A/N: Okay now this is my very first fanfiction so don't give to much hassle about it if you don't like it. After all I have never really cared if someone doesn't like what I do if I don't know them but if you like it I would love to know what you think about it.

Chapter 1: Prologue, How it all began… again?

Luffy age 45

Luffy the man who is known as the second Pirate King he is a very imposing figure having really matured in his later years. He is 7'4", 400 lbs., he has black hair and black eyes. He is a muscular individual with a tanned complexion, he has short shaggy hair. He has a Tattoo of his former crews Jolly Rodger on his back, a scar under his left eye, and a large dark red x shaped scar over his chest.

Luffy was currently wearing his old captains clothes with the addition of a dress shirt under his cloak. His old clothes consist of a black captains cloak with a red silk layer on the inside, black baggy long legged pants and black cuffed boots and his signature Straw-Hat. He had actually tried to give it back to Shanks like he had promised to when he got it. But Shanks allowed him to keep it.

The reason why he was wearing the dress shirt under the coat was that he was currently standing at the Isle waiting for his fiancé and soon to be bride Nico Robin to come out for their wedding. He had unbeknownst to her had also gotten all of their friends and old comrades to come to the wedding. Brook asked if he could be the musician for the wedding. Tony-Tony Chopper was the flower boy. Nami was already known to be coming because they had tracked her down so that she could be Robin's Maid of Honour. Zoro who he had always been in contact with was his Best man and Franky was his groomsman. Sanji was easy to track down having gone back to the Beratie to take over from oldman Zeff. Luffy asked Sanji to be the caterer.

He was brought out of his thoughts by the sound of here comes the bride being played by Brook on the piano. He was stunned when he saw Robin walking down the Isle. She was being brought down by Jinbei.

"I think I may have died and gone to heaven. 'Cause I see an angel standing before me." Luffy said making Robin blush. "We are gathered here tody for this most joys' of occasions. The holy matrimony between Monkey D. Luffy and Nico Robin. If there is any objections speak now or Forever hold your peace." Vivi said gaining everyone's attention.

"You may now say your vows." Vivi said when there was no objections.

" Robin when we first met I didn't even know anything about love or marriage other than familial and sibling love heck I didn't even know where babies came from because everytime I had asked my grandfather said that that wasn't his job to tell me. But I know this, I would never be able to live my live without you if I had known all of these things when we had first met and had known what I had been feeling at the time I would have tried to be more loving to you and I know that I can't live without you. You are the most important person to me and I want to spend my entire life with you." Luffy said giving his vow to Robin.

" Luffy I once thought that I would be better off dead but you showed me what it meant to live again. You showed me that I deserved to live. I don't think I would still be able to say that I am truly alive if you didn't save me all those years ago here in Alabasta. I love you Luffy and I always have." Robin told him with as much love as she could muster.

"Now that you have said your vows lets begin the ceremony. Do you Monkey D. Luffy take Nico Robin as your Lawful Wedded Wife. To love and to hold, in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, till death do you part." Vivi asked Luffy. "I do." Luffy said with no doubt in his mind.

" Do you Nico Robin take Monkey D. Luffy as you Lawful Wedded Husband. To love and to hold, in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, till death do you part." Vivi asked Robin. " I do." Robin said with conviction. " Then I now pronounce you husband and wife you may kiss the bride." Vivi said happy for her friends.

As soon as he was told to kiss the bride he grabbed Robin by the waist and kissed her full on the mouth with all the love he could muster. As soon as their lips met all the guests cheered.

Timeskip Luffy's Death

Luffy has been waiting for this day ever since his wife died 5 years ago he has had a happy life and was very proud of his children, who where all next to his death bed in tears along with his grandchildren.

" Don't cry my children it us just my time now I will be able to be with your dear mother and grandmother. I have been waiting for this day to come. But I will never forget the time I was able to spend with you all. Live your lives the way you want to not how others tell you to and remember I … will always … love you." Luffy said before finally passing on into what he believed was his eternal paradise with his wife… He was both right and wrong for the pirate king always gets a second chance.

5 days after Shanks left for the final time

"Wa…up..wke..up … wake up Luffy its time for breakfast." Luffy was awomen by a voice he knew he shouldn't be hearing. The voice of the woman he had seen as a older sister as a child Makino after all she had passed away when he was 59 years old of ripe old age.

"Makino is that you but I was sure you died… Wait why is my voice so high." Luffy began in a teary voice before noticing that he sounded like a child.

"What do you mean dead you still knew I was alive when you went to sleep last night silly." Makino said in a playful voice. "Now go and wash up so that you can come and eat breakfast before your grandfather gets here." She said before she went downstairs.

'What is going on was it all just a dream or am I actually in the past.' Luffy thought before rushing to the bathroom to look at his back.

When he got there he pulled of his shirt and saw that he still had the Strawhat Jolly Rodger on his back this told him that he had not been dreaming. He also new that he would have to hide the tattoo from everyone else.

'Wait why don't I feel like rubber.' He thought to himself. 'I'll just ask Makino what fruit I ate and say that I dreamed about eating another as an excuse.' He decided before going downstairs.

Downstairs

"Hey Makino I know this sounds weird but I don't remember what devil fruit I ate because of a dream I had last night. SHISHISHISHI" Luffy said while laughing to make it look convincing.

"Oh your so silly Luffy if I remember correctly the captain said it was the Mera Mera no mi. How about you tell me about yoir dream." She asked curious about his dream.

"Well I dreamt that I had eaten a fruit that made me rubber…. And then I became pirate king and shanks even let me keep the hat he gave me." Luffy told her purposely leaving out the rest as not to make her suspicious about how he knew about where babies came from.

"That sounds lovely I'm glad you had a nice dream. Remember Luffy your grandfather is coming today so don't tell him about your dream or he'll get mad." Makino said warning him as not to make his grandfather mad.

"I won't but I'm going out to go and train to get strong." Luffy said even though he only wanted to go and see if any thing other than his tattoo was still there.

"Okay I'll tell your grandfather when he gets here." Makino said while smiling.

Timeskip 5 minutes clearing.

Luffy has been testing everything he could and had found that he still has all of his strength, Haki but none of his techniques didn't work so he would have to create new ones for his Mera Mera no Mi. 'Wait if I have the Mera Mera no mi then what devil fruit will ace get after he leaves.' He wondered.

"LUFFY WHERE ARE YOU, YOU BLOUDY BRAT ARE YOU TRYING TO HIDE FROM ME." He heard the voice of his grandfather calling him and he knew he would have to hide his strength from his grandfather.

"GRANDPA DIDN'T MAKINO TELL YOU I WAS GOING TO COME OUT HERE TO TRAIN SBE SAID SHE WOULD." Luffy shouted so his grandfather could find him when his grandfather arrived he grabbed Luffy by the scruff of his neck and carried him to where he knew was the base of Dadan not even giving him a chance to go and say goodbye to the villigers.

"Leaving you in the village where you could meet that damned red hair was a mistake and I'm not going to make that mistake again your going to live in another place." Garp said taking him away. This was how his journey started again and how he would once again meet his brothers he would try and nit change anything until he would start his adventures as a pirate again.
