If they're not officially together
Azula is gonna want to assure her child's future, so she's either making Zuko marry her or change the law to make sure that, even if he marries and/or has kids with someone else, her child is still the rightful heir to the throne. If Azula so much as hears the words "bastard" or "illegitimate", the person who said is dead on the spot. Depending on their situation, people would not know that she is the mom - but of course it'd be only a matter of time before the rumors that she is more than just an overprotective aunt started spreading.
Zuko, of course, would be fully on her side, and assure their baby's future. He'd also make sure Azula is taken care of and that she gets to raise their child. Obviously this leads to them no longer being able to deny that they're in love, they get together, and make their relationship public.
If they're already together/married
Azula is gonna enjoy being spoiled like any Fire Lady and mother of the heir to the throne should be. She'll also take care of everything her kid needs - and while that obviously includes raising them to be a proper prince/princess, it will mostly center on making sure they're happy and loved. Zuzu, of course, will help her on this.
Modern AU
Azula is gonna have to either deal with people's horrified reactions once they hear that she slept with her own brother and is carrying his child, OR constantly have to tell Zuko to just tone it the fuck down unless he wants everyone to know he is the father of her child.
Like I said before, even if they were not officially together at first, it's just a matter of time before they become a couple, and if it's legal where they live, they'll be the weirdest, yet somehow still most perfect couple and most loving parents ever.
