A/N: Just to clarify again, Villain Deku has the quirk One For All. But it's called All For One since it sounds more villainous.
Confusing. I know.
Also, I decided to call Villain Deku either Midoriya or Villain Deku.
The Earth-Prime Izuku is just called Izuku.

A few weeks ago
"Where am I?" Midoriya said as he exited it out of the patrol.
Deku quickly became intrigued by the new world he found himself in.
He stalked his counterpart and his mentor's counterparts.
"Kacchan?" Midoriya muttered to himself as he saw Katsuki and his friends walk towards the school gates. He dubbed them the "Bakusquad."
It ached his heart to see this Bakugou was alive. He's even trying to become a hero.
His mood quickly shift when he saw Bakugou was still mean to his counterpart. He's a bully.
"I guess some things never changed." Midoriya thought.
"Pathetic." Midoriya said.
At some point, Midoriya started to follow Eraserhead during his nightly patrols. He wanted to see Aizawa in action.
He was obsessed it.
"Who's there?" Eraserhead shouted.
Eraserhead had an instinct that allows him to know when he's being stalked and followed. It's what kept him alive this long.
"Oh shit. I made my presence known." Midoriya said as he walked back into the shadows.
His next obsession was this world's All Might. He could never figure out where All Might lived despite following him all day.
Midoriya could have sworn he had a secret teleportation quirk.
He just disappears and causes Midoriya agony.
Eventually, Izuku made his way to follow Inko all over the city. When she went to work when she went grocery shopping or run errands.
It hurt to see the Inko of this world was a good mother.
"Why did I end up with the short end of the stick?" Midoriya thought. "It's not fair."
Midoriya, life isn't fair.
His mentor's words reminiscences in his head. He truly missed his world's Aizawa.
Midoriya won't admit but he has unresolved trauma from his mother abusing him. It's why he has a twisted view of the world.

Present Day
"Nooo!" Deku cried.
He actually lost to the League of Heroes and his poor excuse of a counterpart.
It was the dumbest thing he had ever heard.
There wasn't much he could do since he was cuffed with quirk dampening cuffs.
Now, he's being carried over Tenko's shoulders.
Deku was fumed.
"I hope this works." Himiko said as he played with his watch.
"Huh?" Deku said.
A portal appeared in front of them.
"You guys had a portal device the whole time?!" Izuku stammered.
"It was a top-secret invention from the Hero Commission." Kai explained.
"Midoriya, it was nice working with you." Tenko said.
"Say bye to Eri for me." Kai said.
The League of Heroes quickly gave Midoriya a big hug before they left through the portal.
Izuku was about to get down from the Mall rooftop when he heard someone's voice of his earpiece.
"Midoriya, come in?" Tsukauchi said.
"Yes, Detective?" Izuku answered.
"We have a problem." Tsukauchi said.

The Hero Commission tried its hardest to ban any footage of the fight between The League of Villains and their hero Counterpart. However, once something is online it can never truly be deleted or erased.
The League of Heroes quickly became the talk all over the news and social media.
Izuku himself was trending on Twitter.
"Talk about a debut." Izuku thought.
People were wondering who were these Villains' look-alikes were. Meanwhile, the News Media scrutinizes the Hero Commission for allowing these lookalikes to do hero work without a license.
It was a national disaster.

Since Deku is still a minor, he was sent to a juvenile detention center and he will later be transferred to Tartarus when he turns 18.
"Fuck!" Deku shouted in his cell.
His ankle was cuffed with quirk dampening cuffs.
This means he can't use All For One.
Lucky for him, he already planned his escape route.
