Chapter 94 – Dreaming of Deeper Romance
Lidelle's POV
*SNARF*

*SWALLOW*
"Mmmm! So good!" I cheered.
"I'll truly never understand how you have such a big appetite." Satan said to me.
"What do you mean?"
"Lidelle…that was your fifth plate of Triple-Stacked Double Chocolate Chip Pancakes in just 10 minutes. You know exactly what I mean."
"It's honestly pretty impressive." Ringo added.
*BURP*
"And disgusting."
"Well, you can't really blame me for having continuous growth spurts. I am at that age."
"Really? That age?" Satan asked in a sarcastic way.
"We're the same age and mine stopped a few months ago." Ringo said.
"W-Well…that's because you got THOSE." I said in a pouty tone as I pointed at Ringo with my syrup-dripping fork. She was confused at first, but it didn't take her long to figure out what I meant by "THOSE".
And she didn't take it so well.
"Wh-What the hell do my breasts have to do with this?!" She yelled while turning away from us. Arms over her chest out of embarrassment.
"You know exactly why they do!" I yelled back.
"Does this really need to be brought up now?" Satan asked.
"Yes, it does!"
"Come on now, everyone." Mother said as she entered the room. "Let's all have a peaceful breakfast together as a family."
"Yes, Mother."
"Yes, Aunty."
"Speaking of which, sweetie. Is Ally still asleep?"
What did she mean by "speaking of which"?
"Uh…yeah, she is. That whole thing with Mandrake really got her in a bad mood."
"With who now?" Ringo asked.
"Mandrake is this girl that came from the same world I was in. She's a bit of a brat and a nuisance to deal with." Satan explained.
"Wait, another person? I thought Seriri was the last one brought here by that Dimensional Mirror thing."
"The what?"
"It's the thing that brought Arle, Schezo, Harpy, Rulue, Witch, Draco, and Seriri here. Supposedly, all at once. It's too difficult to get into right now." I said.
"I see…"
"Anyway, I'm going to go wake her up. Her missing a meal isn't like her at all."
"Kinda like you, Lidelle." The trio said.
"Sh-Shut up!"
I went towards the back of the house to my room and found Ally still asleep in her futon that she brought along, as I thought she would be. The blanket was complete off her, but luckily she had pants on this time.
I still can't get that image out of my head…
I then started looking at the face of my sleeping girlfriend. This was something I've never done before. But doing it now, I've realized that…she's really cute when she sleeps.
As I kept staring at her, I grew more and more anxious. My heart was racing at a speed unknown to me. And my face was dripping with sweat. I knew that if I continue to do this, I would pass out from all the excitement built up in my tiny little body. I had to wake her up. Even if I didn't want to.
So, I started reaching for Ally's shoulder to attempt to wake her. My hand was shaking and wet from the sweat. I kept getting closer and closer, to the point where I was near inches to Ally's body.
Closer…
"Zzz…"
Closer…
"Zzz…"
Almost there…
My fingers were now at the tip of Ally's shoulder about to shake her out of her beautiful sleep.
But that's when…
"ARF ARF! ARF ARF!"
"GAH! P-Poochy! G-Get off me! St-Stop it! It…t-tickles! HAHAHAHAHA!" Ally shouted out of total shock.
"ARF ARF!"
"Ah! Poochy! Down boy! Down!"
"ARF." Poochy finally got off of Ally and left the room by phasing through the walls. I then turned to face Ally, who was dripping wet from the slobber of Poochy's massive licks.
"S-Sorry. He's just overly excited."
"*sigh* What do you expect? He is a dog…kinda. You expect that from him." Ally said.
"Yeah, I guess."
"So, anyway…what time is it?"
"Uh…almost eleven."
"Geez, that late? I guess I was more tired than I thought."
"Did dealing with Mandrake yesterday wore you out that much?"
"More than you think." Ally said with an agitated sigh. "I actually hate kids. They're rude, gross, and just flat-out annoying. I seriously can't stand any of them."
"What about Chu?"
"Chu's okay. I like her. The same can be said for Chetta. But other than those two, my hatred for them still stands."
"I see…"

"Of course. When we have our own kids, I won't hate them at all."
"A-Ally! Wh-Why bring THAT up?!" I shouted with a completely blushed-out face.
"W…Well…t-to be honest, I…I-I had a dream last night."
"What kind of dream?"
Ally then started blushing a lot like how I did a few seconds ago. She even looked away from me a couple of times while doing so. I'd be lying if I said that this didn't make me more interested.
"C…C-Can you keep a secret?" She asked me.
"Uh…sure, I guess. What was it?"
"W-Well…th-the dream I had. It…well…I…uh…"
"Come on, Ally! At this rate, we'll be here all day! Just tell me already!" I was growing impatient.
"Okay, okay! The dream was…w-well, you and me…w-we were…" Ally then went silent again. And I was about to yell at her again when she finally admitted what this dream was.
"I-I dreamt that we were having sex!"

"That's it?" I asked after we sat in silence for a bit.
"Wh-What do you mean "That's it?"?! I just said that I dreamt of us having sex! Why aren't you shocked by that?!"
"Ally…you're a ginormous perv who isn't afraid to talk about sexual things whenever you're given the chance. This coming from you is nothing new to me."
"W-Well…that may be true. But this is WAY more serious than me complaining about being sexually frustrated! You could at least be a little more surprised about it!"
"Seriously…" I gained a sweatdrop.
"Come on! Make me not regret telling you this!"
"*sigh* You are such a child…" I mumbled to myself before giving in to Ally's stupid demand. "*clears throat* Ally! What the hell?! Why were you dreaming about THAT of all things?!"
"W-Well…I-I am a teenage girl. And teenage girls usually gain these…"urges" and such."
"Urges?"
"Y-You know…t-to do dirty things and whatnot. L-Like…t-touching yourself…down there."
"You mean like how you did in the shower last night?"
"H-How the hell?!"
"You were pretty loud…"
"Ugh…" Ally then plopped onto her futon while hiding her face in the pillow out of embarrassment. Now not wanting to continue this "confession" of hers anymore.
But still…seeing Ally all worked up like this is a rather rare sight. The last time I've seen her this flustered was when we were trying to confess our feelings to each other. So, to see it again now…3 months later, to be exact…it's kinda unexpected.
"Hey…come on." I said as I shook Ally's body with a lot more confidence than earlier. "I'm sorry for not taking your feelings seriously."
"It's fine…" Ally replied with her voice muffled by the pillow. "…just, please…y-you know…k-keep this conversation a secret."
"Yeah, yeah. I will. In fact, I'll make sure your secret stays safe between the three of us."
"Wait…three? What do you mean three?"
"Well…hold on."
I got up from where I was sitting and headed towards the door. I then swung it open really fast and catch secret holder number 3 off-guard. Seeing her fall to the floor meant that I was successful.
"Oh. Hey there, Ringo. Spying on people, as usual?"
"What, me?! No…I definitely didn't hear anything about Ally's dream! Not even the part about the urges!"
"You are a terrible liar…" I gained a sweatdrop.
This is a common thing for Ringo. She believes that by spying on people she'll learn something so grand that it'll save mankind or something like that. But really, she's just really nosey.
"Anyway, you better keep this a secret, Ringo. If you tell anyone, I'll really make you pay."
"*sigh* Fine…I promise I won't tell anyone." Ringo said as she held her hand up in an "I swear" kind of way.
"Good. Now, your secret's safe, Ally."
"Thank you, Lidelle! You're the best!" Ally cheered as she lunged towards me for a kiss…
…But then I moved at the last second.
"Hey…why'd you move?"
"Because your face is covered in dog drool." I said.
"But it was YOUR dog that gave me this drool! And Poochy licks you all the time! Yet, I never have a problem kissing you."
"Yeah, but…"
"Aw, Poochy! Not on the carpet!"
"What?! Poochy! Bad bo-" I turned around quickly but didn't see Poochy there.
"Poochy's not ther-"
Then I was caught off-guard by Ally giving me a kiss on the lips. With Poochy's dog drool all over my mouth. It took me a few seconds to realize what just happened. But when I did…
"Ally…"
…Yeah, I was freaking pissed.
"You're welcome." Ally said with a smile. Ringo fell down to the floor laughing her ass off from my embarrassment.
"Ugh! I should freaking blast you right now!"
"Alright, fine. I'm sorry. No more dog drool kisses."
"*sigh* Whatever. Dealing with your antics made me hungry. I'm gonna get some food."
"B-But you just ate 5 WHOLE PLATES of pancakes!" Ringo yelled.
"Please…as if that would fill me up."
"Now, that I think about it…I didn't eat dinner last night." Ally said. "I might just have to eat 6 plates of pancakes."
"Oh, really? Then I'll eat 7 plates."
"Then, I'll eat 8."
"Then, I'll eat 9."
We both then stared at each other with looks of determination on our faces as we competed to see who can possibly eat more plates of Triple-Stacked Double Chocolate Chip Pancakes.

"FIRST ONE TO 10 PLATES WINS!" I shouted.
"YOU'RE ON!" Ally shouted.
"It's hard to believe that neither one of you are a bunch of fatasses right now… " Ringo said.
"Sh-Shut up!" We both yelled at her.
*KNOCK* *KNOCK* *KNOCK*
"Lidelle. You have company." We heard Mother call out.
"Company? Who could that be?" I asked.
"Well…" Ally started thinking. "…Ami's at work, Arle's at work, Raffina's probably at home already…yeah, I can't think of anyone."
"Hmm…" Ringo began thinking to herself. "…well, I did give a girl in my class my phone number in case she wanted a quick make-out session sometime. Maybe Mom and Dad sent her here…"
"Keep your bisexual flings out of my house!" I retorted.
"Well, staying here and guessing isn't gonna solve anything." Ally said. "Let's just go and see who it is."
"*sigh* Fine. It's not like we have a choice."
"Or maybe it was that boy from Friday…"
"Ringo…" I said in a pissed-off tone.
"Man, she's really proud of her bi life, huh?" Ally asked.
"Sometimes, a little too proud…" I gained a sweatdrop.
Ally's POV
The three of us soon went out to the living room to see who it was that came over. That's when we noticed two things.
One…Satan was gone. Probably went back to finish that castle of his.
And two…the person who came over was someone I should've known would come over…but, for some reason, I didn't expect.
"*giggle* Wow…so, even while I was asleep, Liddy still had that appetite of hers. I'm honestly not surprised."
"Yes, she's a growing girl. Although…she's been a "growing girl" for the past 8 years or so. I sometimes wonder if it's normal."
"Well, she's still flat. So, it probably isn't."
*BONK*
"Ow!"
"Who the hell are you calling flat?"
"Oh. Hey, Liddy. How's it going?" Said Lidelle's childhood friend Genbu after receiving a bonk on the head.
Surprised she didn't react to that…
"This is truly a surprise, Lidelle." Yumi said. "I really wasn't expecting to see Genbu after all these years. I thought she was asleep for 1,000 years."
I still don't understand why she was doing that…
"She was." Lidelle said. "But Amitie's Rainbow Puyo Hat grant my wish of wanting to see her again and…she woke up. Just like that."
"I see…"
"Yamata no Genbu…never thought I would ever see you again." Ringo said.
"Hey, Ringo. Long time no see." Genbu replied. "Still sexually adventurous like before?"
"D-Don't say it like that! You're making it sound like I'm sleeping with everyone I meet!"
"Well, with how short your relationships tend to be, it would make sense if that was the case."
"It's NOT!"
"Just saying…"
"Anyway…what brings you here, Genbu?" Lidelle asked. "Bored or something?"
"Meh…pretty much. Harpy and Seriri went off to do something together so I was left alone. Decided to come here and see how the Demonic Princess was doing…but then I got lost. So much of this world had changed that I didn't recognize anything around me. It was so bizarre…"
"So, then how did you get here?" I asked.
"Oh, I asked this pink-haired girl for help. She was pretty chill about it…even let me listen to this square box thing of hers. Weird how music can come out of that thing."
"Music? Well, that narrows it down to…"
"Ahhh~! Sweet refreshing water at last!"
We then heard someone coming from the kitchen behind us. And it was exactly the person we all thought it was.
"Amira?"
"Oh! Lidelle! Man, why didn't you tell me that you had a yōkai for a best friend?! That's so freaking badass!"
"Is it really?" Lidelle gained a sweatdrop.
So, even Amira knows what yōkai are? Man…my pride as a Japanese girl is slowly dwindling…
"So, you're the one that helped Genbu here?" I asked. "I didn't think you were coming over here."
"I wasn't. I just wanted to cool off. It's so damn hot outside and yet we're supposed to be getting closer to autumn."
"It's hot? At this time of year?" Ringo asked. "There should be at least a few winds here and there."
"Well, apparently, there aren't any. I was out there sweating like a dog when I met Genbu here and she asked where Lidelle's place was. So, I used this opportunity to get some free water. Pretty neat, right?"
"You're a rich girl. Why do you need free water?" Lidelle asked.
"Hey, rich girls can be cheap, too. I don't go around buying all the clothes, jewelry, and fancy crap I could find like a stereotypical bimbo."
"But the tequila was so important?" Yumi asked.
"Aw, man! Did Lily tell you that?!"
"D-Damn…tequila?" Lidelle, Ringo, and I said in shock.
Amira's definitely an adult, all right…
*RINGTONE CHIME*
"Aw, man…right when my favorite song was starting." Amira said before answering her phone. "Hello?"
"Amira, where are you?! I need to get something from the jewelry store and you ran off somewhere with the key!"
"Oh hey, Sis. I'm at Lidelle's right now."
"Why are you at Lidelle's of all places?!"
"I needed something to drink. It's so hot, that it felt like the Devil farted in my face."
"I'm going to pretend you didn't say that…"
"But you gotta admit. It was funny, right?"
"Just get over here!"
"Fine…be there in a few." Amira hanged up and let out a sigh of annoyance. "Ugh! I gotta go back in the heat!"
"Is it really that hot outside?" I asked.
"Like I said, we're supposed to be getting cool breezes around this time of year. But yet, we have this damn scorching heat."
"That's weird…"
*NOTIFICATION CHIME*
"Huh? Hey, Ayumi just texted me. She said Akuma wants us down at the museum ASAP."
"Huh? What for?" Ringo asked.
"Not sure. She didn't say. But my guess is it's something to do with this mysterious heat everyone's complaining about."
"I see. That could be it." Lidelle said. "We better get down there then. We'll be back, Mother."
"Okay, sweetie."
"You wanna tag along, Genbu?" Lidelle then asked her yōkai friend.
"Nah, I'm good. I'm way too relaxed by this indoor coolness. What did you say this was called again, Yumi?"
"It's called air conditioning." Yumi said. "Its cool gentle breeze can…*yawn*…put anyone to sleep." She then laid down on the pillow she had and was instantly knocked out."
"Mother…" Lidelle facepalmed.
"Wow…I've never seen anyone conk out that fast before." I said. "Not even Melody falls asleep in an instant."
"Trust us…when it comes to sleep, Aunty is the queen of it." Ringo said.
"Lucky…" Amira mumbled to herself.
And I have to get used to this and many other things about the Namanari family…
Author's Note: A rewrite of previously two separate chapters made into one. Much like the last one, I don't have much to say about this one. I'm just trying to get these out already.
