I was on my way to Klaus with Rebekah but all of a sudden Rebekah stopped, she felt a sharp tinge of pain in her head and she dropped to the ground, soon Stefan showed up, he grabbed my wrist and took me to the witch house. And it is there that I knew, that they know. They know I am not, the dead witches exorcise me out of Elena's body and Elena is back in her own. Somehow Elena could see me, not other ghosts in the witch house but me.

Stefan caresses Elena's cheek and asks her, "Are you okay"

"Yes" she says and she hugs him, she looks at me teary eyed, she knew what I knew, somehow I made a connection with Elena, a mental connection

Elena breaks the hug and tells Stefan, "Stefan, Klaus compelled Jeremy to stand in front of a speeding car, you need to get him his family back."

Stefan acts all cold towards her, "That's none of my business."

Elena gets teary eyed and repeats, "Stefan, are you listening to me, he tried to kill Jeremy."

Stefan, "Well that's not my problem" Elena shakes her head not believing what she heard, not believing how Stefan was treating her, her brother's life was on the line because of his desire to destroy his enemy and he didn't give a damn about her, about the fact that her brother was the last of the family she had left.

Emotions take control over her and she slaps Stefan, "Well then you can go to hell." Saying this she leaves the witch house, leaving me there with the spirits of the witches.

Elena goes back home and Caroline and Bonnie hug her, C "Oh Elena, we should have known it wasn't you."

B "Elena, the dead witches informed me that you had been possessed by some spirit, I used my magic to get you back."

Elena nods and gives them a fake smile, "Caroline, Bonnie, I appreciate your concern but at this moment I want to be left alone."

Her friends bid goodbye to her and leave and then writes in her diary,

"Dear Diary,

Had I daggered Rebekah, I would have traded her in exchange of my brother's life but now that Stefan has decided not to do anything, I can't sit back, if it is between the Salvatore's revenge and my brother's life, I choose my brother's life.

I have come to possess Sofia's knowledge of my life and I am going to use it to my full advantage. I know about the existence of the white oak but using it on him will just kill my friends too. Klaus wants his family, well then that's exactly what he'll get."

Elena drives to Klaus' place.

"Huh, if it isn't the lovely doppelganger herself"

Klaus sped and stood behind Elena so fast she shivered, she knew she was walking into the devil's den, but this was way more scary than she had thought of in her head. She turns around, "What if I tell you where your family is?"

"Well, consider your brother spared."

"No"

"What?" He quirks, "You want something more?"

"I know where your family is but in exchange I want you to leave my friends, my brother,…"

Klaus doesn't let her finish her sentence and cuts in the middle of it, "Yeah, your loved ones, your brother, your family, your friends, Ric, but let me tell you, I am not going to spare the Stefan, I am going to destroy him."

"It is not Stefan's fault that he took your family"

Klaus closes in the distance between them and says in a threatening, "Are you implying that it is my fault he took my family."

Elena had all of my knowledge and she was going to use it to her full advantage, "It is Katherine's fault, she gave Stefan the idea to take your family away, she is the one who wants you to suffer the loss of your family the same way you made her suffer hers."

Klaus chuckles, "Really, and you are telling all this to me why?"

"Klaus those witches are going to kill Stefan too after he has done what they want."

"Witches?" he asks raising an eyebrow.

"Witches want to resurrect your mother, she is the one who is going to kill you and your family and along with you all every other vampire in this world."

He grimaces, "Enough nonsense Elena, now tell me where my family is."

"I will after you give me your word that no harm shall come to my family and friends by your hands or by the hands of your family, either directly or indirectly."

Klaus thinks for a moment and then smirks, "I give you my word sweetheart. Now tell me where my family is."

Elena tells him about the witch house, Klaus collects his coffins way before anyone has any idea how to stop him. Once he has his family back, he walks up to his room, there he had Elena tied up in a chair.

"You said you wouldn't harm my family and friends."

"Oh sweetheart" he chuckles, "I have kept my word and I will keep my word, see the point is, you said your family and friends but you forgot to mention yourself and Stefan because Stefan and Damon, they fall in the lovers category not friends."

He was draining her blood and he had drained her enough for her to faint. Once he has collected four litres worth of blood, he removes the needle from her arms, unties her, carries her up bridal style and puts her on the bed, he bites into his wrist and feeds her his blood, and then injects her with a sedative.

Next morning when Elena opens her eyes, she feels a wait on her stomach, she looks down, an arm was wrapped around her waist, she follows the arm's length and looks up at the face, she is terrified to see Klaus lying shirtless next to her, she screams as she sits up.

Klaus wakes up hearing her scream, "Shut up Elena, you were just sleeping next to me, it's not like I had forced myself on you."

Elena gets up from the bed, "You can't sleep next to me Klaus, I am spoken for. And over that, it's not right."

Klaus chuckles, "You're seriously going to tell me what is right what is wrong, you really think that matters to me."

Elena rolls her eyes, "Whatever" she pauses, "I am leaving, and I'll be late for school."

She turns around but Klaus stands right in front of her, "No without me you're not" and Elena repeats after him, "I won't leave without you"

And once the compulsion is set she looks for vervain on her and then Klaus shows her the vervain bracelet she was wearing before she came to meet him. She then looks at him with judgy eyes, "I thought you said you didn't touch me."

Klaus gives a crooked laugh and says, "You have mistaken my words again sweetheart, I said that I didn't force myself on you."

"You took my blood, you got your family, what more do you want."

Closing the distance between them he wraps his arm around her waist and in a very seductive tone he tells her, "I want to drop you to your school" he lifts her chin up with his index finger when he sees Elena is uneasy with the proximity and is looking everywhere except at him, "Stefan took my family from me, perhaps I'll take something from him" he fixes his gaze with hers, "You'll tell everyone we're together, you're going to tell everyone that you moved on from Stefan and I am your new boyfriend"

Elena repeats his words and he laughs, then places a chaste kiss on her forehead, he points towards the bathroom, "Go get ready, your toothbrush is pink, mine is blue, go." She murmurs, "What will I wear, it's not like I brought clothes with me here."

Klaus says, "Oh don't worry about that sweetheart, I'll arrange everything before you come out of the shower, now go."

When Elena comes out of the bathroom, only a towel wrapped around her, she sees a beautiful pink dress laid out on the bed. Once she has worn it and had breakfast with Klaus everything is fine, everything is fine when she is in his car but when he drops her to the school and she walks in the sun wearing that dress, the sunrays take out new colors in her dress. Everyone stares at her as she came to school with a new guy.

When Elena notices the change in color of the fabric on her stomach she turns around to see her reflection in the car's mirror. And she is shocked, all the books that she is carrying drop from her hands, when she looks at her reflection in the mirror, in her beautiful pink dress, now it is written in bright color,

"SORRY BOYS, I AM WITH KLAUS NOW. XOXO. KLAUS X ELENA FOREVER"

Klaus walks to her and acts, "Oh sweetheart, what a lovely surprise, I love, it" Elena looks up at him with shock, disgust, anger, rage, he holds her chin gingerly and places a soft kiss on her lips as all her friends and all her colleagues watch. This was his intention all along.

He breaks the kiss and says, "Do turn around love I have to see what you wrote on the back." Elena was so alerted that something is written on the back too, she turns around turns her head to see the back of the dress, her back is covered by her long hairs, Klaus gently puts her hair to the side and as the backside of the dress is exposed to the sun it reads,

"Elena soon to be Mikaelson"

This much was enough, Bonnie texted Caroline, Tyler, Stefan, Damon and Matt and when Klaus saw all of those assembled there he chuckles and turns Elena around so that everyone could read what's written on the back of the dress.

Confirming that everyone especially Stefan is watching he says, "Oh Elena what a lovely way to propose me, of course, you and I we will be together forever, how about we get engaged next month."

Elena looks at him and is about to say something but he keeps his finger on her lips, "SSShhh Elena, I said yes, okay" he chuckles as he has left her and everyone speechless, he looks deep into her eyes and says in her head, "You're going to keep up the act" and Elena nods.
