Authors Note: Well this is the second chapter also I wrote this in microsoft words and this is just to make things clear from the abilities of the true rinnegan that I forgot in the first chapter or to make things clear from hagoromo's explanation of the true rinnegan or to explain other things:
1:What I mean about having more control over the six paths like for example naruto using deva path to different parts of his body to enhance attacks or defend it and combine it with other paths.
2:I forgot to add this but naruto won't be reviving anyone until later but he will rarely use it he can use it only until he becomes gennin.
3:The T rating will only for the curses and naruto's tendency to be sadistic while fighting his enemy or interrogating enemy's might be an M later on but no lemons.
4:This is a god-like naruto fic but he will not always end it quickly only on weaker enemy but naruto won't be a kage level as a kid he will be Low jounin-Mid jounin level.
5:This is a good sasuke fic
6:Also the deva path had no 5 second cool down and no naruto will not spam it (Well kind of I am planning for him to spam shinra tensei when he see a pervert for pranks and when he is being sadistic to the enemy) he is going to use it as a enhancement to power his strikes

Summary:
Naruto is saved by the sage of six paths from getting killed by a mob of villagers by giving him the rinnegan and making him promise to bring peace to the ninja world
It has been a year since naruto and kakashi started training and naruto is now 4 years old and is currently laying in his bed in the namikaze compound.
he had moved there after a few months of training with kakashi he had learn a lot from him and he had taught naruto how to use the sharingan and naruto had also learn to use the deva path asura path and preta path naruto had learned to use shinra tensei in different part of his body to enhance or defend himself from attacks he had also found out that compared to the rinnegan which can only see chakra like the sharingan his was a combination of the sharingan to see in slow motion of that of a mangkekyou and see tenketsu in the level of the byakugan naruto had also learned to use preta path to his hands and feet to weaken the enemy using the chakra absorption and he had learned to combine the chakra absorption with shinra tensei to both weaken the enemy and have the punching force that can make tsunade jealous naruto had also learned asura path to make weapons out of thin air (I dont know if asura path can do it the wiki only says it can make any part of ones body to weaponize it so im gonna add this) and naruto made good use of it as he made some of his weapons out of it naruto also learned to make chakra rods.
like some of his razor sharp kunai or his ridiculous giant senbon that is almost the length of kakashi that he can use as a bo staff that he can also throw like a javelin and duplicate it using ( Shuriken kage bunshin) if the enemy is running away said particular weapon made kakashi piss his pants when he saw naruto unseal it he had also learned the kamui to both make himself intangible and transfer himself or the enemy to his dimension he had also learned tsukoyomi and kurama had also let him sign the fox contract and that made him able to turn into a fox.
In terms of chakra naruto have 2x the chakra of hiruzen and that made him a ninjutsu powerhouse he had learned the rasengan but he did not want to learn the hiraishin yet naruto also learned a lot of powerful lightning earth fire and water jutsus from kakashi and in wind kakashi has borrowed some scrolls from the hokage so not a lot of powerful ones in terms of his wind nature and he found that his mastery in lightning is the same level of the nidaime hokage and he can sense people through their bioelectricity so he spend most of his times to master his lightning affinity.
Naruto got out of his bed and looked at the time it is in the middle of the night and it is winter he decided to walk in konoha's forest as he can't sleep as he reached the forest he sensed two people running through the forest and naruto know 2 people running through the forest in the middle of the night is a bad sign so he followed them naruto transformed into a fox and followed them when he catch up he saw a kumo nin presumably a jounin by his flak jacket and he saw a bag where he sensed the other person 'A jounin kidnapping someone I got to inform jiji about this' naruto thought as he summoned a clone who transformed into a fox and dashed towards the village while naruto watched waiting for the right time to attack him.
Naruto knew he can't take the jounin head on he activated his rinnegan as he made two chakra rods to both incapacitate the jounin and weaken him once he is close enough naruto striked unfortunately the jounin saw it coming and deflected the rod but was surprised to see the rod cut through the kunai but that surprise look quickly morphed into a pained face as he cried out as the chakra rods pierced his shoulders naruto quickly snatched the bag and hid in the trees "Come out you brat!" yelled the kumo nin looking around.
naruto opened the bag to see a blue haired girl almost black with lavender eyes looking fearfully at him he smiled aat her reassuringly "it is okay your safe now let me take care of the kidnapper stay here" naruto said and vanished in a burst of speed as the girl watched naruto appear on the back of the jounin and enhanced his kick with shinra tensei and kicked the jounin on the back sending him through a tree but the jounin substituted with a log just in time he appeared on naruto's view he saw the jounin making a few hand seals.
(Lightning style: lightning shockwave) the jounin yelled as a wave of lightning appeared and shot to naruto's direction naruto hold his hands out and said (Shinra Tensei) as the attack hit an invinsible force and gets deflected back to the jounin the jounin dodge the jutsus and naruto started going through hand seals and said (Fire style: phoenix flower jutsu) as he blows out 8 mini fireballs the hit the jounin burning his clothes and some of his skin the jounin yelled in pain but quickly recovered and substituted at a nearby rock and appears in front of naruto and stab him in his abdomen as naruto cried in pain but manage to punch the jounin in the head with a chakra enhanced punch in the ribs cracking it as naruto started raised bot his arms and dozens of chakra rods appear in the palm and shot towards the jounin who can't dodge and pinned him in a tree he is near from both his hands have 2 chakra rod each in them with his legs having the same the jounin cried out in pain as naruto panted in exhaustion he can't make that many chakra rods as it takes a lot of chakra he raised his hand as he use bansho tenin to gently get hinata out of a tree and puts her down just as hiruzen arrive with his anbu bodyguards and a bunch of hyuga's branch members with the clan head and what naruto presumed the clan head's wife.
"Hinata!" the clan head and the girls mother yelled going over to their daughter asking what happened while hiruzen goes over naruto who is removing the kunai and winced "let's get you to the hospital quick anbu" ordered hiruzen the anbu nodded and disappear with naruto who is passed out after removing the kunai.
Hiruzen goes over to the passed out jounin "anbu bring this man to ibiki" he ordered and the anbu nodded and vanished after sealing the jounin into a scroll he goes over to the clan head "let's go there will be a council meerting hiashi" hiruzen said and hiashi nodded and looked at his wife and a passed out hinata "well hitomi you two can go home now see you later" hiashi said leaving with the hokage while hitomi took hinata home.
Council Meeting
Hiruzen opened the doors as he and hiashi walked in as always the shinobi council is silent some rubbing their eyes probably woken up from sleep and the civilian council is talking amongst themselves hiashi took his seat as hiruzen took a deep breath.
"Silence!" he yelled releasing a bit of his KI (Killer intent I will call it KI) and just like that the civilian council are silenced as the hokage took his seat "now to why I called this meeting hiashi-san please explain" the hokage requested and hiashi explained the kidnapping of hinata and was interrupted by the civillian who is blaming naruto for some stupid reasons.
the hokage is having thoughts about replacing them with better ones or remove them entirely while the shinobi has twitching eyebrows and annoyance clearly seen on their face the most noticeable one is hiashi's who is tempted to sent a juken strike the civilian council to the ground.
"Silence!" hiruzen yelled flaring his KI making the civilians sweat and almost pass out the hokage stopped the KI as he calmed down "please hiashi-san continue" hiruzen requested and hiashi nodded as he finish the story the whole council except hiruzen and hiashi are shocked the did not expect kumo to try to kidnap the heiress of the hyuga clan.
"and since naruto had saved the heiress the boy has earned the hyuga's respect and he is welcomed to the compound anytime he wants and should the boy be harmed the hyuga will retaliate" said hiashi surprising everyone except the hokage who already expect this and agreed to it.
"That is all the council meeting is jow adjourned" said the hokage as all of them left the room 'makjng friends in high places huh naruto' thought hiruzen chuckling.
End Notes: Well that is all sorry it is short this is just a chapter to introduce some of naruto's skill and the hyuga clan and I am caught up on reading some fanfics my update schedule Is probably on weekends because I am starting online school on Monday and I can't update as much as I like so that is all see you in the next chapter
