Back at the hideout, Kai was looking at his Medical book figuring out how to make Jin's medication.
"Is it ready?" Jin asked.
"One second." Kai chirped.
He got the ingredients and disassemble them and reassemble them into a perfect pill shape size.
"Ready!" Kai said.
"Finally!" Jin beamed. He quickly popped a pill into his mouth and drank a glass of cool water.
"Okay, now I'm ready to get back into action!" Jin said.
"Not so fast!" Kai interrupted.
"It will take a while for your medication to reach it's correct levels in your body." Kai explained.
Jin frowned before letting out a small whining noise.
"Kai is correct, Jin. I don't want you going out like this." Tenko said.
Jin crossed his arms. He didn't want to feel like a burden to the team.
"You can still help us run other errands." Tenko suggested.
"Sounds like a plan to me." Jin rejoiced.
Tenko chuckled before coughing to clear his truth.
"Team, gather around. I have something important to say." Tenko said.
Moments later, the Vigilantes gathered around him.
"We have finally been caught-redhanded by Eraserhead no less." Tenko explained.
Half of the Team gasped. Chills ran down their back when Tenko said the word 'Eraserhead.'
"I know in this world, Aizawa is a good man. He's a teacher at UA. But if he's anything like our Eraserhead it means we can easily be caught and thrown into Prison if we aren't careful." Tenko said.
"Right!" The Team shouted in unison.
"Okay, so what's the plan?" Spinner said.
"The Plan doesn't change. We stay low while fighting crime, make Japan a little safer as we track down Izuku." Tenko said.
The Team nodded their head in agreement.

On the other side of the Prefecture lied a tired, overworked man in a Hospital bed.
"W-What happened?" Shouta said as he fought to keep his eyes.
"Ooh, good. You're awake." Naomasa said before calling a nurse.
As the Nurse went to check his vitals, Naomsa told him what happened.
"You gave us quite a scare Sho!" Naomasa said.
Shouta sighed as he rolled his eyes at Naomasa's remark.
He groaned when his head pounded.
"Concussion." The Nurse explained.
A few moments later the Nurse left the two men alone.
"You ran into Shigarak and Toga."
Shouta hummed as he tried to remember.
"I remember now. They...They were super agile. Even more agile then me."
"Interesting." Naomasa said as he added it to his notes.
"When you didn't report for your check-in, your agency called for other underground heroes in the area to find you." Naomasa explained.
"Ooh." Shouta said.
"But...that doesn't explain why I was left alive." Shouta questioned.
"Beats me." Naomasa said while shrugging his shoulder.
A lightbulb lit up in Naomasa's head.
"Ooh yeah. They left you a note." Naomasa said.
"Huh?" Shouta said.

Dear Mr. Eraserhead,
We are sorry for knocking you out but we had to!
You won't understand this now but we are on your side.
Sincerely,
Duststorm & Identity Thief
P.S: Do you love cats in this world?
.
.
.
"You know. Maybe it's time for me to retire." Shouta joked.
"No, Sho! You are my right-hand man." Naomasa cried.
"Ow." Shouta said as he felt a sharp pain in his head.
"Yeah, the painkillers should kick in shortly." Naomasa insisted.
"Duststorm?" Shouta questioned, referencing the note.
"I guess that's what Shigaraki calls himself now." Naomasa reasoned.
"I still trying to figure out what they mean by 'in this world'." Naomasa continued
"Do they mean in this 'corrupted society'? Perhaps they think Heroes don't have time to enjoy the simple things of life." Naomasa thought to himself.
"Also, how did they know you liked cats? Have you noticed or remember any weird feelings of being stalked or watched in the past few weeks or months?" Naomasa inquired.
Shouta gasped. He remembers a few weeks ago he had a weird feeling he was stalked. However, the feeling wasn't malicious so he brushed it off.
"That explains it!" Naomasa said.
Shouta had a bad feeling about this.
"Sho, stay safe." Naomasa said in a serious tone.
Shouta nodded before dozing off to bed.

In another prefecture, lied an older man who was very done with the whole situation.
Mirai has no clue what's going on anymore. Not even his foresight could see this happening.
"The League and Chisaki are Vigilantes now?!" Mirai yelled over the phone.
Mirai was in his agency's office and he can already feel a migraine coming on this morning.
"I know, that's exactly how I felt when I found out about it." Naomasa said.
Mirai quickly popped some pain reliever medication in his mouth and exhaled through his nose loudly.
"As you know, I'm in-charge of investigating the League of Villains and I know you are investigating the Shie Hassaikai. Our goals overlap. We need to join forces." Naomasa explained.
Mirai happily obliged of course.
"So why the hell would League and Chisaki be running around Japan committing acts of vigilantism?" Mirai questioned.
"We still don't know. Recently, they were spotted at a pharmaceutical factory and they subdued Eraserhead. However, they left him alive."
"Strange." Mirai said adding it his notes and case file.
Mirai wondered what were the chances of the League of Heroes turning over a new leaf. If they were, it would probably make it easier to arrest them by reaching their hearts.
"Perhaps there will be less bloodshed." Mirai thought.
Mirai's attention was drawn away when he heard a knock at his door.
"Anyways, I have to go. I have a new report from one of my sidekicks." Mirai said.
Naomasa noted and hung up promptly.
.
.
.
"Sir, there was a fight between League of Villains and the Shie Hassaikai. It seems their negotiations were unsuccessful." Bubble Girl said.
"How is that possible?"Mirai said.
"Huh?" Bubble Girl questioned.
"I just got off the phone with the Detective and he said they are running all over Japan committing acts of Vigilantism.
"What?!" Bubble Girl shouted.
She had to sit down in a chiar. It was a lot for her to take it.
"Things are already making turn for the worse." Mirai noted.
He sighed before returning to his office. He had an intern to interview.
