Ok let's get to it OLIVER NEEDS TO MAN UP TO HIS TEAM after all the crap that they have done, and said to him I'm Surprised that Oliver hasn't put an arrow in them yet, let's name a few shall we :
Felicity told the team to go after Black Siren when she thought that Siren had a Detonator in her hand but did Oliver say anything NOPE this is why he needs to man up HE is the Leader NOT FELICITY she is only tech Support.
Oliver had Suspicions about Diggle's brother still working for Hive and Darhk but did Diggle listen to Oliver NOPE and what was the Result of him not listening to Oliver that's right Laurel's DEATH.
And finally The NTA a.k.a New Team Arrow got pissy when they found out that Oliver was spying on them UH HELLO he had every right to spy on them because one of them was selling him out to the FBI that could Potentially take him to prison and taking him away from his wife and son.
Anyway that's a few things on why Oliver needs to man up to his Team.
