As I said in the foursome one, Zuko is definitively the type to just stare at his sleeping partner in adoration. He'd just gently embrace Azula, kiss her forehead and play with her hair. As a result of that I can see Azula rubbing up against him, or gently run her nails through his skin or nip him to wake him up - I really do like Azula acting like a pet that wants it's owner to pay attention to her XD
They both probably like to give each other massages, which can end up being both cute AND smutty.
As for the strictly smutty stuff, they both definitively like to tease to make the other wake up, it can be by either of them going down on the other, or Zuko fingering Azula, or Azula jerking him off.
