"I know how to defeat you!" Ash cried as Pikachu powered up a blast.

The tree gave off a menacing aura as Ash glared at it. Pikachu then rushed forwards and fired a blast into the tree that blew a hole in the tree.
Ash was surprised when he noticed no one was there and turned in every direction, still blind from the effects of the enemy stand.
He heard the sounds of an arrow and Pikachu quickly deflected it as Ash turned towards it. "Now Pikachu!" Ash cried. The blast went in the direction of the arrow and an explosion happened but there was no sound and Ash's vision never returned.
"Crap!" He thought as he felt around for a tree and hid behind it. "How am I supposed to stop someone I can't even see?!" Ash thought angrily. "There has to be a way!"
Another arrow came flying from behind him and slashed one of his arms. "What?!" He cried and clutched his bleeding arm.
"How the hell did that happen?!" Ash asked no one. Thank the gods that it didn't hit anything vital.
"So the user moved from one location to another? How is that even possible?!" Ash thought and he continued to look around hoping for some unexplained reason, his sight would magically return.
"I can't even look for sticks right now! I'd be too risky!" Ash thought before an idea appeared in his head.
He quickly jumped to his feet and used his stand's legs to jump onto a branch in the tree and continued to scale the tree until he was near the top.
"Ok. He shouldn't be able to shoot at me here. At least without getting close to me." Ash said and took a few deep breaths.
He continued to clutch his bleeding arm. "Just my luck." He said, looking down at his arm. He couldn't tell fully but he guessed that It wasn't in too bad shape but it hurt like hell and would need healing. "I hope I can hide this from mom until I can ask Mallow to use Tsareena on me.
Ash looked down as it had been a while since the last shot fired. "There's no way he left peacefully. He has to still be down there…" Ash said aloud.
He sighed before relaxing against the tree. "Can't do nothing to me anyway-" Ash was cut off by an arrow slicing through the tree.
"T-that psycho!" Ash cried. Another arrow came flying at him and he felt it whizz past his head as he jerked to the side. "He's just firing blindly! But he'll hit his target eventually!" Ash realized as he prepared to leap out of the tree. "I can't see! If I go down there and land on something bad I can break a bone. Using my stand's legs would be a good idea but he'd notice if I did." Ash said as he looked down.
The decision was made for him when an arrow hit the branch he was on, causing Ash to fall back and plummet.
"Crap!" Ash cried as he looked down. "Now or never! Pray I don't die!" Ash cried as he twisted his body and shifted so he'd land perfectly on the ground and used Pikachu's legs and landed perfectly on the ground.
Another arrow came but this time Pikachu caught it in its fist and held it. "I have no idea what this thing is about… but I think I can use it!" Ash thought as he waited for the next arrow.
He heard it and at that moment Pikachu threw the arrow back in the same direction and deflected the other arrow.
Ash looked around but his vision still hadn't returned.
"H-how?! There's no way the user could've dodged that!" Ash thought before another arrow struck his leg again. "The same leg? Really?!" He asked aloud as he panted.
He was wasting energy and was taking far too much damage. "I've gotta find this guy! And soon!" Ash thought as he stood up. Another arrow came at him but Ash dodged this one instead of deflecting. "Maybe his arrows can only go to people that touch them? Maybe that's how he found me in the tree!" Ash thought but his victory was short as another arrow came flying at him from a different direction.
Pikachu rushed out and punched the arrow away as Ash scuttered back panting. "That was close! Well, that defeats that theory…" Ash thought as he looked around. "How does he keep appearing in different places so quickly? What kind of stand ability is this?" Ash thought before another arrow came aimed at his back and Ash once again hit the deck.
Ash turned and tried to run. "I can't do this!" He thought before another arrow went through his side.
Ash fell and coughed up blood. Fear in his eyes as he looked towards the unknown darkness. "I-I'm gonna die here!" He thought fearfully.
He thought back to his mother. How sad would she be when she found her son dead in the forest? She wouldn't even know the assailant. Or the cause of death the arrows likely were a part of the stand and couldn't be traced. After he died here… no one would know how…
But then he remembered something his mother always would tell him.
"Ash… There is no such thing as trouble. Only problems that can be solved."
"That's right," Ash said and his aura flared. "This is just a problem I need to solve!" He cried. Pikachu then charged up another blast.
"I won't die here!" Ash cried as the blast blew up a tree and Ash's sight returned and he heard a voice cry out.
He turned around and didn't see anything before another arrow was notched. Pikachu quickly deflected it and fired a blast that illuminated the trees and Ash saw a figure for half a second.
"Pikachu quickly!" Ash cried and Pikachu fired a blast at the tree and while it didn't hit anybody it once again illuminated the area around and Ash gasped.
The person was in the shadows of another tree and was forced to be visible by the light. "No wonder they fought me in a forest! The user has a second ability to hide in shadows!" Ash thought. "And I found where they would be next!" He finished.
Pikachu then fired another blast at the trees and a male voice cried out as the tree Ash blasted revealed a green-haired boy with tanned skin.
"H-how?!" the boy cried. "I noticed that you were never that far away from me when you shot your arrows! Meaning you can't jump that far! 8-10 meters at best!" Ash cried at the boy's glare.
He then ran off towards the street at breakneck speed. "What?!" Ash cried as the boy kept running. "I can't let him get away! If I do he'll come back and there's no guarantee I'll be able to get away next time!" Ash thought before he used his stand's legs to rush forward, ignoring the pain in his legs.
The boy scaled a powerline and Ash was hot on his trails. Ash then used his stand and jumped to the powerline with him.
"Nowhere to run!" Ash said. "Same to you." The green-haired boy said.
The two boys looked at each other, staring each other down and sizing each other up. This was the final showdown and both of them knew that. There'd be one winner and one loser. Both had far different visions of this in their heads.
The green-haired boy instantly summoned a bow and notched an arrow that he summoned and fired it. Ash rushed forward and summoned Pikachu. The boy shot his arrow and it hit Ash in his side.
"Yes!" The boy cried. "It hit. My Decidueye has won! Your sight no longer exists within my power. I, Hau, have defeated one of Kiawe's men!" He said but Ash didn't stop. "What?! How can you still move? Your body should be in so much pain you can't even think!" He cried.
"Guess that's the power of adrenaline!" Ash said before Pikachu slammed its fist into Hau's face. "Now it's over!" Ash cried.
Pikachu then slammed into Hau before barraging him into a power line.
Gomi gomi gomi gomi gomi gomi gomi gomi gomi gomi gomi gomi gomi gomi gomi gomi GOOOOMIIIIII
The punches nailed Hau as the power from Pikachu generated into the power line, electrocuting him. The boy cried out in terror as his body was electrocuted.
Pikachu stopped its rush and went back into Ash's body as Hau fell and hit the ground harshly.
Ash blinked as his eyesight returned once again and he dropped down to the ground. "What even happened?" He said. He turned around to see Hau's body and his eyes went wide.
"Oh gods… no… no… nononononono!" Ash cried before rushing over to Hau as he looked at the boy. He had severe burn marks on his body and his eyes were open but lifeless as they started into a void.
Ash fell back as the adrenaline wore off and threw up in the grass before he turned to Hau in horror.
The boy was dead… Ash had killed someone…
Stand Perimeters:
Stand: Decidueye Stand Master: Hau
Destructive Power - C| Speed - A| Range - A(50 Meters)
Staying Power - C| Precision - A| Development Potential -D
Stand Ability:
This stand can summon arrows that when touched, will cloak the area around the target in darkness. The range of this is 50 meters and can only be undone by the user being struck. The arrows are infinite and can disappear at the user's will. But only after 10 seconds. Its second ability is to cloak the user in shadows. The user can move from different shadows but this costs energy of the user and has a small cooldown of 15 seconds once deactivated.
Ash walked and swayed from side to side. His eyes were still wide as he looked at the ground. "I killed someone… I'm a murderer… I'm a monster…" He repeated those words in his head over and over again. He never even thought of killing but in his inability to see or even think at the moment caused him to kill… no… he can't make excuses. The police wouldn't accept them! Why should he?!
He then thought about Hau's family. They might be devastated to think about their child's death. And that caused him to think of his mother. What would she think?! He had already been out so late. She was probably worried sick… she hadn't called him so he might be fine.
Ash looked down at himself. His uniform was ruined with holes and blood. There was no way he'd be able to hide this. His mother would instantly know something happened and an "I fell." Wouldn't work here.
He started to run through excuses, anything that could get his mother to believe him.
He got to the town that his new house was at and as he wondered he saw a shop. It was a flower shop and in the shop right at the counter on her phone… was Mallow!
He ran into the shop and burst in. "Mallow!" He cried and the green-haired girl looked up and gasped. "What the hell Ash?!" She cried before she walked around the counter and caught the boy who fell forward.
"I need… help…" He panted as Mallow nodded. "Yeah I can see that! You shouldn't burst into locations all bloody like that!" She scolded before summoning Tsareena.
She sprayed him and Ash's wounds disappeared over time. "I can't mend clothes or fix dried blood. "You're gonna have to figure that out yourself," Mallow said as she got rid of her stand.
Ash nodded. "Don't worry. I just needed my strength back." Ash said and Mallow rolled her eyes with a smile. "Good job." She said before walking back to the counter. Ash looked at her confused. Good job? What had he don-
D-did she congratulate him for murder?! She didn't see a problem with it?
Ash mumbled out a thank you as he walked outside before walking to his house.
Ash arrived home and kicked off his shoes before announcing his arrival. "Oh hey, Ash! How was school?!" Delia cried as Ash darted for the stairs. "Oh you know, same old same old. Met a few cool people but overall it was pretty boring." He said before rushing up the stairs.
Ash quickly threw off his uniform and put on a black shirt and grey shorts before looking down. He summoned Pikachu and turned towards the stand as it gave off no expression.
Ash then shook his head as Pikachu fazed back into him. He couldn't blame his stand. It was an extension of him after all. Anything it did was because of him.
He held his hands in his head and inhaled deeply before exhaling. This was beyond stressful. How could he ever make up for this?! Why didn't Mallow see a problem with it? Everything was starting to make less sense than it already did.
"Ash! Food!" he heard his mother cry. "Food… that might help." He said before heading downstairs.
Ash chomped down his food as he had become quite famished after his fight with Hau. Food was like a little slice of heaven after all he went through.
"Aren't you hungry?" Delia asked, watching her son chomp down. "Well… your cooking is delicious mom!" Ash cried as his mother laughed.
After dinner, Ash breathed out as he saw his mother shovel plates into the sink for a later wash she'd pawn on him.
But Ash needed an outlet for his feelings and who was better than his mother. "Hey, mom?" Ash asked. "Yes, Ashie?" She asked in return.
"DO you think there's anything you can't make up for?" Ash asked seriously as his mother gasped. She took a moment to compose herself after such a serious question and walked over before sitting down at the table.
"No… I don't. Even the most heinous of crimes can be made up for as long as you work on yourself and acknowledge them." Delia said. "But what if you did something horrible that you didn't mean to?" Ash said. "Well then think about yourself. Do you regret it? If not then you might be able to consider yourself an evil person. But if you know what you did was wrong and wish to change… then how can you truly be evil?" She asked as Ash's eyes widened.
She was right. Even if he killed Hau… he never intended it… he fully wanted to simply knock him out.
Ash breathed out before smiling. "Guess you're right. Thanks for the insight mom!" Ash cried as his mother smiled and nodded.
"If you don't mind my asking… what brought upon this question?" Delia asked. "Well, it was something one of my teachers asked so it's been on my mind for a while," Ash said.
"Glad I could help then!" Delia cried and Ash nodded before walking to his room. He jumped on his bed and passed out as the day caught up with him.
Ash walked into the student council room with his new uniform that had a vest over the white undershirt and below the tie.
"Yo Kiawe!" Ash said, walking into the room. "Hey, Ash!" Kiawe responded before putting away some papers.
"I wanted to talk to you about something," Ash said. Kiawe nodded at him. "Same here. Please go ahead." He gestured at Ash.
"Do you believe murder is right?" Ash asked as Kiawe sighed. "What brought upon this thinking?" Kiawe asked.
"I got into a fight with a stand user… and I killed him…" Ash said. "I see…" Kiawe said before standing and walking around the desk before leaning against it. "I don't believe murder is right…" Kiawe started and Ash perked up before Kiawe narrowed his eyes.
"But I do believe in survival. If murder is how we survive... Then it must be done." Kiawe said. "But why? What's the point?!" Ash cried. "Because it's what stand users do," Kiawe said simply.
Ash grit hit teeth as he took a step back. "What do you mean by that?" He asked. "No matter what, stand users are destined by fate to meet and fight. It just so happens that some stand users are more murderous than others. Therefore it becomes a battle where one has to die." Kiawe said.
Ash was taken aback by this information. "Stand users were required to fight? But not only that, they were always going to kill each other…" He thought.
Kiawe walked forwards and looked at the shorter boy. "I will tell you this right now Ash," Kiawe said, putting his hand on Ash's shoulder. "If you don't kill the other users… they will kill you." He finished as Ash gasped.
He was right! Hau… he was aiming to kill Ash. if Ash didn't stop him… then what was the guarantee he wouldn't try to kill him again?
"So you're telling me I have to kill," Ash said as Kiawe turned away. "No, you don't… if you don't want to live that is." Kiawe finished his sentence dead serious with an eye turned to look at Ash.
Ash looked down. He would really have to kill more stand users… he'd have to be a murderer...
No… his mother had told him that if he truly regretted it he wasn't evil. Hau had been trying to kill him as he was a murderous stand user… and if he didn't he would die.
Ash thought back to how he felt when Hau was hunting him down. That feeling of fear… of worthlessness. It wasn't a feeling he ever wanted to have again.
"Fine… If I need to… I will defeat any stand user that tries to kill me." Ash said as Kiawe nodded. "Good. The student council will always be there to back you up." He said.
But before Ash could exit Kiawe once again called out to him. "Hey, Ash!"
"Yeah?" Ash said, turning around. Kiawe smiled at him. "How would you like to become the vice-president of the student council?" He asked.
