luckly, since he grew up with her, he knows when Azula is pretending to be fine, so he'd notice she was sick pretty quickly and make her get some goddamn rest before she gets worse, despite Azula saying "It's just a stupid cold".
But it wasn't. She woke up with a terrible fever the next morning and feeling worse than she ever had. She has a few hallucinations, and even though the healers say it's because of her illness, she's scared that she might be relapsing and will end up on a hospital again - and that maybe she wouldn't be allowed back in the palace since people would fear she would never truly recover.
Zuko would have none of that. He'd tell her he is sure that once she's better the hallucinations will stop - and that even if it didn't, he would do everything he could to make sure she would stay home, or at least only stay away for a little while. He needs his sister by his side.
After that, Azula would be much more relaxed, and would actively use her sudden illness as a way to have her Zuzu all for herself. She'd ask him to bring her food, check her temperature, make her take her meds (she 100% makes a grossed-out face and needs to bribed into taking it because she can get away with being a brat to Zuzu), tuck her in at night, and eventually share the bed with her at night.
She is disappointed to have gotten better so fast... until Zuko just crawls into her bed in the middle of the night saying he couldn't sleep without her.
