Percy entered a room. God was standing facing a window. Percy shut the door behind him. God turned around.

"Alright. I'll give you one chance... to apologize." Percy said.

"Apologize? You punched me." God said. "Tell you what I can do. I can forgive you."

Percy scoffed. Then laughed. "Taking the high ground, magnificent. I may have struck the latest blow, but that was only in response to the litany of offenses that you, dear old dad, have bestowed upon me."

"So you believe me? Good. Tell me, just what is it you think I've done?"

"Oh, we're going there, are we?!" Percy started speaking fastly. "Alright, let's see. Um. Casting me into Hell for eternity because you haven't got the balls to get your own cowardly hands dirty? Giving us the illusion of control, when it's all just you manipulating with your 'big plan'. You are a patronizing, sinister, horrible parent!"

"So you think, you have no free will?"

"Every bad thing that's happened throughout eternity is your doing, not mine! 'It's all a part of God's plan.'" Percy calmed himself down a little bit. "As much as I'm enjoying this trip down memory lane, I want an apology, now."

"Now that's not the Samael I remember."

"No. No, DAD! This is who you made me when you cast me away! NOW, APOLOGIZE!"

LINE BREAK

Percy woke up, tied to a gurney. He was rolling down a hallway. His vision was blurry, but when the person who was pushing him looked down at him, he could've sworn it was Santa Claus.

"You may want to rethink this, see, I am actually the Devil."

"No you're not the Devil, you're just a man that's delusional in a mental hospital. You made it all up."

"So? I'm not the Devil. I'm just a man who's delusional. I made it all up. I MADE IT ALL UP! I made it all up."

Percy's gurney smashed into another one.

"Hello, son."

Percy's eyes widened. "DAD! See? I am the Devil, nice try Santa." Percy said.

Santa pulled out a scalpel and held it to Percy's throat. "Tell me what you told the police."

"Only the truth. That you, Mr. Kringle, are a cold blooded killer."

"What else?!"

"Why'd you wanna know, Nurse Kipsey?" God asked.

Nurse Kibsey stood up straight and looked at God. She walked over to him, slowly. When she reached him, she pulled off the Santa mask/helmet thingy. "Why aren't the drugs working on you?"

"Oh, it's obvious, isn't it? It's cause he's GOD!" Percy laughed. "Oh, hey!" They shouldn't be working on me either. But, guess it's because dad's here. That might explain it."

"Shut up." Nurse Kipsey said.

"ok." Percy said. He said it like it was lowercase too.

"Doesn't matter. Now you know it's me, I have to kill you both."

Percy made an uff noise.

"I changed my name. So no one would know she was my mother. She was a raging bitch my entire life. Controlling, manipulative, she tortured me. So I decided to tortuer her. Pumped her full of drugs, drove her crazy-"

"Preaching to the choir, sister. Evil parents deserved to be punished. You had every right to destroy her." He said, looking at God. "But, what about the orderly?"

"He found out what I was doing. He said, he said he was going to turn me in. I had no choice."

"No, he was innocent, and YOU killed him. So I am gonna have to punish you." percy said, before lunging forward, only stopped by the fact that he was tied down. He grunted, before laying back down. "Why aren't I pulverising you?"

"Uh. 1, because you're a nut job, and 2, because I switched out your normal meds with a massive dose of helthall."

Percy laughed.

Nurse Kipsey turned to God. "You know, they don't normally let patients wear belts. Suicide risk."

Percy looked at God's belt. It was nothing special, but the belt buckle was silver, with an intricate pattern. Blue dots in a triangle stood out.

"Thank you for getting a special disposition for yours, because, now I got it. God is gonna kill Lucifer, and hang himself."

Percy laughed again.

"Kinda poetic, don't ya think? I'ma go find a ladder." she said, before walking out.

"Oh, a ladder." Percy said, chuckling again.

God turned to Percy. "Now, I had no idea you were so angry with me."

Percy turned to his father. "Really? Cause I've been pretty upfront about it."

"But to want to destroy me? That's pretty serious. Mind telling me why?"

Percy stared at God. "Because, because I'm your son. And... you rejected me."

"Oh." God exhaled. "Well, I guess I can't say I blames ya. Fact of the matter is, I don't even remember why I was ever so angry with you to begin with. For what it's worth, I am sorry. I truly am. And I am proud of you, Samael. I'm proud of the man you've become."

Percy stared at his father in shock.

"So, what do you say?"

Nurse Kipsey was back, and she started to take off the belt.

"Wait, no. Not... not my belt. You can't take my belt. It's mine."

"Patricia Hightower, LAPD. Don't move." A police officer came into the room. More followed behind her.

The belt clattered to the ground. Nurse Kipsey held her hands up. They arrested her, and helped the 2 out of their gurneys. God grunted.

"What's this? What happened?"

"What are you talking about? We just beat Santa." Percy said.

"Who are you?"

"It's me, Dad. Lucifer."

"Does someone want to tell me what the Hell is going on? Get me out of these damn things." 'God' said, ripping off the Velcro.

Percy stared at the belt buckle. He walked over to it, and looked at it. He picked it up, and pocketed it.

LINE BREAK

Percy held Riptide, and slid the belt buckle over the blade. It was a perfect fit. "Well, what do you know."

"It fits perfectly." Amenadiel said.

Percy had rushed home from the psych ward and summoned Amenadiel. He had shown the buckle to Amenadiel, who didn't think anything of it. But Percy had a gut feeling.

"Yes, I think this is what I have been feeling in my gut. I just felt something about Father Frank saying the sword was split into 3 parts. I think these are 2 of them."

"So, what's the last one?"

"I don't know, we'll have to do some digging to find out."

"Wait, so why did Mr. Johnson think he was father?"

"I think this is the medallion of life. Healing. Gave him the power and knowledge of the divine."

"And when he found out he could heal like that, he... he thought he was God."

LINE BREAK

Mr. Johnson closed the trunk of a taxi. He was heading back out to Texas, and Percy had come to send him off.

"I still can't believe I gave all my money away." Mr. Johnson said.

"Well, if it's any consolation, you haven't exactly been yourself as of late."

"Yeah."

"Listen, I wanted to ask you, what's the last thing you remember? "

"I was in New Mexico for work, and I was walking through this Navajo gift shop. I saw this cool belt buckle, so I picked it up, and... next thing I knew, I woke up strapped to a gurney next to you."

"Lucky you."

"Yeah." Mr. Johnson laughed. "Hey, they, uh, they say we was arguing. If I did or said something to upset you, I apologize."

"No, no, you were quite lovely actually. For a brief moment, I thought you were my father." Percy chuckled. "A man for whom I harbor a great deal of resentment. And you said some things that I think I wish he'd always said to me, so, for that I thank you."

"Well, I guess even a blind squirrel catches a nut every now and then." Mr. Johnson said, while Percy opened up the taxi door. "Take care of yourself."

Mr. Johnson entered the taxi, and Percy shut the door. "Hey, does this mean you're not angry at your dad anymore?"

"No, I'm not angry. I'm bloody furious. 'Cause I realized that my father would never say those things to me. And for that..."

"I hate him all the more."

A/N. Well then. I wrote this entire thing today, and I think it's funny that Percy is confronting this guy about his father, while it's Father's Day!

Also, Codayoda, how was that for a Random Story. Think it was easy?

So, Happy Father's Day, you magnificent people!
