I dabbled in fan fiction some years ago, but abandoned my projects. Looking back on them now, that was very much to my benefit and to the benefit of all those who might have read them at the time. It is doubtful that I will write all that much, but that which I do write, and find fit for consumption, will appear here.

Some of my favorite literary works are Clark Blaise's The Meagre Tarmac, Lolita, Starship Troopers, and Don Quijote.

I'm an avid video gamer, growing less so as the years go by; I find that I have less and less time to invest in my hobby. I've loved the Fallout, Elder Scrolls, and Legend of Zelda series for longer than I've technically been allowed to play them (13 and 17 ratings and all of that).

I started reading on my own, and enjoying the process of reading, when I picked up one of the first issues of the Archie Comics Sonic the Hedgehog series. Ridiculous I know, but I cannot complain about where I ended up thanks to the anthropomorphic hedgehog. I still have a soft spot for comicbooks.

I enjoy things that remind me of my childhood, and I rather like many modern cartoons such as Avengers and Transformers, regardless of their quality (Optimus Prime's death in the 86' film caused me to weep when I saw it in the mid-nineties and I was brainwashed as a child to believe that Stan Bush's "The Touch" is one of the most awesome songs ever recorded). I have fond recollections of Gargoyles and The Batman Animated Series.
