Summary:
Naruto is saved by the sage of six paths from getting killed by a mob of villagers by giving him the rinnegan and making him promise to bring peace to the ninja world
Naruto bursted through the door of the hokage office.
"What the hell?!" he heard a voice yell out.
Naruto turned and see a spiky haired man that has waist length hair that is tied into a pony tail with 2 shoulder length bangs framing his face ge had a headband with a kanji for oil and has 2 red lines that goes down his face he had a green short shirt kimono and matching pants under it is a mesh armor that is visible at hia wrist and ankles he had a giant scroll on his back he also wore black arm guards a black belt a traditional Japanese wooden sandals and a red haori with two yellow circles on each side.
Naruto know it is the toad sage jiraiya his godfather although he forgive him he will take a beating after this.
"Hello naruto met your godfather jiraiya" said hiruzen smiling.
"Wait you told him of his parents?!" jiraiya yelled in shock that is when he felt massive killing intent focused solely on him he paled when he saw naruto his rinnegan activated he had a terrifying giant senbon on his hand he is grinning at him sadistically.
"run jiraiya" said hiruzen as jiraiya bolted out of the window naruto following closely behind.
Hiruzen sighed 'why does everyone didn't use the door' he thought irritated.
He wondered if he should be worried about jiraiya as naruto can be sadistic if he wants to be best case scenario is that jiraiya returned with a few bruises in the face and cuts allover his body a few burn marks a hurt pride a damaged ego and nursing his little buddy groaning in pain all the way worst case is that naruto returned with jiraiya unconscious and on his boxers with kunai and shurikens allover his body a beating from anko who thought of naruto as her little brother a even more wounded pride and kami forbid or tsunade hoped a cut off balls that he is forced to eat by naruto and anko and is forced to watch lee and guy do the sunset genjutsu for a few hours until he pass out.
A few hours later
Naruto returned dragging jiraiya by his foot jiraiya is nursing his little buddy groaning in pain he had a few burn marks a lot of bruises and cuts in his body and foaming in his mouth.
"what did you do naruto?" hiruzen asked as he summoned a med nin to heal jiraiya.
"hmmmm… well he is tied to a training post and he is used as target practice for ten ten me and anko-nee chan a few fire jutsu here and there and is forced to watch lee and guy do the sunset genjutsu for a few hours" naruto said smiling and hiruzen shuddered being forced to watch the sunset genjutsu is a nightmare but being forced to watch it is even more cruel than danzos way of training the root anbus.
After jiraiya wake up hiruzen appointed naruto as jiraiya's apprentice and naruto decided to go to the hyuga compound once he got there he saw hinata and hanabi on the living room her and hanabi are eating cinnamon buns with hitome reading a book"hey you two" naruto placing a hand on hanabi'shead ruffling her hair in the process.
"Nii-san!" hanabi yelled in anger pouting at him
"ohayo naruto-kun" said hinata smiling at him she had grown more confident as naruto had trained her on taijutsu and ninjutsu.
"look who has graduated early" naruto said as he pointed at his headband grinning all 3 girls gasped in shock and congratulated him.
"Can I try It on?" hanabi asked.
Naruto shooked his head "no firecracker-chan you need to be a ninja to put this on" he said while hanabi pouted.
"well we should celebrate" hitomi said smiling and the 4 celebrate and hiashi joined them.
1 Month later
Naruto sighed as he handed tora to the fire lord's wife the cat is really troublesome as it kept running away she thanked naruto and the hokage as she gave the money to naruto jiraiya is in the office too he had taught naruto taijutsu and a lot of ninjutsu like the kuchiyose no jutsu.
"Sensei I belive it is time for him to do a c rank mission" jiraiya said and hiruzen nodded while naruto brightened up the only d rank he like is babysitting konohamaru the little guy is like his little brother and he always take babysitting konohamaru when it is available.
Hiruzen took 3 scrolls "well jiraiya there is guard duty in the main gates there is a escort mission to kumo and a bandit elimination" hiruzen said.
Jiraiya pondered for a minute 'Guard duty is easy but I don't want to sit for a whole day, there is an escort to kumo but I don't want that, then there is bandit elimination I guess I will get the gaki do his first kill out of the way before he accidentally kill an enemy and froze up'.
"We will take the bandit elimination" he said while naruto looked at him knowing thus mission is going to have his first kill he prepared "Calm down kit you need it out of the way or you will freeze up when you get your first one and it may kill you" kurama said while naruto nodded mentally 'Thanks kurama' he thought as he calmed dow.
Jiraiya noticed naruto stiffen then relax he sighed "Ok kid meet me on the south gates in 30 minutes" he said and naruto nodded and shunshined to the namikaze compound to prepare once he is done he goes to the south gate and leaved with jiraiya to the bandit camp.
Bandit camp
Naruto is nervous and jiraiya noticed this he place a hand on his shoulder "you need to calm down naruto steel yourself and let it all out after this mission ends okay?" he said reassuringly and naruto nodded.
"okay the plan is you will make shadow clone and kill them stealthy and replace them with your henged clone I will free the slaves" jiraiya said and naruto nodded silently and made a hand seal and made 42 shadow clones and they all made they're way to their targets.
Naruto pulled out a senbon and his clones all pulled out the same weapons he nodded to them and they all threw them with wind chakra enhancing it and struck a vital organ killing them and all the clones henged into they're targets while this is happening jiraiya is freeing the slaves from their prison.
Back with naruto he saw a few mire bandits but before he can hide they saw him and they rang a bell signaling they are attacked "SHIT! " naruto yelled and appeared in front of them (Shinra Tensei) he said and all 10 bandits are thrown naruto created chakra rods and all shot to the bandits chest and one bandit got hit in the balls making him pass out in pain and although naruto knew it was his enemy he still winced in sympathy meanwhile jiraiya killed the remaining bandits in the camp.
Naruto is covered in blood when they reached the main gates with the former slaves his face is blank but jiraiya saw the pain and horror in his eyes "go wash up kid and rest" he said softly and naruto nodded and shunshin to the hyuga compound living room where hiashi hitomi hinata and hanabi are watching tv when hitomi saw naruto she gasped and hiashi eyes widen he covered hanabi and hinata's eyes and naruto broke down in sobs as he fell to his knees hitomi goes over to naruto to comfort him "His first kill" she said to hiashi who nodded.
6 years later
Naruto is now 12 years old he had now mastered all the paths he now wore a white jacket with the namikaze symbol on the back that is covered with a sleeveless black haori that reach his knees with a blue flame design he had a blue anbu pants and a green ninja sandals he now have bandages wrapped around both his palm that has a seal for explosive tags and chakra seals.
His chakra reserves is now higher than 3 kages combined his chakra control is perfect he can make chakra constructs or avatars and can absorb someone's chakra kurama said it was a new bloodline that allows him perfect control on his chakra naruto calls it chakra bloodline (I don't care if it was an uncool name) he can now make as much chakra rods as he liked and had been able to make a perfect susanoo which has a silver color.
His taijutsu is low kage level and he started learning to fight with a gunbai which is sealed in a seal in his left hand his genjutsu without the rinnegan is mid jounnin and with thw rinnegan mid kage level he can make handseals that even the fully evolved sharingan can't see.
He had also learned the hiraishin and can do it as many times he want due to his chakra reserves
He is currently on the hokage monument sitting on his dad's head and looking over the village his hair getting ruffled by the wind that is when he sensed a familiar presence he turned and smiled.
"Hey kakashi-sensei" he said the silver haired jounin ruffled his hair making naruto glare at him.
"Yo naruto" he said eye smiling at him.
"You know the team placement is now right" naruto said looking at the jounnin who nodded.
"Yeah they are finished the hokage wanted to see you" he said
"Why?" he asked
"Well hokage-sama wanted you there as he want you to be with a partner a 3 man squad". Kakashi said smiling at naruto who nodded and they shunshined to the hokage office.
Hokage Office
Naruto and kakashi arrived at the hokage office
"Yo" naruto and kakashi said in unison while the hidden anbu shooked their head in amusement.
Hiruzen chuckled "hello naruto I believe kakashi had said the reason why you are here and naruto nodded.
"Well then your partner is hinata hyuga as you two had perfect teamwork from what kakashi said" hiruzen said and naruto nodded again "your sensei is jiraiya" he said and that is when jiraiya appeared perched in the window.
"Yo sensei naruto kakashi" he greeted them.
"Heya ero-sennin" naruto said grinning only to get hit on the head by jiraiya.
"Stop calling me that you brat!" he yelled irritated.
"Nah you're a baka ero-sennin even dad said that on one of his journals" he said while jiraiya sulked in the corner hiruzen chuckled.
"Well let's go ero-sennin kakashi-sensei I don't want to be late" naruto said as he dragged kakashi and jiraiya to the academy.
"You sure are excited naruto do you have a crush on hinata?" jiraiya and kakashi asked grinning at the blond who blushed "Shut up" he yelled as they entered the academy.
They reached the classroom where iruka is assigning the teams naruto knocked on the door and he heard iruka said enter.
He opened the door and smiled at iruka "Sup iruka-sensei" he greeted his sensei and brother figure iruka smiled at naruto and hugged him.
"Hello naruto how have you been?" he asked his student who he had cared for as a little brother.
"Hmm you know the occasional d ranks c ranks and b ranks nothing new" naruto said shrugging the class are staring at naruto in shock and a certain black haired boy is staring ar naruto in jealousy ad wanted to fight him iruka coughed to gain the class attention.
"This is naruto uzumaki he is my old student when he is 4 he graduated the academy when he is 6 so please be nice to him he is strong as he had defeated several A and one S rank missing nins " iruka said and the class nodded and the black haired boy wanted to fight him but didn't want to be humiliated.
"Alright naruto go get you teammate" said iruka.
"Let's go hinata-chan" naruto said and hinata got up and walked up to naruto.
"hey naruto-kun" she said smiling at him.
"let's talk later sensei said to meet on training ground 7 let's go" he said and she nodded and they shunshined to said training ground.
Training ground 7
Narutl and hinata appeared on training ground 7 where jiraiya is sitting next to a log writing on his notepad when he saw them appear he smiled and sat up
"Okay now that you are here we can test your teamwork although there is no need for that I want to know how well you guys can work with each other" he said and both nodded.
"Alright sensei" both naruto and hinata said as all 3 of them took their taijutsu stance naruto unsealing his gunbai and activating his rinnegan.
"Alright start!" yelled jiriaya and the two dashed at him.
