Chloe lands on her balcony and walks inside. "Buzz Off."

"Huh, did Ladybug not take the miraculous back?" Pollen asks

"Marinette let me keep it for tonight, besides she said that I have to talk to Zoe about the miraculous as well. I don't know why though."

She opens the door to the hallway. "Daddy!"

"Yes my darling."

"I need to talk to Zoe, bring her here please."

"Yes, of course."

Andre runs down to Zoe's room and knocks on the door

"Yes?" Zoe calls

"Zoe, my dear. Uh Chloe wants to talk with you."

Zoe is a bit skeptical about talking to Chloe, but hey there is no harm in hearing her out.

"Ok." She says in a waringly tone.

Zoe walks down the hall to Chloe's room and knocks on the door. Chloe opens, grabs Zoe and closes it.

"Anything else Chloe?"

"Nope, I'm good. Now go away!" She calls

Andre walks away from Chloe's room

"Chloe, if this is a prank or an insult I don't want to hear it." Zoe quickly says

"It's not that at all, it's, um, something I found out today, about you, about your family." Chloe relaxes too much that she doesn't remember the last time she had been so hesitant or caring for someone. Maybe it's because she is technically part of her hive. Wait, my hive? Where did that come from?

Zoe hasn't seen Chloe like this for the short amount of time she has been in Paris, it seems to bother her way too much.

"What… what about it?" Zoe asks

"Okay, uh, hmmm *how to start?* so, whoever you had as your dad in New York… he… *oh god* heisnotyourfather!" Chloe said quickly

"Wait, Chloe I didn't understand what you said there. Maybe, maybe something not so direct." Zoe tries to help Chloe.

"Okay… um so. Have you ever watched shows or movies that have the protagonist think he or she is living with their father, but really the dad is not their biological father?"

"Yeah…"

"So… that's the case with you."

"Wait, so Lucas Lee is not my father? But, I have his last name."

"That was just Audrey being Audrey. She gave you your father's last name to hide the fact you were born by someone else."

"Well, if Lucas isn't my father… then who? Who is my father?"

"Well…. ugh…. this was the hardest thing to wrap my head around."

"Who it was or the fact that my father is not who you expected."

"The second one. Your father is… Gabriel Agreste."

"WHat?! You're saying that Adrien Agreste, the guy you're head over heels for, is my step brother?! Wait, how do you know this?"

"That kinda brings me to the second thing I wanted to talk about." Chloe brings out the Bee Miraculous. Zoe was going to ask if she stole that, but Chloe kept on talking.

"I'm sure you've heard the drama at school right? About Lie-la Rossi?"

"Yeah…" She doesn't know where this is going, but she's going to play along

"While collecting evidence against her, Adrikins looked at a camera footage that showed one of Paris's supervillains and it got to Ladybug and Chat Noir. At the same time, I had decided to talk with our heroes about what I was doing in recent events. Events like Miracle Queen, I'm sure you've heard about that. *Zoe nods* I explained that I was going undercover. What Ladybug saw me do when you got here and the film, she told me what she thought I was reacting to someone new under some complete stress. Which feels right. Now that you've been here a bit. I think... I've gotten used to you here and… I appreciate that you still felt positively about me after my outbursts. It was because of this that she allowed me to have a test run of the Bee Miraculous during the most recent mission. It was the mission that brought the information to light."

"Wow. Uh, thanks Chloe. I'm glad you appreciate me, because I appreciate you. If you don't mind me asking, how did the mission correlate with my father?"

"Well, we actually… went eight years into the past."

"What?" Zoe doesn't believe what Chloe just said.

"There's a miraculous that can time travel. So, eight years ago, the movie Solitude came out and Andre and Audrey were a part of it, along with Gabriel, Emilie, Nathalie and others. One of the days, Audrey and Gabriel were having a private conversation about you. They talked that you had started asking questions about your dad and Audrey asked Gabriel what to say to you and Gabriel said... [Chloe remembered what Gabriel said suddenly] *shoot, now I have the pleasure of telling her that she was a mistake*"

"Uuh, Chloe. What did he say?"

"Right uh. Gosh this is so hard. *ugh* You were… a…. Missssssss…..take."

Zoe paled, as her life shattered in front of her eyes. "No. No, it can't be true. Please, tell me you're playing a sick prank on me please!"

Chloe closed her eyes as she just destroyed her step-sis's life. "I wish I could say I was. I'm sorry sis."

Zoe starts crying a lot. It was then that Chloe sees an akuma heading towards her. As she recalls what she gathered from Shadowmoth she jumped in between Zoe and the Akuma.

"Nope! Not happening today Akuma!"

Zoe hears Chloe's protests on akumatizing her and looks at Chloe with amazement.

In Shadowmoth's lair

"The emotions are fading, no! Chloe Bourgeois, what are you doing?!"

Back at the Bourgeois hotel

"Chloe, you… didn't have to do that."

"Of course I did, we're family sis. I'll take the akuma for you any day."

"No, I mean. You actually didn't have to do that. The charms Ladybug gives out…"

"They're worthless now." Chloe interrupts Zoe blankly.

"W-what do you mean?" Zoe asks in fear

"Shadowmoth found a way to break the charms. I wouldn't be surprised if he makes another grand attack."

"Oh no, that's not good we have to tell…"

"Already did, Zoe. I got it done already."

"Hmm, I'm sorry that I may have ruined your cover."

"Oh don't worry about that, I'll talk to him next time I'm able to."

"I… I'm so proud of you Chloe."

"Well thank Adrien and Ladybug for that. He threatened our friendship if I didn't change a while back, and Ladybug was here for me when I needed her."

"I will thank Adrien tomorrow, I don't know if I'll ever see Ladybug in person again after she de-akumatized me."

Chloe then looks at the Bee Miraculous a bit confusedly "Which brings me to talk about the Bee Miraculous. Ladybug told me to talk about it with you, but I don't know why."

Zoe took this as a sign that she must reveal her identity to Chloe

"I think I'll be able to shed some light on that confused face."

"Wait, what?"

"When you were akumatized as Queen Banana, Ladybug gave me the Bee Miraculous."

"Wait, you're saying that… you're Vesperia?" Zoe nods

Chloe was about to whine that her step-sis got the Bee Miraculous, but remembered that she herself had given out her identity to the whole of Paris, if not the whole world.

"Then that shows that you're a better miraculous holder than me."

"Well, you were aggravated by mom…"

"She is not my mom."

"Wait, don't tell me you have a different mother?"

"No. I just refuse her to be my mom. It was because of her that I became such a brat in the first place. It all leads back to Audrey. My behavior, Audrey. Your family situation, Audrey. Gabriel's success, Audrey. It all leads back to her."

"Wow. Well, I am going to continue what I was saying. From what I gathered, during that Gabriel fashion show. Audrey was not being the best person to you."

"Understatement of the decade."

" [she grimaces] Well. What Mari told me is one thing Audrey said to you was 'The one thing exceptional about you, is your mother.' She is not the ideal mother figure. If I was in your situation, I would've done the same."

"Marinette, really told you about that? Ugh, so embarrassing." Chloe grimaces

"Hey, you shouldn't find it embarrassing. You should let people in, sis. You can't hold everything inside. It'll bottle up and explode in a fit of rage or sadness."

"But, I got a reputation to uphold, I don't want people to see me as weak. The only people who have seen me as weak are Adrien, Ladybug, and now you."

"Now opening up doesn't mean showing you're weak. It means showing you're human, Chloe. It shows who you are."

"But, people know who I am. The brat at school who calls for her daddy when she doesn't get what she wants. The spoiled rich girl, the bully."

"No. That's not you. You said it yourself, Audrey isn't your mom. You don't have to be someone else. You shouldn't be someone else. Don't let anyone influence you to not be someone else. Stop trying to be Audrey, Chloe. Be yourself. I promise, I'm sure everyone will like the real you."

"You… really think so?"

"I know so"

Chloe hugs Zoe

"Thank you so much sis."

They separate

"And hey, even if they don't. I will still like you."

"Well, I have a feeling Ladybug likes me. But I don't know for sure what she meant about talking about the Miraculous. [she remembers something] Wait, there is a communicator in each weapon. Pollen, Buzz on."

After she transforms, she goes to communications when she notices she has a text from Ladybug.

'I just realized I was a bit too vague when I meant 'talk about the miraculous. I meant about who is going to use it. I trust your decision so let me know about your decision.'

"Oh. She meant about who she is going to trust the miraculous too."

"Well, Shadowmoth knows you are Queen Bee. He doesn't know I'm Vesperia. And I'm not saying that you can't have it. I;m just saying that, maybe we could share."

"Share?"

"Yeah, like for akuma attacks she will come to me, but maybe when the Bee is used undercover missions like the one you had today, you will use it. Since I'm sure you've missed Pollen."

"Of course I did. Adrien and Ladybug aren't around me 24/7, well Pollen wasn't either, but it was like I had some connection with her that I didn't with either Ladybug or Adrien."

"Hehe. I understand."

Chloe hugs Zoe one final time

"Thanks so much sis. I needed this."

"You're welcome Chloe. [she walks to the door] Just remember, be you."

"Yeah, being Friday, I am going to give myself the weekend to figure out who exactly I am. Oh, Pollen Buzz Off. [she hands the miraculous to her] It's safer in your hands."

"Good ideas. Goodnight Chloe."

"Goodnight Zoe."

Chloe spent the next few hours trying to figure out who she is. All she knows so far is that she wants to be nicer to her classmates and wear pajamas to bed now. Suddenly she heard steps walking towards her. Looking up, she saw the towering figure of Shadowmoth.

"What was that stunt you pulled back there, Bourgeois? Don't tell me you're planning to betray me."

"Oh, I'm still down for the plan, but you remember the deal we made during Miracle Queen. My family is off limits!"

"You didn't seem to care when your step sis was akumatized into Soul Crusher."

"That was before I cared about her."

"You care about her now? You're going soft Bourgeois."

"So? She helped me through some things tonight, and I was helping her. I have a life outside of this, remember?"

The two stared each other down until Shadomoth caved in

"Fine, but this is your first warning, Bourgeois. Two more, and you're out."

Before Chloe could make a snarky comment about Baseball, Shadowmoth walked out and jumped back to his lair.

"Bring it on Shadowmoth. We're coming for you."
