A/N: What's up, folks! I was really surprised by the positive response for this story and also not surprised, I mean, everyone wants a Superman/DC and Invincible crossover - be it with the Man of Steel himself or another related character, like Doomsday.

Which is why I'm now issuing out a writing challenge for any of my followers, I want one of y'all to come up with a Superman (his comic version, his TV version, his movie version, a Kryptonian OC, his animated version or even a combination of these) and Invincible crossover.

I'll only ask for 3 things that should be added into the story: 1. Krypton and Viltrum should have history together - be it good or bad (I can see Kryptonians keeping Viltrumites from spreading their empire across the universe, before Krypton's eventual demise), 2. Superman villains such as Darkseid, Doomsday, Mongul, General Zod, Tyrell, Rogol Zaar, and many others should be added as well. And finally, 3. Don't underpower Superman (or your Kryptonian OC) or his villains, because it'll just take away all the fun. XD ;)

Well, enough of the chit-chat, let's get on with the story...

I don't own anything, but maybe a few OCS.

Chapter - 2: A Savage Encounter.

"The object went this way."

"What do you suppose it was?"

"Don't know or care, let's find it and get rid of it."

Three Viltrumites, who were sent by Grand Regent Thragg, to Investigate a strange and mysterious 'object' that entered Viltrum's atmosphere a few hours ago and landed somewhere in the woods outside of Telos, Viltrum's Capital City.

They followed a trail of fallen trees and upturned dirt to where it had crashed. The lead Viltrumite was an older male. He stood around six-foot-six and was bald with a muscular figure, light brown eyes and a brown mustache, he also bore an old scar on his right cheek from a previous fight against a Ragnar; one of a handful of creatures in the universe that can harm or kill a Viltrumite. His name was Sergent Tao.

The second Viltrumite was also male and stood at a height of six-feet and muscular, but not as much as Tao, with dark gray eyes, black hair and a matching goatee. His name was Turk.

The last Viltrumite was female, who was about 5-foot-9 with short-blonde hair, fierce blue eyes and a figure that would put most earthly super models to shame. Her name was Minerva. All three wore white and gray suits, a trademark of all Viltrumites.

The trio stayed mostly silent as they continued on the trail and navigated throught the dense woodlands, before stumbling upon the impact zone. They flew down and Tao walked over to the crash site as his partners, Turk and Minerva, kept an eye out as well as their fists clenched and ready for any trouble. He bend down to one knee and placed two of his fingers on the ground, then brought them to his nose and smelled - Viltrumites had a very keen sense of smell, being able to detect and differentiate other species within their native universe - but this scent was different, it smelled like freshly forged steel.

Being Viltrum's best tracker and hunter, Tao narrowed his eyes at the unfamiliar smell. "Well, what is it?" Minerva impatiently asked, crossing her arms.

"I don't know." Tao answered, standing back up and dusting his hand off. "Whatever, it was, it's scent is unlike anything I've ever come across... " He said, before noticing a trail of large footprints leading away from the impact zone. "And it went this way."

"Let's hope this invader puts up a fight." Turk grumbled, while cracking his neck and knuckles. "I could use a good challenge."

"As do I." Minerva agreed, a dark smirk gracing her beautiful features.

The three Viltrumites then followed the trail, but on foot this time - so as to not give themselves away to a potential enemy or enemies, but every single Viltrumite on Viltrum knew there wasn't anyone stupid enough to attack them one-on-one, especially on their home planet. Those species that did were usually and quickly dealt with, Viltrumites were the most powerful race in the universe, something they're very proud and arrogant of.

After following the strange footprints for a while, the trio of Viltrumites found themselves in a clearing and no signs of an invader. "Nothing." Turk said, disappointed.

"I wouldn't say so." Tao spoke up, scanning the tree line and field with focused eyes. "It's quiet...too quiet." He added. The other two Viltrumites had noticed that as well, there was hardly a sound or animals running around. At first, they thought it was because it was nearing dusk as most animals aren't active during that time, but now it was eerie.

"I'm starting to get a bad feeling, Sergent." Minerva said, warily.

Just as Tao was going to reply and scold Minerva for showing weakness, a large shadow appeared from behind her. 'Watch out!" He yelled, but it was already too late.

Before she could react, Minerva's head was grabbed by a huge, spiky gray hand and crushed like a fruit, blood and brain matter spraying all over her fellow Viltrumites, surprising them. "Hahaha..." The figure laughed.

Once Tao and Turk wipe off the blood of their fallen friend from their faces, they glare hatefully at the figure. "Who are you!? Step out of the dark and face us, coward!" Tao commanded.

The figure stepped into the remaining sunlight and revealed himself, needless to say - Tao and Turk were taken back by the creature's size and appearance, but that mattered little to them. This thing killed Minerva! It wasn't going to be walking away alive. Turk was the first one to attack by launching himself at the unknown creature at high speed, his fist raised for a punch, but the creature backhanded him and sent the Viltrumite flying through several trees, knocking each one down, then tumbling to a halt.

Tao's eyes widened at that, having never seen a Viltrumite so easily dispatched, before turning around and coming face to chest with the creature as it raised both of it's arms and brought them down. The older Viltrumite quickly put his hands up and caught the creature's massive arms, causing a mini-shockwave, before he was smashed into the ground, but in so doing had shattered both of his hands and arms. Tao screamed in pain, as the creature laughed at his misfortune. "Hahaha..."

"Fuck you, monster!" The older Viltrumite hissed, his broken arms laying useless at his sides. The creature didn't respond or seemed to care as it grabbed Tao up by his neck with one hand and his shoulder with the other, then tore the Viltrumite in half.

Turk groaned, coughing up a glob of blood, he was sure some, if not all, of his ribs were broken and both his lungs punctured. "What is this creature!? How is it so powerful!? Not even a Ragnar can cause this much damage." He wondered, weakly pushing himself back to his feet, while coughing up more blood.

BOOM! The creature landed a couple of feet away from Turk and started approaching him, it's red eyes blazing. The Viltrumite began stepping back in fear from this abomination. This was not good, not good at all. Thragg and Conquest needed to know, perhaps, they can stop this monster. Turk spun on his feet and blasted into the air, leaving a sonic boom in his wake.

The Viltrumite quickly headed towards Telos, hoping deep down that this creature can be stopped, but something deep down told Turk that this was Viltrum's reckoning.

The creature watched Turk leave in the direction of Telos, before it started leaping in that direction as well. It's plan was to draw out the 'strongest' being on this planet to fight him and it did so by letting Turk live, so that he'll bring him out into the open.

A sinster smile crossed Doomsday's bony maw as he let out a dark chuckle. "Hahaha..."

A/N: That's about it for now, folks. What do y'all think of this chapter? I would've wrote more, but I'm on a really tight schedule at the moment. Anyways, what do you all think Doomsday has planned for Viltrum's strongest members? Review, have a good day/night, God bless y'all and peace out, everyone. (:
