"that's where the argument boiled over, it wasn't our intention to argue in public, in fact I'd been doing just fine ignoring her up till that point, see my dad's a cop, my dad has a thing about protecting me, she accused me of setting her up to be arrested by my father, which is why I fought back, give me and Jade a number and we will pay it" says Tori
"the bill will be mailed once a final number has been determined, one thing tho, I noticed that Catarina Valentine is not here today, from the legal side of things we required a final statement in person regarding her official relationship status, you know whether she is being forced or not, we really needed that statement today" says Judge Spinelli
"she had brain cancer your Honor, she lost her ability to control her body temperature, we've only just recently found the sweet spot temperature to keep her comfortable, it wavers from her easily overheating to freezing, we were told It would be warm in here, meaning she would not be able to safely stay here answering your questions, that is the absolute only reason she's not here today, I can give you her number so you can video call her but like I said we found the sweet spot temperature where her body can comfortably survive without temperature wicking devices to do the temperature adjustment for her, her life means more to us than anything, we'd go to jail if it meant saving her life your Honor" says Jade

"I'd say that's a bad idea, she tried to get bibble yesterday and someone called the cops on her claiming she was stealing bibble or robbing the store solely based on the fact that her hair is dyed red, she had no guns, she hates guns and bibble is one of her favorite snacks, she was returned to the house in cuffs and with what looked like gun slap marks on her face, they really didn't respect her, sending a cop to record her statement about a personal relationship will put her in fear mode because of what happened last night" says Tori
"the government needs that sworn statement today, I ned to enter it into the file by the end of the day girls, how would you suggest we do so, otherwise they will send the cops and we will have to go through this age difference court deal all over again" says Judge Spinelli
"she has an appointment in about an hour at the hospital, checking to see if the cancer is still gone, if it comes back they want to know as soon as possible, that would be the best chance to get her statement, hold us here in this court room if you need to to make sure it's authentic but please dear God do not send a cop, at the very least if you have to send a cop don't let them be armed or hide the weapons somehow, if she sees them she will freak out and you'll have a whole bunch of problems on your hands" says Tori
"why can't she see the weapons without freaking out, did your father hurt her" asks Spinelli
"no, he'd never hurt her, when Cat was in custody of the cops she was assumed to be guilty, they would NOT take her being innocent as a fact, she would never steal from her favorite snack store, we made sure she had enough for a huge bag and a few tins just in case they let her buy that much, she says the cops literally turned up the heat in the room to the point her brain nearly boiled and couldn't speak and this one cop would hit her with his loaded gun till she'd attempt to speak it ended with her being labeled a drunken thief and charged five hundred dollars, a cop with a weapon will take her back to that moment, it doesn't take more than four degrees either way to either freeze her or boil her, her body is that bad at regulating her core body temperature thanks to that cancer" says Jade
"what If I sent a cop she might be familiar with, someone from her family, Marissa Valentine, would that be better, Marissa is a no nonsense cop and when it comes to sensitive matters there isn't anyone better" asks Judge Spimelli

"uh oh am I in trouble" asks Cat as the doctor leaves with some blood for the test
"no Hun, today is the day the court needs your statement on your unusual relationship" says Marissa
"oh good…. I thought the crazy lady at the bibble store was coming after me again, what's the question again" says Cat

"absolutely not, you know me Marissa, I'm different, I like them, I'm living my dream by being their girlfriend, we may not see eye to eye, mainly because I'm short and a super nerd but Tori and Jade, they make me so dang happy, the cancer I had nearly killed me, I can't regulate my body temperature, I have to wear special vests to do that for me, at home Tori and Jade narrowed down the temperature at which my body does well without tech help, nobody else would have cared enough to even try, they'd try and make me reliant on the temperature regulation tech, not Tori or Jade, they try and make it so I'm reliant on it as little as possible, the tension Jade requires to stay calm is actually quite easy to fake, it doesn't have to be real, I love them, I'm the one who opened the door, they can't force me to do anything I don't want to, they never have, just because I'm short does not mean I didn't have a choice" says Cat
"ok now that I have your statement please tell me what happened last night" says Marissa
"so Tori and Jade had dropped me off at the local bibblery calls Jack's Bibble, I'm crazy about my bibble, Tori and Jade not so much, they'd dropped me off with a hundred dollars to get as much as the store would let me take, because of my cancer I can't be just walking over there every day for a little bibble taste, this rude lady…. I think her name was Wendy, she accused me of stealing just because I had a cart full, before I could even explain my situation she'd called the cops and I was cuffed without even being allowed to explain myself, then the last thing I remember was being slapped with a gun every time I said I wasn't stealing the bibble, then the next thing I remember is Hannah Montana picking me up from jail and feeling like I'd slept on a bed of fire all night, I was banned from the store for 'attempting to steal' the bibble" says Cat nearly crying
"Wendy is the local schizophrenic, I will have a chat with the police officers who abused their authority and I will talk to the owner of the bibblery, you stay here and stay alive" says Marissa
"why suddenly do you seem to care about my life, you like most people on Cass's side of the family believe I can never do right, that I shouldn't have a choice in my life because of Ivy, her and I are two sides of a coin Marissa" says Cat
"because Cass makes a big deal about mending bridges, not agreeing to do so sets off her RID, as much as she denies it power by making change in the world her biggest fault is letting Jackie, her aggressive alt stick around by taking half the meds she is supposed to take" says Marissa

"everything Cassandra does is irrational, when my brother died it got really bad, she didn't take it well, she was very close with her father, despite their disagreements, he's the one who got her into modelling, he liked to say the world needs someone like Cass to look up to, Cass did nothing but photo shoots for six months straight till she got burnt out from all the press, she's the one that pressed me to lower the immediate issue after the whole Airport issue, she has more influence than people realize, she says her job is to give people second chances, I can guarantee that while she's in LA there will be one potential criminal who she gives a second chance to, maybe more than one" says Marissa
