In the regular canon, they'd be neutral on the subject. If their kids, grandkids, or great-grand kids, want to marry each other, they'll support it. If they want to be with somebody else, they'd be cool with it too.
In an AU where their family already had a tradition of incestuous marriages, I can see them, at the very least, wanting the tradition to go on, especially since they themselves are happily married to each other. However, by the time they do have kids, I feel they'd be mature enough to be more aware of the impact it can have on a kid to have their family having so much control over even the most personal aspect of their lives. They wouldn't want to have unfair, unhealthy expectations of their kids like their parents had of them, so if they want to break the family tradition and marry other people, they'll support it.
