Two weeks later we find Tanjiro eating a full course of the accursed green, his least favorite color, that goes by the name of vegetables. His mother teach him to not waste any food, so he can't do anything about it.
He's inside a local restaurant a few towns over from another town with his master, having to eat them all because of his old sensei is making him.
Ever since the training has started, all he he did experienced is pain. Even though his a demon, that doesn't mean that he can't feel pain. so Kokushibo relentlessly beats tanjiro into the ground everyday, so he can strengthen his body more.
That's not to say his training is ineffective or weak, on the contrary it's doing wonders to increasing tanjiro strength, from breath control, repelling attacks, sword skills, to his hand to hand combat. The real problem lies in the fact that Kokushibo tricked him into agreeing to eat vegetables every time he fails to score a point on him in their spars.

It's been a while since Nezuko pass the test. She is surprised at first because makomo suddenly disappeared. But when she ask her. She told her that it's a breath style that she learned from someone inside the demon slayer corps.
Tanjiro POV
"Fuck! My body is really hurt. Master Really did want to kill me. Good thing that I'm a demon. Even though it's hurt as hell, it did make me stronger. Now i can right master. But in the end, i always got defeated. I really have a long way to go"
I thought as i finally head to my next location. Urokodaki's house. "I wonder how strong Nezuko did become" As i walk freely under the moonlight. I sense something is wrong. No, it's someone. I didn't mind it and just continue walking.
"Good thing my master told me to rest. Which mean i can finally able to be with my little sister. I miss her so much." I thought.
I can still sense someone is watching me. It's near. I continue to walk like normal to avoid any suspicion.
Suddenly a feeling that someone with intent to kill is behind me appear. I immediately turn around and use my claws to hit his swords to avoid it hitting me.

"Who are you?" Tanjiro asked as he looked at the man with a mask just like Urokodaki have.
The man didn't reply and continue attacking tanjiro, which make him really irritated. "Hey! I don't have time for this. Can you stop" tanjiro asked him as the man replied.
"I see, a demon who still have human senses. Interesting" The man said.
"Who are you" tanjiro asked as he held his sword. The man look at the sword and he remove his mask. "I'm sabito"
"Why did you attack me, i didn't do anything to you" Tanjiro asked
"Is it just right for demons and demon slayer to kill each other?" He said as he soon continue with a laugh. He stopped and look seriously at tanjiro.
"Let's see how long you Human senses will last" sabito said as he make a stance and attack him at full power.
Tanjiro retaliate. Sabito didn't even hit him. The demon just disappeared into a thin air. Sabito stopped for a second and found his arm bleeding.
Sabito smiled and said "a demon is a demon. You want blood?" He seduce tanjiro as he let his blood flow into the grass.
Sabito is shocked when he notice tanjiro with a disgusted look. "Are you... don't you want it?" He asked.
"It's disgusting and I'm a human!" Tanjiro said. "No, I'm a demon or a human." He is confused.
"A demon with human senses, you really are interesting" He said.
"Did you heard that your sister pass Urokodaki's test?" Sabito sit under the tree as tanjiro listen to him.
"Yes, and how did you know my sister?" Tanjiro asked.
"I'm one of Urokodaki's apprentice, tell me, did you know that being a demon slayer is a dangerous job?" Sabito asked. Even if he didn't show it, sabito is still worried about Nezuko.
"Yes" tanjiro replied.
"Then why did you let your sister to join such organization. Aren't you scared that one day you will loss your only family." Sabito asked.
"I...
Sabito cut him off. "Is this your family want for both of you?" He said.
"your sister is the only reason why you still have your human senses. What do you think will happen if she get killed?" Sabito said looking at tanjiro who is looking down.
"Will you take revenge? Will you still have your human senses? Or you will become a full demon in where you will eat a lot of humans. Devour them...kill them...Torture them...eat them." Sabito continued.
"Is that really how a big brother acts? Isn't it your duty to protect your sister, not have her do a dangerous job in which anytime she will get killed?" Sabito added.
"I...
"I trust her. I don't care who you are. But this is the only thing you need to know. Don't interfere in other family business!" Tanjiro said.
"I know my sister more than you do. She is not stupid enough to get killed by some lowly demon! She train hard, work hard just to proved that she also fight." tanjiro added
"That's why i will stay by her side and protect her until the very end of ny life" Tanjiro said with confidence.
Sabito smiled and clapped his hand. "I'm amazed, your really are interesting. You are just like your sister."
"But i have one thing bugging my mind." Sabito said.
"How can you stay with your sister if your a demon?" Sabito seriously asked.
Tanjiro chuckled and said "i will wear a mask. In that way no will recognize me."
"Did you really think that it will hide your identity forever?" Sabito said as tanjiro shrugged.
"It doesn't matter. Just like my sister who work hard to proved that she can be useful. I will also work hard to be recognized that not all demons are bad" tanjiro said.
"I see, it sound impossible, but... I'll support you" sabito said as he stand up and head to the direction of Urokodaki's house. Tanjiro followed.

Nezuko pov Flashback
A demon's weak point is its neck. Cut it and they'll die.
However, when using a normal blade, even cutting its neck won't kill it. The swords that the demon slayer corps use are made from special steel. We call them Nichirin Swords.
Thanks to my training with Sabito-san and Makomo-chan, I've learned to look out for 'an opening thread'. That's how I won.

"Tanjiro!" Nezuko exclaimed with tears of joy. It's been a while since she see tanjiro.
She ran to him and hug him tightly.
"Nezuko.. it's find im here now. Sorry to worry you" Tanjiro said with a smile, patting the back of his crying sister.
"So that was tanjiro, eh.. his a good-looking man" Makomo said making sabito look at her. Urokodaki interrupted as he notice Sabito bleeding arm.
"so...how is he?" Urokodaki asked as makomo helped to bandaged sabito's arm.
"His fast. His strong. I can sense that he is not even serious, but he suddenly disappear and i found my arm bleeding. I don't know if i can win the fight if i continued to provoked him" sabito said.
"This is the first time you become like this sabito. Is he really that strong?" Makomo asked and sabito nodded. Urokodaki just smiled proudly that tanjiro become stronger like this. But how
"Tanjiro" Urokodaki called him as they all sit near the table. And look at him seriously.
"How did you... become strong? Did you...devour a human?" Urokodaki asked making sabito, makomo and Nezuko flinched.
"If a demon eat human, eat become strong." Makomo added.
"I.." tanjiro tried to say. He can't escape this one. He need to tell them about his master or his sister won't trust him anymore.
"Ni-chan...you didn't eat human right?" Nezuko tears falling down. She didn't want his brother to become like that.
Tanjiro smiled and said "of course not. Rest assured, i didn't eat human"
"Then how did you become strong" sabito asked.
"My...Master." Tanjiro said making them confused except Urokodaki.
"Who is he?" Sakonji asked.
"i can't tell you his name, all i could tell you is his a demon like me." Tanjiro said making Nezuko look at him and smiled.
"So uncle is teaching him" Nezuko thought.
"It's true that you can become strong if you train, but in case of a demon. You need to devour a human" makomo said.
"Well, about that" tanjiro said
"My master told me, that it's not impossible for demons to eat human food, so i don't really need to devour a human" Tanjiro added.
"Are you sure?" Urokodaki asked seriously as tanjiro nodded.
Urokodaki smell him, he had another two scent. Both are demons. Urokodaki smell him more and found out that tanjiro didn't eat any humans.
"It's true, he didn't eat a human, i can smell" Urokodaki said.
"Same to me" sabito and makomo said.
"Tanjiro, last question" Urokodaki asked
"Sure, what is it?" Tanjiro replied.
"Can i meet this master of yours?" Urokodaki asked making everyone in the room surprised.
"Ar..are you sure master, his master is a demon and we don't know if we can trust him" makomo said.
"It's fine. I wanted to know. A demon who still have his human senses and a demon who. Is helping a human. Don't you guys wanted to know more about them." Urokodaki said while sipping his tea and they all nodded.
"I'll do my best." Tanjiro replied as they continue to eat a lot of food.
