This would be absolutely hilarious, awkward, ridiculous, and I absolutely fucking love it. (I'll answer this assuming they live in a country where incest is, at the very least, not illegal because it's more fun)
Even if they got banned from whatever platform they were using (I barely know how youtube works, don't get me started on Twitch or whatever the fuck people use) they'd probably get A LOT of attention and could easily turn said attention into money and a themselves into well known, infamous, highly successful personalities if they play their cards (considering Azula is Azula, I say that is likely to happen).
If their friends and family were not aware of their relationship before the incident, BOY, that would be one hell of a nightmare situation for everyone involved. I feel they'd all come to accept it eventually, but I can already see the disclaimers of "We do not approve of their relationship" every time they defend Zuko and Azula from harassment (online and off-line).
Also there would 100% be rumors about some video of them boning being leaked online, and people are DESPERATE to find it because holy shit, it's ACTUAL INCEST porn! It'd be fake/just a rumor of course, but it'd definitively make them at least consider doing one for real just to troll people (plus, it'd be a nice way of compensating for having to hide their love for so long).
