Hey Guys i Decided to make this a several parts of Oliver needs to Man up to His team story. So this is chapter 2 where Oliver tells Felicity that she is off the team.

(Your Off The Team)
"Your Off The Team Felicity" Oliver said with a firm voice
Felicity was shocked that Oliver would say this so she demanded " What do you mean I'm off The Team Oliver? "
Oliver looked at Felicity with a dark look and said " You told the team to attack Siren, when I was this close to Reasoning with her and because of that she won't trust me anymore."
Felicity told him " I thought she had a Detonator in your hand, so I told the team to engage." But before She could continue Oliver stopped her by raising up his hand.
" First off Felicity you are not the Leader of this Team I am,You are only tech support and Second how were you sure that she had a detonator in her hand. So that is why until you get your act together you are off the Team and that is Final." With that said Oliver walked off leaving Felicity there to think over what Oliver said to her.
"He's right I wasn't sure at all that Siren had a Detonator and I overstepped my role on the Team. I have a lot of thinking to do." Thought Felicity.
And on that day Felicity decided to be a Mature person and only be tech support.
