"you had to go and fight at the airport didn't you Jade, thanks to you neither of us will graduate" says Tori angrily
"what's that supposed to mean, that I'm still a gank" asks Jade
"actually yes, this summer vacation was supposed to be just me and Cat, that was until you broke up with Beck and made Cat invite you along" says Tori
"why would you want to spend any time alone with Cat anyway, she's annoying after a certain amount of time" asks Jade
"I'm not sharing that information with you, just be lucky I was able to explain things to the cops, unfortunately I was unable to get us out of house arrest, though given we were renting that house I'm going to have to make you pay for it for the next four freaking years" says Tori as they head "home"
"can I just say you're adorable when you're angry" blurts out Jade unintentionally
"you like me don't you, Is that why you broke up with Beck, you want to kiss me" asks Tori
"look I've always kinda had this thing for you, it was never my intention to fully fall for you, things kinda just grew faster than I could stop them" says Jade as she starts to cry
"ok I'll level with you, this trip was supposed to be Cat and I's second date, she wanted something away from her nosy parents and I wanted something away from Trina, she walked in on Cat and I kissing and she's been gushing about it ever since, to be honest Cat and I didn't really hate you being here, it made us uncomfortable how natural it felt, had we made it back to LA we were going to talk to you about joining us in love" says Tori as they arrive at their "house"
"how…. What is she like" asks Jade intrigued
"giggly, she's not at all like you'd think she'd be, she really is mega smart, on our first date she decided to talk about her brother more, as well as how he used to be better, apparently there was some sort of wisdom tooth accident, something about the sleepy gas they used interacting with his brain" says Tori
"why does she talk about her brother the way she does then" asks Jade
"Kidnapper repellant, it happened a few years ago and she chose the tactic of annoying the kidnapper with stories about how crazy her brother is, it implies she's crazy too, the kidnapper literally stopped the car and let her go he was so frustrated" says Tori
"I must admit she is really good at that, it was a good choice…. I'm sorry I ruined your dates" says Jade
"it's fine, I'm sure Cat will move on, given she's one year younger than us the police made me block her from both our phones" says Tori as she sits on the couch
With Cat
"ugh did things go that bad that she's ignoring me now" asks Cat angrily sitting on her own couch at home
"you said there was a big fight right at the airport, given the age gap It wouldn't surprise me if they were thrown in jail" says Debora Valentine
"not likely, Tori has a family friend in the London police force, it's who we were renting the house from, I miss her so much" cries Cat
"I'll give David a call, see if he can figure anything out, you like Jade too right" asks Debora
"MOM how could you, my diary is personal" bawls Cat
"I didn't, your brother did, you know he doesn't understand personal space anymore, he wanted to understand you better so he could protect you from creeps, when I found out he had read it I yelled at him for an hour, when he told me you wanted BOTH Tori and Jade he expected me to be on his side, he expected me to resent you for being what he called un-faithful" says Debora
"wait you're not mad" asks Cat
"there is a lot you don't know about me hun, I dated two girls in college before meeting your father, I told him on our first date who I was and my views on love, he and I both agreed that if we ever had a daughter and she was like me when it came to love, that we'd support her, now I have to go make that call to David" says Debora
5 minutes later
"hey David how are you" asks Debora
"Tori never returned home, she said she and Jade had some sort of fight at the airport and were put on house arrest" says David
"Cat loves them both, I promised Hollywood arts I would make sure Cat doesn't miss a day of school this year, she's only been away from them for a few hours and she's already a mess, there is no way she will be able to focus in her classes David" says Debora
"Tori said they made her block Cat on their phones because of the one year age gap, England recently put in a law that passed that puts restrictions on any couple with an age gap, my friend thinks the London police took it too far with the blocking but she didn't have a say in it, I think it's time your husband made a visit to London and explain things" says David
"you really think they'll believe Cat is the one making the advancements on Tori and Jade, believe me they won't, Cat looks too innocent, in attempts to help my husband keep the kidnappers and creeps away from her by telling these stories about Ben she comes off as extremely dull and stupid, Tori was the first person to take Cat seriously when Cat asked her out" says Debora
"if there is anyone who can maneuver the English legal system it's Darrel" says David
"fine I'll ask him" says Debora as she hangs up
"what made you call David" asks Darrel
"Cat, I made a promise to Hollywood arts that she'd not miss a class" says Debora
"I'm not seeing the problem here" says Darrel
"She loves Tori AND Jade, Jade forced her way into a trip Tori and Cat were taking for summer break as a way to get closer after Jade had a messy break up with Beck, it turns out there was a massive fight at the airport and Tori and Jade are on house arrest and the police made Tori and Jade block Cat because of the single year age gap, you promised we'd be supportive if we had a daughter that was like me, both Jade and Tori are stuck in London England" says Debora
"what am I supposed to do break the law Deb, there is nothing I can do" asks Darrel
"I'm asking that as a LAWYER that you go talk to the London police, they probably believe it was Tori and Jade who were making the moves on Cat, you know how Catarina can be babe, she may be very smart but she's got the potential to be as unstable as her brother and you know that, her sanity is at risk here Darrel" says Debora
"fine but I'm not doing this for free" says Darrel as he grabs his phone
24 hours later in London
"guys you don't understand, Cat was the one in control not them, as a direct result of her being ONE year younger they gave Catarina more control in the friendship, it was Catarina that was pulling the strings, now she's an emotional mess thanks to you guys" says Darrel
"Jadelyn and Victoria broke Airport property, we can't let them leave" says Officer Dune
"I'm not asking you to let them out of house arrest Officer, I agree they need to be punished for the damage they caused, but do NOT make my daughter pay the price of losing contact, I grew up here neither my wife nor I's family have a clean family history when it comes to mental health, I'm asking that you not make my daughter lose her freedom over this" says Darrel
"are you absolutely certain it was your daughter who wanted them and not Jadelyn or Tori pressuring her into something more" asks Officer Dune
"I can guarantee it, she's my daughter, my wife and I suspected something like this happening in her final year of high school, that she would go after the ones she loves and try and make things work, Catarina Valentine isn't as naive as she makes herself look" says Darrel
"please explain, we will need to be able to explain why we're letting what the people of London as two creeps be in contact with their 'target' while on house arrest" says Officer Dune
"she was kidnapped a few years back, luckily they didn't get far, she came up with this plan to talk about her brother, who by all means is very mentally unstable, she got the kidnapper so frustrated by her non-stop talking that he stopped the car and let her go, ever since she's come up with ways to seem dull and kidnappable so the LAPD can arrest them, it has the unfortunate side-effect of making her look stupid and irritating to her fellow classmates, and clearly to everyone else, she goes to a performing arts school, she didn't get in because she can sing, she got in because she is wicked smart and is good at imitating people, I took her to work one day as a part of a take your daughter to work day thing, she was able to convince every client that she was actually a lawyer, that's not an easy thing to do" says Darrel
"then you can inform them they can contact her again, however they must stay in their home, they can not leave, not until we make the press release stating this new information, at which point they may will be allowed to get their own food but they will be extremely limited in where they can travel" says Officer Dune
"thank you" says Darrel as he nods and heads to talk to Jade and Tori
With Tori
"how did you convince them we weren't creeps" asks Tori
"by stating quite clearly that dating you both was ultimately HER end goal, I'm going to video call her now so you can talk to her, you will be allowed to un-block her after" says Darrel as he video calls Cat
"YAY" giggles Cat as she answers
"hi Cat, I didn't know the trip was supposed to be a date thing, I shouldn't have made you invite me, it was wrong of me to do that" Apologizes Jade
"that's ok, I'd wanted you there anyway, I got to spend the summer with the girls I love and that made me happy, I guess now I have to wait and be a good girl so I can hug you guys again" says Cat
"I was actually thinking about setting you up with online school Cat, maybe after Christmas I can set that up, until then the police here have allowed them to return contact with you, their house arrest will be mostly revoked, though where they can travel in the city will be limited, they will not be allowed to return to LA at this time however, the government is firm on that, their activity in public will be monitored, in private they can do whatever they want" says Darrel
"would online school mean I could be there with them and still attend Hollywood Arts" asks Cat
"not Hollywood arts, it's too far away for that, if you're planning to push for online school AND be here with Tori and Jade it would have to be a school over here, it would mean making all new friends, I'm not sure you're ready for that stress Cat" says Darrel
"but the time difference, I'd never get to video call them, texting isn't enough" pouts Cat
"you do realize it's midnight here right now Cat, Jade and I will sleep the day away if it means we get to video call you, that said do we have your consent to start something between Tori and I while we wait for you to visit" asks Jade
"as long as it means you don't plan on shutting me out I guess it's ok, given the situationals I guess it makes sense to let you guys start, I have no idea how I was planning to starting the kissing thing, I'm eternally awkward when it comes to physical contact, even if I am smart, I'm also autistic and things get confusing" says Cat
