I feel like this could only take place in a scenario where Izumi was unplanned and they were not together, because if they were there's no way they're were not having sex the pretty much through Azula's entire pregnancy, meaning she'd know very well how much her Zuzu loves her body, no matter how much it changes.

It's just so sweet to imagine Azula slowly, hesitantly undressing, afraid that maybe she's not as desirable… only for her brother to practically worship her as they make love, and it just becomes clear to her that there's literally nothing that could make her not be the most beautiful woman in whole world in his eyes.
