"Natsu!" I hear myself scream in terror. We've been home from Crocus for a few weeks and I was having nightmares about him dying every night.
"Luce?" He mutters as he rubs my back.
"Another nightmare Lushi?" Happy asked, peeking out of his tree.
"I'm fine guys, I need a glass of water." I say as I get out of bed to go to the kitchen. I take a swig of water and my stomach lurches uncomfortably. I'm reminded that I haven't told Natsu the vision I saw and I've been too scared to check. He hasn't noticed either because he's been trying to find a home for the dragons.
We can't send them back because the eclipse gate was destroyed. I talked to Horologium and he said if he sent someone through time, it could only work for a person close to me and only one. I think I have an idea.
I speed walk to Natsu who was lying in bed and straddle him. *What's up Luce?"
" What if we set up the Heartfilia manor as a safe haven for dragons!" I say to him in excitement.
" Would your old man be ok with that? I mean, dragons are scary even if we know them. He might not like that." He gazes at me for a moment as I think about his words.
" I'll go see him tomorrow and ask. The worst that'll happen is he'll say no." I explain to him , then yawn.
Natsu rubs my thighs, sits up to kiss me and whispers, " get some sleep Luce. It's a tomorrow problem."
He turns so his back is to me and reaches back to grab my arms to pull them across his body. He's realized he loves being the little spoon just as much as he loves being the big spoon. I nuzzle his neck similar to how he does me and say. " I love you, Natsu."
" Stop being love-y and go to sleep." Happy grumpily hisses.
" I love you too Lucy." Natsu says completely ignoring Happy.
Natsu and Happy walked me to the train station even after I told them it was unnecessary. " Are you sure you don't want us to come with you?" Natsu asked for the millionth time.
" Yes, Natsu!" I say impatiently. " I am just going to ask about the dragons, eat lunch and come back."
He whimpers as I press my forehead to his with my hands on his cheeks. He puts his hand around my waist. " I don't like being away from you Luce."
" It's a few hours Natsu. You'll be ok. I'll be ok. Ok?" I kiss him and board my train.
My stomach is doing cartwheels by the time I get off the train. When I walk to the gate of the manor my dad is there with someone I hadn't seen since I ran away, Marcus Bane, one of the richest eligible bachelors in Fiore.
"Hello, Lucy. Long time no see. Have you finally given up your dream of being a guild wizard after embarrassing yourself live?"
I frown. The arrogance of this guy hasn't simmered I see. "Have you decided that the reason you are still single is you have no personality?" I clap back in irritation.
"Marcus was just leaving." Dad says in a way that suggests he's not happy Marcus is here either.
"I'm not leaving until I get what I want, Jude. I want your daughter's hand!" Marcus demanded.
What, what?! Me? "No. I'm not marrying you." I say and turn to my father in Fury. How was he still like this?!
"I told you, Marcus. Lucy is free to make her own decisions and you heard her. She doesn't want you, so please leave or I'll call the police." Dad says while looking at me sheepishly. So he wasn't trying to marry me off? I thought in relief.
Marcus looks at me for a moment before clicking his teeth and leaving.
"I'm sorry about that, Lucy. Since your debut live during the Grand Magic Games, people have been coming to me for your hand in marriage." He says with his head low. "I told them you are free to choose your own groom but you know rich people are. We don't take no for an answer."
I sigh in irritation before saying, "There was an issue at the games that I need help with."
"Anything you need." He responds instantly.
"You may want to rethink that…"I say slowly. He looks at me in confusion. "... I'm looking for a home for six massive dragons."
Dad blinked at me incredulously. I'd be surprised too if I didn't believe in the existence of dragons but his wife and daughter have summoned mermaids and crab hybrids so…
"...dragons?" He finally stammers out.
"You don't have to, in fact, This was probably a terrible idea." I say as I move to stand.
"How do you plan to make them comfortable?" He asked in curiosity looking around the manor.
" There is one dragon, Gardennia, who can make mountains. I figured she could change the landscape so they'll have somewhere comfortable to live." I explained to him. " Like I said, "you don't have to say yes, I just… I can figure something else out."
" No, they are welcomed here." He says as I smile in gratitude.
" Thank you dad." I say gently. "Can I stay for lunch?"
"I will get the cook to make something good." He says, leading me inside.
My stomach is doing cartwheels again after lunch as I walk to the train station. I'm so nauseous and just looking at the train made me want to vomit. Is this how Natsu feels every time he takes the train? My appreciation for him skyrockets as I begrudgingly board.
"Can we help you Mr. Bane or are you here to just insult us?" I hear Master's voice from outside the doors to fairy tail. I inwardly groan, I'm nauseous, my feet hurt and my magic has been all over the place and I have to deal with this guy.
"Why are you here Marcus?" I say slowly as I walk toward the bar. "Can I get some crushed ice, Mira?"
She looks at me and says, "you got it Lucy."
"I'm here to ask you for your hand." Marcus says as he stands to look at me, More like leer at me.
"You're out of your mind!" I exclaim, rolling my eyes.
"You understand that you aren't exactly eligible to wed in many of the upper class circles but I'll make an exception. You can be rich and not have to work in this..." He looks around in disgust. "...place."
I took major offense to his words as I felt my body grow hot. "I want to be here. I li!e to be here. I don't want anything to do with you!" Everything cup in the guild explodes as the heat coming from my body rises. " You don't get to dictate what happens to me just because you've decided you want me!"
He flinches in pain and takes a step back. I feel a pull on my magic as Leo is pulling me backwards.
" Calm down Princess, you are losing control." Loke says as I take a few deep breaths. I glance around. All the dragon slayers are gone. I wonder where they are?
" Natsu and the others are with their dragon parents. They will be back tomorrow." Master says, handing me the cup of ice. I sit down to calm my stomach as I eat the ice. Loke steps in front of me as Marcus demands my attention. "You'll regret saying no to me!"
"Don't threaten my princess!" Loke shouts, stepping in his face. I feel his power increases as I stand up. Unfortunately,everything got fuzzy and double visioned as I threw up and passed out.
My head pounded as I sat up. What happened? I look around. I was in the infirmary but… oh yeah! Leo!
"Easy Princess!" Leo's voice said as I sat up. "Your magic is on the fritz and will be until the Solar Eclipse is over. You need to talk to the sun god. I think his power is malfunctioning."
" Um… yes but… I think I'm pregnant." I say as Leo's eyes widen.
" Does Natsu know?" He asked.
" No, I haven't checked yet, I've been busy." I say as I stand up. My stomach lurches in hunger. "I'm hungry."
"Let's go get you something to eat." He says as he takes my hand to lead me downstairs.
" Where's Marcus?" I ask, not really wanting to deal with him.
" Master grew into his giant dorm after you passed out and told him to leave." He explained looking at me in curiosity.
" What?!" I shout in irritation. " Why are you looking at me?"
" You are rainbow glowing." He says slowly. I looked at my hands and he was right. When I use sunshine, my veins glow yellow with sunlight but my veins are rainbow glowing. I concentrate my power to make it stop but it doesn't.
"How do I stop it?!" I demand looking at him.
"I...uh… don't know." He says, then giggles like a little girl.
" If you're not gonna be helpful! Go home!" I say as I force his gate closed. I sigh in irritation as I walk into the guild hall.
" Lucy? You're ok!" Mira says as she runs toward me. " We sent Jet to get Porlyusica."
" She's not gonna like that." I say and then add, " I'm ok. I just haven't been feeling well but I'm ok now."
" Lucy, I didn't know you were a rainbow." Gray laughs at me.
" I don't know how to make it stop." I whine at him as my stomach growls in anger.
"How are you doing it?" Erza asks while looking at me like I'm a science project.
"It's super pretty though." Cana says but not helpfully.
A plate of food sat in front of me as Mira said, "You need to eat Lucy."
"I don't want to eat! I want to stop glowing!" I throw my hands in frustration and the roof of the guild explodes. I cover my mouth in shock and terror. What happened? Did I do that?
"Lucy?" Mira says as I jump at the sound of her voice. The plate she gave me erupts and I jump back in shock. How do I keep doing that?! How do I make it stop!
"Lucy, calmly put your hands down and return to the infirmary. Porlyusica is here and she will fix what's wrong ok?" Master said while bringing my hands to my sides.
I feel Porlyusica press her magic into me but then step back with a hiss of pain. The heat that touched her came from me but wasn't mine. I put my hands on my belly and press my magic into myself. Her hands circled mine a moment later. I felt.. Two hearts...Two spirits… I am pregnant with twins!
I see the glow fade as I'm just shimmering my silver now. I see… The rainbow was caused by them. That's going to be annoying, I think to myself.
"From the feel of your babies, I'd say you are nine weeks pregnant." She says grumpily. "That means you were pregnant during the Grand Magic Games!"
"You checked me out! Why didn't you tell me then!" I accuse as she glares at me.
"I can't feel the power of fetuses until they are about six weeks old. When I checked you out, you were probably four." She explains to me af if telling me the alphabet.
I jump at a crash and turn to the door. Lisanna has dropped the plate she was holding. "You're pregnant!" She says in shock. She looks at me, tears up and leaves without another word.
I sigh as I rub my belly. I'll deal with her later. How am I gonna tell Natsu?
"Why do I keep glowing? What's wrong with my powers?" I ask her but I think my powers might be misfiring because they are reacting to the solar eclipse in a few weeks.
"Your powers and theirs keep clashing and combining. Because you are a celestial wizard, celestial pregnancies are usually filled with light. You will glow off and on for the remainder of your pregnancy." She explains, I blink. I hadn't known that. I make a mental note to ask Grandpa Crux when I get a chance.
"Um… Thank you." I say as she walks out. She stops and sighs before turning her head to me. "If you need help during your pregnancy, come find me, I will help."
I was flattered as I said, "Thank you."
I was at home making myself dinner when a knock on my door interrupted my train of thought. When I opened the door there was Mira with soup.
"Would you like to come in?" I ask as I take her offering. She smiles at me while walking to my couch. Now with her soup, I have enough for two.
As we were eating she started. "Lisanna told me You're pregnant."
I blush and keep my head down. "Yes, With twins."
She gasps in surprise and says, "how do you feel about it?"
"I'm excited and terrified. We missed so much but I get to have a child with my soulmate. Two children."
" Lisanna is heartbroken because on their fishing trip, he told her you were his everything. She believed you didn't feel the same way." She explained gently.
I sighed as I said, "I have to figure out why my powers are fritzing otherwise I'll hurt someone."
"Do you think it has something to do with the solar eclipse?" She asks me.
"I think so but if that's the case, since I'm contracted to the sun god, it's going to get worse. I should leave until the end of the eclipse." I think out loud.
" Natsu will be back tomorrow. Are you gonna talk to him first?" She questions me.
" Yeah. He will be upset if I leave without telling him. I promised not to push him away and I need to fulfill that promise." I tell her as she sighs in relief.
" I'm just going to stay home until he gets here so I don't hurt anyone if I lose control again." I tell her as I finish my meal.
" We won't blame you, Lucy. We love you and want to protect you like you protect us." She declares to me.
My heart stutters as I tear up. " That's why I have to stay here."
I wave goodbye to her as she leaves for the night. I look in my apartment and sigh. It seems bigger without Natsu and Happy.
I could feel the sun across my back as I stretched my back in bed. This was the first night I've spent without Natsu since we returned from Tenrou Island. I walked to the bathroom and examined myself in the mirror. I pulled my shirt up to look at my belly. It was still flat and I imagined it growing better. My breasts, which were always huge, were a little more sensitive than normal.
I turned on the shower and stepped inside. The warm water aroused my achy body as I moaned breathlessly. I wish Natsu was here but all well. I placed my hands on my breasts to play with my nipples. I slid one hand down my body toward my womanhood as I circled my clit.

Natsu spins me around, picks me up to wrap my legs around his waist and roughly thrusts into me. I shout my praise as he maintains the pace he knows I like so much.
"I'm gonna call you the rainbow goddess." He says after each thrust. " You are so beautiful Lucy." I can't think. I can't speak. I'm close to the rapture as I tangle my hands in his hair.
" Faster Natsu!" I demand as he complies to my request. " Natsu!" My climax hits me like a brick and the heat I expel melts my showerhead and sink. He groans his release and looks at the damage.
I let go of him to hide my face in my hands. He laughs as he lets me down. "Mira told me you've been having problems controlling your powers because of the eclipse. Are you ok?"
" Yeah. I'm fine But I think I have to go to Elysian until the end of the eclipse." I told him. He looks crushed so I quickly add, "... You can come with me, I just accidentally exploded the guild roof and my bathroom. I don't want to hurt anyone."
" Fine but Happy's not going to like being left behind. Did you talk to your dad?"
" Yes and he said they can stay." I told him. His face was in a wide smile as he hugged me tightly. "...um... I'm pregnant with twins."
His smile widens even more and he drops to his knees and presses his ear to my belly. He turns the shower off and everything goes quiet.
"You already knew?" I asked, tangling my hands in his hair.
"When Igneel told me, I ran all the way here. Then I saw you in the shower and got distracted. Happy probably will be pissed that I left him behind but he can travel with Carla so hopefully not too mad." He froze and looked up at me teary eyed. " I can hear both heartbeats, Luce." He stands to face me and presses his lips to mine.
"You are the love of my life Lucy." He presses his forehead to mine. "Thank you for the best gift I've been given in my life."
