Physical Description: She is 173 cm tall and a slender physique. She has long brown hair and brown eyes.
Personality: cheerful, at times mischievous but serious when the situation demands it, caring
Family: Takahashi Daisuke (cousin)
Likes: The sea, sailing, wind surfing, mythology, having fun with friends and family
Dislike: sea pollution, being unable to keep promises
Quirk: Wind force multiplier
The user is able to strengthen or weaken any kind of wind in a certain radius. The closer the wind is to the user the higher the multiplier can be.
Biography: Nozomi was always interested in the sea and has started to sailing and wind surfing at a young age so she could spend as much time as possible at the sea. She wasn´t always sure if she wants to become a hero or do something which has to do with the sea. The answer for that question came when she was in her last year of elementary school how the Oki Mariner Crew rescue someone. They became her idols and she made the decision to become a heroine who specialize in sea rescues.
With her decision made she started to train and when time came signed up to Wakkanai High School. This is a hero school which specialize in exactly what she wants to specialize in, sea rescue. She managed to get an internship with Oki Mariner Crew in her first year. That was an experience which reinforced her decision.
After graduation she became part of the Oki Mariner Crew. Over the years she became known for being the first one at sea disasters since the combination of a sailboat and her quirk is able to out speed almost every motorboat.
Equipment: two war fans which can also function as escrima sticks (it was an idea from her younger cosine Daisuke)
Fighting style: Because of her specialization she never truly develop a fighting style which uses her quirk and is useable in a city without doing huge property damage. She is however proficient in hand-to-hand combat.
Super move: Susanoo´s fury (creates so strong winds that only cargo ships won´t capsize)
Well this is my second idea for an OC. To be honest I was and still am not sure if should let my two OCs be related or not but for now they are. At first Nozomi was meant to be another city hero who could fly thanks to her war fans but then I thought why not do something with the sea.
When I saw the Oki Mariner Crew it was quiet interesting since it was different. I mean it makes sense that there are people who specialize on sea rescue but before we saw them I did not really thought they exist.
