"I don't want to do this," Castiel muttered.

"Come on, babe," Dean pleaded. "They put in so much effort."

"Can't they come up here?"

"They say no, and that you have to go downstairs. So let's go."

Cas looked at the face his mate was giving him. While there was a bright smile on his face, behind his eyes was a look of fear.

"What did Amara threaten you with?" Cas bluntly asked.

"What? She didn't threaten me," Dean tried to shrug it off. Cas continued staring at him skeptically until he gave in. "Please don't make me say it. Can we just go downstairs?"

"But I am fat, and my feet hurt."

"You're not fat, babe," Dean assured him. "You are doing the awe-inspiring job of making life inside of you."

"I don't feel awe-inspiring. I feel like a landwhale."

"You look as beautiful as the day we met."

Cas pouted before crossing his arms across his chest and rested them against his extended belly. "You are supposed to say that. It doesn't count."

"Cassie, you're beautiful," Lucifer's voice came into the room. "Now, can you come downstairs? Amara says we can't have cake until you come downstairs."

"Cake?" Cas asked incredulously toward Dean.

"She only threatened you with cake?" Dean asked directly after.

"Well, yeah," Lucifer shrugged. "What's she going to do, threaten to cut my knot off? It's not like I'm doing anything with it. Anywho, hurry up. The rest of us want cake."

"What the hell?" Dean muttered at his back as he went downstairs.

"I guess I have to go downstairs," Cas muttered as he tried to get off the bed. "Not like it is supposed to be a party for me. Let's make sure everyone's allowed to eat cake. That's all anyone here for anyways."

"Don't be like that, babe. You know they're doing this for you. Just think about all the free stuff we're going to get."

"We are going to need a crib, I suppose. Cannot have the pup sleeping on the floor."

"What if we got them a nice pillow?" Dean jokily asked. At the blank stare he received, he continued with, "I was just joking. You know they won't go too big."

"Probably because Amara saw me yelling at her for doing so. I wish I could be the one to do that instead of future me, or I guess the me of now. It gets really confusing."

"I wouldn't worry about it, but let's go downstairs. Please."

"Fine, but you are carrying downstairs."

"As you wish," Dean said as he wrapped his arms around his mate and carried him downstairs. "Look who decided to come down and join the rest of us."

"Yeah! Cake!" Steve was heard cheering.

"Steve, you weren't supposed to say that," Amara was heard stage whispering at the boy.

"Oops," the pup giggled as he was attacked by the tickle monster.

Cas looked around the living room, noticed his family sitting around a cake on the coffee table with no decorations around them.

"You did not decorate?" Cas asked, confused.

"Of course not," Kali waved off. "Why would we spend money on decorations when we could spend it on the pup?"

"But the two of you were talking about bees?"

"I know right," Amara squealed before reaching for her purse, pulling out a onesie. "Look at this cute little bee onesie I found. I got it a little big, so the pup can still wear it for a while."

"I found a bee mobile for the crib," Michael said, pulling a box from behind where he was sitting on the floor.

"I got you a crib," Lucifer shrugged. "It's a white one since I figure you didn't need to be blinded by all the yellow all over the place. Also, I wasn't walking out of the store with all of the mess."

"No one cares, you Grinch," Michael retorted. "We all know you are waiting until the baby is born to go overboard so you can say you're the best uncle. You have none of us fooled. You can just get away with it because you live in the city."

"And I made the most important part," Gabe pipped up. "That cake."

"Can we eat the cake now?" Christie asked, not once letting her eyes leave the cake the was decorated in front of her.

"I suppose now that the guest of honor has shown up along with its host, I suppose you can," Kali mentioned, getting the plates so that she could cut the cake.

"Yes, the person we're here for has arrived," Amara said, putting the onesie to the side. "You two, have you come up with names for the pup yet? I have a suggestion."

"We are not naming the pup Amara," Dean called over his shoulder as he set Castiel on the couch by the other omegas.

"But it's such a great name. Think of all the fear it'll strike in their enemies."

"Think of the annoyance everyone else will think of when they inevitably think about you," Michael said, putting his fork straight through the piece of cake he now had. "You know, this is really good, Gabe."

"Hey, you're not supposed to get cake before the guest of honor," Amara called at him.

"Host was taking too long to get here," Lucifer said, voice slightly muffled by the mouthful of cake. "Should have come down earlier. We waited long enough."

Amara just sighed at the two of them. "Did you at least let to pups get cake before you two starting eating?"

"They were the first ones I gave a piece to," Kali answered. "Don't worry. But I think that baths are going to be called for soon. I don't know how Steve got icing in his hair already."

"This is just something you learn to deal with," Dean told her. "I don't know how Sam gets as dirty as he does eating either. I think it's just a gift kids all seem to have and then grow out of."

"Stuff to cover all of the furniture with something," Gabe muttered. "Already to added to this list."

"And don't think of buying new furniture. They're just going to ruin it," Dean added.

"Anyway, can I play the movie now?" Lucifer asked.

"What is it?" Cas asked, with a small plate resting on his belly.

"Gabe found something called The Bee Movie," Michael answered. "Thought it was perfect for the day."

"It got pretty mixed reviews," Gabe said. "I didn't know what to take seriously, but people seem to like it or make fun of it. I couldn't tell."

"It's perfect," Cas said as he dug himself in the couch as Kali hopped up real quick to dim the lights.

He felt ahead fall against his leg as Dean situated himself in front of him, resting in front of his mate, with all of his family surrounding him. It was perfect, he thought to himself. The thing that he always wanted. The room was filled with laughter, mostly from the adults, while the children looked back at them, confused at what they could possibly find so funny.

The movie came to a close, and the children passed out in the middle of the floor; the adults continued talking.

"I can't wait for the little one to show up," Amara said. "Everything's going to be great."

"Really?" Cas asked her, chewing on his lip.

"Yep, I can see it. It's still fuzzy here and there, but that's life. I do like Sam, though."

"What does Sam have to do with anything?" Dean asked her from his spot.

"I was just saying that just because I like Sam doesn't mean I won't hurt him if he hurts my nephew. He's a sensitive omega and needs to be protected."

"What?" all of the adults in the room turned and yelled at her.

"Just be prepared," Amara said as she hopped up from the couch to go into the kitchen. "I'll blame you if he doesn't grow up into a perfect alpha."

"You can't just say things like that and expect no one to say anything," Dean called after he started running after her. "What do you mean Sam's going to be an alpha. He's way too young to know that."

"For you maybe, but you forget that I know all."

"Wait. Does this mean you know what the baby is?"

"Yes, and no, I will not tell you, no matter how much you beg."

"Pleeeeeeeease," the group in the living room could hear coming out of Dean.

"No! Stop asking!"

Cas shook his head at the two of them. Long lost siblings, he once again thought to himself as everyone else kept on laughing to themselves.

"Anyone need anything because they sure aren't going to bring it," Michael asked.

"You're just trying to be nosy and watch their argument," Lucifer said, pulling his older brother back to the floor. "Sit."

"You're just mad you weren't the first one to think of it, Luci," Gabe followed.

"Hey, only Sam can call me 'Luci.'"

"Ahh, so cute. When did you become such a family man?"

"Shut it, Gabe."

"Children, children, calm down," Michael said, getting in between them.

"Shut it, Mikey," the two yelled in unison at their older brother.

Cas looked at Kali, who was sitting there rolling her eyes with affection. Cas looked back at his brothers yelling at each other like they had when they were younger with a smile plastered on his face. This was definitely the life he always wanted.
