Okay, it took longer than expected for the next meal with his father, but now he has a chance to ask his father about the movie. "Hey father?" Adrien asked cautiously. "Yes son?"

"I actually have a question about Solitude. My teacher Ms. Bustier said that you helped design the costumes for the movie." Gabriel was intrigued that Adrien was interested about the production, but was interested in what the question could be about.

"Do you know about anyone else involved? I know that Kagami, Chloe's parents, and you and mom were involved. And Ms. Bustier was an observer"

"Yes, we very often got deliveries from the Dupain-Cheng bakery. *he chuckles* They came so often that they were invited onto the set a couple times. Did you know that the movie was when Audrey and I started working together?" Gabriel smiled. A right to behold. "No. But that's cool, father."

There was a pause for a bit

"Do you think I could model for some of Audrey's designs some time?" Adrien didn't actually want to model, he just wanted some answers

"I don't see any problems with that."

After dinner, Adrien went to his room and opened up his shirt revealing plagg.

"This is crazy Plagg, now Marinette's parents are involved in the movie. This is strange, first it went to Kagami, then Audrey, then Ms. Bustier, then my father and now Tom and Sabine. But something feels off about this, like something happened. They aren't that close anymore, something must have happened that drifted them apart." Adrien contemplated hard

" *groans* Who cares? Give me cheese." Adrien rolls his eyes and gives a slice of camembert to Plagg who devours it in one full bite. "Alright Plagg, it's time to go on patrol. Plagg, Claws Out!" Adrien, now Cat Noir jumps out the window to join his lady in patrol

"Good evening M'lady" Chat Noir asks happily. "Good evening to you too Kitty. I trust everything is going alright with you."

"Checking in on my mental health M'lady? This is new."

Ladybug didn't expect that response, but she guessed that just suddenly changing something definitely didn't describe the same old same old. In fact Ladybug has been growing closer to Cat Noir throughout their battles. At first, She was annoyed at everything this guy said, but after seeing his surprise as marinette, then as Ladybug after Glaciator, she has definitely been bumped from annoyed to feeling close to the cat themed superhero. Then there was the events after Heroes Day, where everyday, she felt closer and closer to him, exempt from the reflekdoll incident. She just wasn't having it. With his supportive words she now feels like she could come to him about anything. Well anything that involved their superhero identities, besides Chat Blanc, she didn't know how to tell him about that. She felt like that since she recently got out of stressful situations with Luka and Alya respectively that she should check in with her partner and see how he is doing.

"I have just been feeling stressed recently, and I was thinking that since I was stressed that I should check in with you." Chat almost audibly gasped. "You were stressed?! Why didn't you tell me M'lady?"

"If I had, you probably would be able to figure out my secret identity. And it's more important now that I am the guardian."

"Right, of course. (You broke that rule when you gave Alya and Nino their miraculous at the same time) Actually, I am doing fine, along with being a little confused." Ladybug was, funnily, confused. "Confused?"

"(hopefully it's not a big deal telling her about the movie) I just noticed something in my favorite movie that is a bit world shattering." Ladybug, not connecting the dots just smiled in relief

"Yeah, discoveries may be world breaking sometimes, but that doesn't mean your love for that movie must die down." Chat still had something on mind. "But what if it involves friends and family? Won't trust be broken that they didn't tell you?"

"I'm sure that if they didn't tell you, it was to protect you from something."

"Yeah you're probably right."

When patrol was over he decided to detransform in the city and head to the Dupain-Cheng bakery, he did have a few questions after all. Adrien opened the door to see an almost empty bakery with only Tom and Sabine there.

"Oh Adrien, we didn't know you were coming." Sabine exclaims. "Sorry to disappoint, but Marinette is at a sleepover at Alya's tonight." Tom explains.

Adrien smiled, he always liked Marinette's parents, they are really friendly and as he saw, they are there for Marinette, they respect her decisions, no tight schedules for her, god he wished that his father could be more like them. Gabriel did have those moments, but most of the time, he doesn't know what to expect from him.

"Actually, I didn't come to see Marinette, though it would be nice. I came to talk to you guys actually." Tom and Sabine are confused, glancing at each other blankly and looking back at Adrien.

"Whatever do you mean sweetie?" Sabine asks, confused.

"I heard from my father that you two had delivered food to the set of Solitude, even visiting the set a few times." Adrien cautiously brings up.

"Oh yeah, now that was fun."

"Oh your mother was gorgeous in her costume." Sabine reminisces

"I know you two weren't super involved in the production, but I was wondering if you knew anything about the production." Tom thought about it for a minute, but couldn't think of anything notable.

"Sorry son, we were delivering and that is it." Tom apologizes. A loud beep went off in the kitchen.

"Hold on, I gotta get that. You like croissants Adrien?" Tom asks. "I don't know, I never tried one before." Tom gasped and ran into the kitchen.

"Actually, I did hear something. I accidentally eavesdropped on a conversation with your father and Audrey. I didn't hear everything, but I heard something like saying someone was a mistake. I don't like talking about it in front of Tom, he hates gossip."

"Someone, a mistake? Oh no. Don't tell Andre is not Chloe's father and me and Chloe are half siblings. Wait, it couldn't be that, I saw a picture of baby Chloe with Andre, which might mean…" Adrien stops talking and starts thinking. Could Zoe be the mistake?

"Here you go Adrien, 5 croissants fresh out of the oven, and on the house." Adrien snaps back to reality as he grabs the bag awkwardly. "Thanks Mr. Dupain. See you.".

"See you Adrien. And please, call me Tom." Adrien smiles softly

"Of course." He leaves the bakery while Sabine looks at him worriedly.

Adrien could not sleep. Could. Not. Is Zoe my half sister? Do me and Chloe share a half sister? Maybe this is it. Maybe Andre and Emilie heard about the affair causing Gabriel and Audrey to separate. If that was the breaking point, did Kagami know about it too? What about all the technicians, stylists and actors? Did they know about it too?
