At the bridge Naruto and hinata Vs the fake hunter nin
Naruto dashed towards the hunter nin hinata behind him sending air palms to the senbons trying to hit them naruto recognized the chakra signature as haku he knows that the hunter nin he met in the forest is haku since he had recognized it from the first fight with zabuza he made chakra rods one of his favorite weapons to use aside from his gunbai or his new sword he had trained but still hasn't mastered samehada he is good with the sentient blade but to a master swordsman he is just a newbie.
Naruto made a barrage of chakra rods and fired them at haku who dodged in an extremely fast speed but since naruto had his rinnegan on having a genjutsu casted over it as he didn't want enemies or worse one of the hidden village to find out he doesn't want kidnapping attempts at his life thank you very much plus he wanted to ask hinata out and marry her- wait why is he thinking that he shook his head suppressing the blush on his face while kurama snickered knowing the feelings of his container towards the hyuga heiress.
Anyways back to the fight naruto thought asthe hunter nin jumped back and formed hand seals (haku no hijutsu: Makyõ Hyõshõ) he said (yes haku is male in this story as in cannon) and a dome of ice mirrors formed around naruto and Hinata.
The hunter nin appeared in all of the ice mirrors "I don't want to kill you please surrender now this is my most powerful jutsu you won't survive" he said as senbons started shooting toward Naruto and Hinata Naruto looked at Hinata mouthing something she nodded and stood behind him Naruto held his arms up (Shinra tensei) he said and the senbons got deflected haku's eyes widened he didn't know such a jutsu exist he didn't get much thought about it however when Hinata dashed towards her an impressive speed a hyuga but how can she see the real me not even the byakugan can see who is the real me he thought seeing her byakugan he jumped towards a mirror avoiding the juuken strike but his eyes widened further when her palm broke the ice mirror 'I should kill her she could escape' he thought and prepared to strike her but an invincible force slammed into the mirror he is on and the mirror broke just as he jumped into another mirror the 2 broken mirrors reformed quickly before Naruto and Hinata can escape.
'Damn' Naruto thought as he jumped back and hiraishined to the marker he on Hinata the hunter nin's eyes widened when he saw Naruto disappear in a yellow flash 'that is… flying raijin?' she realized he is a more dangerous than the hyuga he made senbons and all copy of himself did the same thing before he launched them at the two a barrage of senbons appeared in each mirror and shot towards the pair Naruto jumped in front of Hinata and activated Susanoo which has a silver color it is the armored Susanoo Naruto manifested sword and swings it on the ice mirrors the hunter nin jumped back Naruto following Hinata stayed back but both her and Naruto never noticed a clone of haku who fired a senbon to hinata's neck hitting several important arteries Hinata falls to the ground Naruto noticing that hinata's chakra is getting weak turned his head towards her "HINATA" he yelled and made a shadow clone to fight haku while he hiraishined to Hinata and made a barrage of chakra rods that shot towards the clone wo can't dodge and is hit it is dispelled after that.
Naruto kneeled down next to Hinata and placed her head on his lap holding her hand he feels her chakra getting weaker "Hinata…" he whispered tearing up hinata looked up at Naruto smiling weakly at him "i-lo-love y-you na-naruto-kun" she said and closed her eyes took her last breath and died knowing she at least got to tell her feelings to her crush at any other time Naruto would have blushed but now is not the time.
Naruto felt rage building up inside him as he unconsciously draw on kurama's chakra he gently laid Hinata on the ground as he is getting covered in red chakra (Naruto has not unlocked kurama's seal yet so he wont get kcm yet) and stood up glaring at the hunter nin who had dispelled his shadow clone his rinnegan notr covered in genjutsu anymore glowing silver he glared at him and made chakra rods and shot them at the hunter nin he tried to dodge but is hold down by something he looked down to see chains made of chakra in his ankles and is struck in both shoulders and legs by the chakra rods he cried out in pain as he hit a wall of earth made by Naruto he quickly passed out from the pain and the chakra drained from him by the rods as Naruto is about to send a barrage of chakra rods at him kurama stopped him "Kit stop!" kurama said as Naruto paused 'why kurama he killed Hinata-chan' he said tearing up "I know kit but there is a way to bring her back but this jutsu is forbidden and can only be used once since it will cause the users life but since you are an uzumaki and your clan has really long life spans it won't affect you much just a few years of lost life this jutsu can only be used by rinnegan users but since you have the true rinnegan I guess the cost is a few years of lost life and not an entire life now this is the hand signs that father taught me on how to use it" kurama said and explained the hand signs to Naruto.
Naruto walked over to hinata's dead body as he performed the handsigns (Rinne Tensei) he said as he glowed in a white aura that surrounded him and Hinata after a few seconds the aura died down Naruto is kneeling on the ground panting with Hinata who is breathing but passed out Naruto smiled weakly and kissed Hinata on the forehead before he stood up and started running towards kakashi and zabuza and if you look closely on naruto's hair you can see a few strands of hair is white.
Kakashi vs zabuza earlier
"So we got our rematch huh that blond brat and hyuga are good" zabuza said grinning holding kubikiribocho.
"Maa I guess" Kakashi said lifting his headband up to reveal his sharingan.
"Well then let's start" zabuza said as the mist enveloped them as the sounds of metal against metal could be heard.
(Fire style: Fire ball jutsu) Kakashi said as he blew out a large fireball at zabuza who dodged and tried to slash at Kakashi who jumped away and tried to make hand seals for a ration jutsu but zabuza interrupted him with 2 water clones who appeared on both of kakashi's side.
the two clones cleaved Kakashi in half the Kakashi poofed into smoke as Kakashi appeared in front of zabuza a kunai with lightning chakra coursing through it and tried to stab him but zabuza blocked with his kubikiribocho and kicked Kakashi away "hmm you are not as strong as the bingo book says hatake Kakashi" zabuza said as he started making hand seals for the water style water dragon jutsu Kakashi copied zabuza and blurred through hand seals and they both said in the same time (Suiton: Suiryuudan) as two water dragons appeared and clashed eventually Kakashi overpowered zabuza and the water dragon smashed into him slamming him against the bridges railings which is amazingly able to not break that railing must have been tough kakashi thought with an amused face the zabuza that slammed into the railing turned into water as Kakashi looked around trying to find zabuza he felt a presence coming towards him in a fast speed he looked towards it and saw kubikiribocho coming towards him but he didn't have enough time to dodge or perform a substitution 'shit I guess I have to die here' Kakashi thought closing his eyes waiting for the pain to come but it never did he opened his eyes to the sound of metal clashing against metal and see Naruto with a chakra rod blocking kubikiribocho and zabuza staring at Naruto wide eyed Naruto kicked zabuza away with the shinra tensei for extra force as he looked at Kakashi.
"You alright sensei?" Naruto asked Kakashi nodded.
"Yeah let's finish this" Kakashi said as he and Naruto started walking to zabuza who is on the ground coughing up blood as Kakashi is about to make the only jutsu he created Raiton: Raikiri a voice stopped them.
"Ha! The demon of the hidden mist defeated by a punk what a waste!" a midget said as he appeared with a mob of thugs.
Zabuza glared at the midget "Gato what are you doing here?" zabuza asked with a snarl.
Gato smirked "well you are too expensive so I am going to kill you men kill him leave the girl with the indigo hair alive so I can have some fun with her" gato said.
Suddenly the air grew cold as naruto's KI flooded the entire bridge making all of its occupants except Naruto Hinata and the hunter nin of course shiver in fright gato falls to the ground sweating profusely as he backed up "Men kill the kid all of them I don't care what you do just kill them!" he shouted as he backed away further but the mob couldn't move because of fear.
Kakashi shivered 'man he is so overprotective can't blame him though' he thought.
'man that kid is overprotective of his girlfriend can't blame him though' zabua thought the same thing unknowingly as kakashi.
Naruto glared at the mob and shoot fireballs towards the sky as lightning started to appear 'oh shit he is that pissed off to perform 'that' jutsu' Kakashi thought shivering even more zabuza noticed this "what are you scared about Kakashi?" he asked Kakashi looked at zabuza seriously "he is performing an S rank jutsu he created himself" Kakashi said and zabuza gulped and nodded turning back to Naruto who had made lightning on his hand and a lightning dragon appeared ready to attack at naruto's command.
(Raition: Kirin.) Naruto said as he brought his hand down and the lightning dragon roared before it struck down at gato and his men obliterating them and making a huge crater on the bridge.
"HOLY SHIT" zabuza yelled in fright his eyes wide as he saw the massive lightning dragon literally obliterate gato and his men Kakashi chuckled.
"Well he is overprotective but I think that is a bit of an overkill" he said looking at Naruto who is carrying the unconscious Hinata bridal style and walking towards them a shadow clone carrying the hunter ni who is unconscious too.
"Well since gato is dead I guess I don't have to kill you all now not that I can kill the blonde he just obliterated half of the bridge after all" zabuza said as Naruto reached them.
"Well Naruto let's go the mission is complete well almost as you have destroyed half of the bridge and we have to stay longer" Kakashi said glaring at Naruto at the last part Naruto chuckled sheepishly and shrugged lightly "meh I can always make the materials needed for the bridge with my asura path and all" he said grinning Kakashi sighed and nodded.
'so what about zabuza and haku?' Naruto asked Kakashi who is thinking about it and opened his mouth to speak but Naruto beat him to It as he just got an idea.
"How about you come with us back to Konoha?" Naruto asked to zabuza who is wide eyed at such a thought he didn't even think about it ever in his life as a missing nin in joining another hidden village he nodded in acceptance he didn't want to live his entire life getting hunt down "what about your hokage though are you sure he will accept?" zabuza asked uncertain.
Naruto shrugged "I already sent a summon to him he will be back in a few hours as jiji has to go over it with the council" zabuza nodded as he stood up but winced as his ribs back hurts Naruto sighed and activated his rinnegan and summoned the king of hell using the naraka path the king of hell opened it's mouth and zabuza jumped back alarmed Naruto sighed again "enter it's mouth it will heal you" he said placing haku in zabuza looked at Kakashi who nodded zabuza nodded still on guard and entered it's mouth the king of hell closed it's mouth and started 'chewing' and after a few seconds later it opend it's mouth to reveal zabuza perfectly fine with no wounds at all and the hunter nin who is now conscious and he too has no wounds "haku you can remove your mask" said zabuza and haku nodded removing the mask showing a feminine face but otherwise still look male haku bowed his head in shame and guilt "I am sorry for killing your friend Naruto-san my clone didn't mean to strike at her artery just making her fall on a death-like state" he said expecting Naruto to kill him but was surprised when he walked up to to him and pat his shoulder "it's okay I revived her" he said smiling.
Haku looked at Naruto incredulously well all of them are looking at Naruto shocked that he said that he said it so casually as if just talking about the weather.
"What? How!?" Kakashi asked looking at Naruto he then shook his head "never mind that let's just go" Kakashi said sighing he is getting too tired of naruto's tendency to be unpredictable what was next he go fight Uchiha fucking madara and orochimaru in the same time while there was a war going on and won? Ha that is impossible even for naruto… right?
A Few Hours Later Tazuna's house Night Time
Naruto sat Hinata down on her bed she is still unconscious and will probably not awoke in a few more hours he sighed tiredly he had a long day he stood up to leave hinata's room when he felt a tugging at the hem of his shirt forcing him to stop and looked back to see Hinata still asleep but muttering something but he heard it clearly as he had advanced hearing and his other senses heightened "please stay" she muttered and Naruto blushed but nodded "okay Hinata-chan" as he stepped forward to bring a chair but was surprised when Hinata pulled him to her bed and snuggled into his chest he blushed furiously as he talked to his friend in his mind.
'Kurama help! I don't know what to do' he said freaking out kurama seeing naruto's situation started laughing while thinking 'Well Well I guess I didn't have to force him to kiss her when the time is just right' Naruto seeing that kurama isn't helping just sighed and exited his mind scape and decided to just sleep not knowing Kakashi is watching him giggling perversely 'I guess I didn't have to push him into Hinata when they are sparring' he thought as he goes into his own room shared with his team still chuckling but when his team heard him chuckle they started sweating and definitely getting the wrong idea that they will be training tomorrow and more harder they still remember the time Kakashi taught them the waterfall climbing and all the kunai that came dangerously near the male's privates and to sakura's absolute horror her hair they all shivered oh the horror they all simultaneously thought as they backed away from Kakashi.
The next day
Hinata sighed contently as she snuggled into her pillow that is incredibly warm and that is beating? Wait does pillow have a heartbeat she opened her eyes slowly to see the sight of naruto's sleeping face in front of her didn't I supposed to be dead is this heaven?' she thought blushing heavily and didn't notice Naruto woke up Naruto noticing Hinata is awake and is staring at him while blushing blushed too as he smiled sheepishly "hey hinata-chan" he said rubbing the back of his head a nervous tick he got according to Kakashi from his dad Hinata hearing Naruto was snapped back to reality she then smiled dreamily "Oh yeah I am in heaven" she said giggling and burying her head on his chest Naruto seeing this blushed heavily "umm… Hinata-chan you are not in heaven you are alive" he said chuckling nervously when she heard it she stopped as she started blushing blood red and Naruto could have sworn he saw steam rising out her ears "EEEKKK" Hinata squeaked loudly and then fainted Naruto just sweat dropped he hadn't seen Hinata faint in years he sighed as he lifted up Hinata and moved her to the side and got up he then heard perverted giggling on the other side of the door he sensed the chakra but knew it is Kakashi.
He sighed then grinned evilly and activated his rinnegan and started walking towards the door suppressing his chakra so Kakashi can't sense him once he is a few feet from the door he phased through it using kamui as he brought out a chakra rod oh how he loved those things "oh Kakashi…" Naruto whispered as he fully came out grinning evilly Kakashi started sweating "what did I say about the pervertness when your around Hinata-chan?..." he said Kakashi started sweating profusely 'oh shit' he thought as a paralyzing seal was placed on him and Naruto placed him on a genjutsu that is about guy and lee on a bikini using the sunset genjutsu with him on the middle he started screaming horrified outside the genjutsu Naruto is cackling madly oh how he loves to torture people with the sunset genjutsu bikini version he ended the genjutsu after a few minutes once the genjutsu ended Kakashi is shivering while glaring weakly at Naruto who laughed and walked to the kitchen to get some food he greeted tsunami, tazuna, and inari who smiled at him "morning onii-chan" inari greeted him back with a happy smile Naruto smiled at inari and ruffled his hair making the child pout "morning to you too inari" he said as he sat down to eat Kakashi joining him but look a little pale.
"Are you ok Kakashi-san?" tsunami asked concerned as she noticed that Kakashi is pale.
"it's nothing tsunami-san" Kakashi said smiling weakly and mentally shivered the image of lee and guy hugging him.
"If you say so…" tsunami said unconvinced but decided not to pry.
"By the way where is your team? And where is zabuza and haku?" Naruto asked Kakashi who shrugged "they ate before me and then trained their chakra control they will be back in a few hours and as for haku and zabuza they are still sleeping" Kakashi answered and Naruto nodded and just as he is about to continue to eat his food Hinata joined them she has a slight red tinted to her cheeks "morning" she greeted them and sat down to eat.
After they finished eating Naruto decided to take a walk around the woods to relax and Hinata decided to join him as they walked Naruto noticed Hinata getting more nervous he sighed knowing why he clearly remembered her confession he didn't often use kurama's chakra as it has a chance of making him forgot some certain events so he used it only on dire situations and he decided to ask jiraiya for the key when he comes back and kurama agreed with him he didn't want to be stuck in his cage anymore as it is tight and has not much room to move around Naruto sighed as he decided to confess his feelings too he didn't want to make Hinata uncomfortable and nervous as it is "hey.. Hinata?" he asked she squeaked but managed to calm herself enough to answer "ye-yes Naruto-kun?" she asked 'damn she's that nervous to stutter well I can't blame her' he thought but smiled at her.
"about that… confession you made.. in the fight with haku" he said slowly and she blushed heavily starting to realize that Naruto her crush since she met him is about to confess "did you mean it?" he asked but in the inside he knows she means it.
"H-hai I mean it I have a crush on you since I met you I had love you I just didn't want to say it because I was afraid you will not accept my feelings so if you don't like me it's okay you can love another girl even if it pains me to see you love someone else but it's okay at least I got to tell you so if you just want to stay as friends it's okay." She said as tears come to her eyes and she looked down expecting him to reject her but was surprised when she felt a finger lift her chin up she saw Naruto staring at her with a small smile.
"Hinata-chan don't say that I know you love me and I love you too and for a long time too so please stop saying that" he said kissing her forehead she blushed at the contact but nodded as Naruto pulled back she looked up as their heads start to inch closer and their lips met in a soft kiss they pulled back after a few seconds as they smiled at each other "well then let's head out shall we?" he asked and she nodded as they headed back never noticing Kakashi standing In a tree out of their field of view 'jiraiya-sama will be happy about this news' he thought smiling at their retreating forms.
After a few days team 7, zabuza, haku, and the new couple headed back towards Konoha as tazuna watched their retreating forms with a small smile "so what should we name this bridge?" a worker asked "how about the great Naruto bridge?" inari asked tazuna smilled that is a good name he nodded "the great Naruto bridge it is" he said smiling and the whole village agreed.
Well that concludes the wave arc it's a short arc I know and the ship finally happened well that is all next arc chunnin exams bye! Crypt0 out!
