Summary:
Naruto is saved by the sage of six paths from getting killed by a mob of villagers by giving him the rinnegan and making him promise to bring peace to the ninja world
It is Night of October 10th in konohagakure or the village hidden in the leaves and a 3 year old naruto is running from a mob of drunken villagers and ninja of chunnin rank "I am sorry kit" naruto heard a voice in his head say 'it is okay kurama' naruto thought.
"Get back here you demon!" shouted a man with a knife the others joining him and when naruto turned to a corner he found a dead end the chunnins throws a bunch of kunai and shuriken at the blond and he screamed in pain falling to the ground crying while the villagers beat him with blunt weapons and kicking and punching naruto while he begged for it to stop after a while they stopped and the man who has the knife stepped forward and got ready to stab naruto when the blond suddenly released massive amounts of chakra that the whole village felt it.
Naruto stood up and looked at the mob and glared at them his once blue eyes pulsed with a silver color and his pupils started shrinking and several rings appeared around the pupil it is the rinnegan but none of the villagers or shinobi know it is the rinnegan.
The villagers are petrified by the glare and one chunnin started performing handsigns and yelled (Fire Style: Fire Ball Jutsu!) and send a large fire ball at naruto while naruto lifted his hand and absorbed the jutsu the chunnin who sent the fire ball looked shocked for obvious reasons while naruto raised his hand again and said (Shinra Tensei) in a emotionless tone and all of the mobs are sent flying and hit a wall knocking them all out
Hokage tower
Sarutobi hiruzen or the third hokage is sitting on his office doing the bain of all kages paperwork 'damn it minato why did you not tell me the secret way of defeating paperwork' the 3rd hokage thought sighing that is when he felt the massive chakra released and he recognized it as naruto's chakra he got out of his seat as one of his most trusted anbu inu (Dog) appeared in a smokeless shunshin "Inu follow me" the hokage ordered and inu nodded following the hokage as they shunshin to the site of naruto.
The Alleyway
They arrived just in time to see a mob get pushed out of a alleyway by an invincible force and knocked the whole mob out by hitting the wall with their heads they looked in the alley just as naruto passed out but luckily inu got to him before he hits the ground.
"Inu bring all of them to ibiki I will bring naruto to the hospital" said the hokage Inu nodded and summoned shadow clones to help seal the mob in a scroll while the hokage brings naruto to the hospital.
Naruto's Mind scape
Naruto woke up in a sewer with water that he seemed to stand on top of. that is when he felt fur wrapping around him in a comforting way he turned around and smiled sadly at the fox with 9 tails it is the kyuubi or kurama as he learned his name during his time in the orphanage the fox have promised to protect naruto but due to the seal kurama can only heal naruto and remove any virus that he have in the rotten foods that the orphanage gave him naruto hugged the tail and that is when they felt a powerful presence that kurama recognized.
"Hello kurama and naruto" said a voice that kurama recognized
"O-old man?" asked kurama in shock
Naruto turned and saw a tall old man pale skinned with wrinkles in his face and a goatee he wore a white full length kimono with a pattern of six black magatama around a high collar and a necklace beneath that has the same black magatama but what was the intriguing things he has was horn like protrusions on either side of his forehead and his eyes are silver with rings surrounding the pupils and a third eye which oddly look like a sharingan in the middle of his forehead.
"who is the old man kurama?" asked naruto
"he is my father hagoromo Ĺtsutsuki or what you all call as the sage of the six paths" kurama answered.
Naruto paled and quickly bowed apologizing frantically kurama and hagoromo chuckled.
"it is okay naruto you can call me old man I don't mind I am old and I am just the 10% chakra of myself even kurama calls me old mma" said the sage chuckling.
Naruto stopped and sighed in relief.
"So what are you doing here old man" kurama asked confused.
"well naruto here is my reincarnation and the child of prophecy and he is going to be the one to bring peace to the ninja world so to help you with that I am giving you the true rinnegan naruto" said the sage shocking naruto after a few seconds naruto regained his composure.
"Wait what is the true rinnegan?" naruto asked in confusion kurama is also confused.
"well to explain it the true rinnegan is the true form of the rinnegan and I am the one to acquire it except of the purple color it is silver and the only way to acquire it is to have both senju and uchiha blood the same way to acquire the rinnegan but you need to have my chakra or be my reincarnation but in naruto's case since he is not a senju or uchiha I am giving him the true rinnegan. there is a few difference between the rinnegan and true rinnegan. The color is silver instead of purple and you have more control over some of the path and you can use all the sharingan abilities including the mangekyou sharingan (sorry if it is a wrong spelling english is not my first language) you can also use the rinne tensei without dying" the sage explained.
Naruto and kurama looked shocked again this time kurama showed it by the way his eyes widen they quickly regained they're composure.
"so how am I going to get it?" asked naruto.
"you already have it I will just transfer the way to learn the paths and sharingan abilities I want you to master it with hard work and determination." The sage explained and naruto nodded.
"okay old man!" naruto shouted and kurama sweat dropped while the sage chuckled and placed his hand on naruto's head.
"alright naruto this is going to hurt a bit as I transferred the way to learn the paths and sharingan abilities" the sage said and naruto nodded as the sage used human path to transfer the information to naruto's mind the blond winced but withstand the headache.
As the pain subsides naruto looked at the sage to see him fading "well naruto it seems my chakra is fading goodbye for now and promise me to bring peace to the ninja world" the sage said.
Naruto nodded "I promise old man to bring peace to the ninja world I will do my hardest!" naruto promised as the sage disappeared smiling at him and kurama naruto also started disappearing.
"well it seems like I am waking up see ya later kurama" naruto said waving at the fox who nodded and decided to tske a nap.
Real world
Hospital in naruto's room
Sarutobi hiruzen sat in a chair looking at naruto in worry the boy had been asleep for 2 whole days and the doctors said he is going to wake up any time now as he is lost in his thoughts he didn't notice naruto waking up.
"jiji?" naruto asked looking at the sandaime who was jolted away from his thoughts the sandaime quickly stood up from his chair and hugged naruto who hugged back when the sandaime pulled away he was shocked to see naruto's eyes instead of their normal blue color they are now silver and has rings surrounding the pupil. he knew it was the rinnegan from what jiraiya told him but what was strange about it is that it has silver color instead of the normal purple one and he decided to spke his thoughts.
"hey naruto is that the rinnegan how did you get it? and why is it silver?" hiruzen asked
Naruto then explained what happened when he passed out and to say the hokage was shocked is an understatement but who could blame him he just found out that there is a second type of rinnegan his surrogate grandson have met the sage of the six psths and is the one who is destined to bring peace to the shinobi world and the child of prophecy.
The 3rd quickly regained his composure and stood up and ruffled naruto's hair.
"naruto my boy meet me on the hokage office later the doctor said that you can come out of the hospital after a few hours of rest so meet me in the office later (he is young but I suppose I can tell him of his parents now that he can protect himself with proper training minato kushina I am sure you are proud of your son)" the hokage said and thought leaving in a shunshin while naruto rests.
Hokage office
Naruto arrived in the hokage office and entered it he saw hiruzen with a scroll hiruzen motions him to sit down in the chair.
"now naruto you may hate me for this but you must understand it is for your safety now read this scroll" he said and handed him the scroll naruto opened it
*Hello naruto if you are reading this then that means I am dead if you are reading this and wondering who it is from It is from your father my name is namikaze minato yellow flash or the yondaime hokage your mother is uzumaki kushina the red death or red hot habanero (if it has a spelling mistake sorry) and it means we have sealed the kyuubi in you but if you already know it it is okay to hate me don't hate your mother she didn't want to seal it in you neither am I so if you hate me it Is okay but I ask your for your forgiveness but if you do forgive me I may still doubting myself for placing it in you but enough of that me and kushina have decided about this a month ago but in case we die and you reading this then we will give you our money the namikaze compound and other valuables and in the seal in the bottom of the scroll is a scroll to the rasengan and hiraishin also please forgave lord third and jiraiya your godfather for not being there with you with me dead lord third will probably take up the position again and jiraiya has a big spy network to manage and he won't have much time in the village and he surely don't want to raise you in the roads and there is kakashi who may be emotionally unstable so he won't be able to take care of you but he will train you just ask lord third beware of danzo he is bad news well looks like my time is up goodbye son and remember me and your mother loved you* the scroll has some blood splattered on the paper.
"naruto you may ha-" hiruzen spoke but was interrupted by naruto hugging him.
"it is okay jiji I don't hate you you only did it to protect me from my fathers enemy's" he said hiruzen smiled.
"thank you naruto" hiruzen said hugging him back when they end the hug naruto looked at sandaime in determination.
"jiji I want to train to become strong and in the letter tou-chan said that his student kakashi will train me so can he train me?" naruto asked.
"yeah he can train you he also request it in the council but the civilian council denied it I approved but they forced kakashi I don't know how but he is always watching over you" said the hokage and naruto nodded.
"Inu!" hiruzen said and inu appeared.
"hai sandaime-sama" inu said bowing.
"you can remove your mask kakashi" hiruzen said and inu do as told.
"so you are dad's student?" naruto asked kakashi nodded.
"hai naruto I want to train you but the civilian council forced me in a tight spot by threatening to kill you when the council is over I don't know how they can think with their idiotic mind" kakashi said sighing naruto and hiruzen nodded in agreement.
"so when are we going to train?" askrd naruto kakashi eye smiled.
"right now naruto let us go train" he said as he place his hand on narutos shoulder and shunshin them to a training ground while hiruzen smiled 'I did the right choice I am proud of naruto and you too aren't you kushina minato' hiruzen thought smiling.
The smile however vanished when he saw the stack of paperwork in his desk.
"Damn you minato!" the hokage yelled crying anime tears.
Authors note: well this is the end of chapter one or prologue whatever you want to call it you may notice that jutsus are english and some are Japanese well because I want to write it in english and some I already memorize like shinra tensei rasengan chidori kirin and other Justus so that is all please review see ya in the next chapter on Friday or weekends
