I saw an episode of Amphibia that made a huge reference to Gravity Falls. So I've decided to make the first official crossover between those two shows. Enjoy! I don't own any characters except my OC.
In Gravity Falls, Oregon, Dipper and his twin sister Mabel were getting ready for a whole week of camping in the wilderness with their friend Nikita. She had suggested that it would be a good idea to take a break from mystery solving and get some fresh air. She told them that she would bring some of her other friends along with them as well. The Pines twins were really excited to go camping for a week. They couldn't wait to do all of the fun camping activities with their friend.
"Oh, this is so exciting!" Mabel shouted. "Yeah! I'm really excited for this week. A whole week of camping out in the wilderness." Dipper said. "I can't wait to experience all the exciting activities we'll be doing."
Suddenly, a portal opened and the twins' friend Nikita came from the other side. She had already brought her backpack filled with supplies for their trip. She was really excited to start their week-long camping trip with one of her favorite twin siblings in the multiverse. Dipper and Mabel were really happy to see their good friend too. They couldn't wait to begin their camping trip with her. They were also really excited to see her other friends as well. They were going to join them on the trip to the campgrounds on the mountains in another world.
"Hey, Pines twins! Who's ready to get this camping trip started?!" Nikita shouted in excitement. "We are! We are!" Mabel shouted. "And I've got the survival guide for our trip." Dipper said. "I'm pretty sure we won't need a survival guide, Dipper." Mabel said. "Trust me, this guide will be necessary for surviving in the wilderness." Dipper said.
As the twins almost finished packing their supplies for the trip, Nikita gets out a map for the place they'll be camping out in. She wanted to make sure they were fully prepared for the whole week they'll be camping together. Also, Nikita was really excited to introduce Anne Boonchuy and the Plantars to the twins and Grunkle Stan. But she wanted to make sure they were properly introduced to each other, she didn't want things to become awkward between the two groups. She also wanted to make sure that the camping trip goes extremely well. But Nikita also knew that they might end up in some sort of predicament or situation that she'll have to save them from.
"Alright, do you both have everything you'll need for the trip?" She asked. "Almost. Gotta get Waddles, can't leave him behind." Mabel said. "Gotta get my journal too. Can't leave without it." Dipper said.
As her brother went to their room to get his book, Mabel grabs Waddles's leash and went to go get her pet pig. As soon as the twins left the scene, Nikita looked at the suitcases they packed. She wanted to make sure they packed everything essential for their camping trip. She didn't want to leave anything behind or they'd be in big trouble. Nikita also wanted to make sure Anne and the Plantars didn't forget any of their camping equipment either.
"So, is everyone almost ready for the big camping week?" Nikita asked. "Dude! I've got all the supplies for the trip." Soos said. "Are you sure you've got everything? You didn't forget anything important?" Nikita said. "You know what? Maybe I should check the bags again." Soos said.
While Soos was busy checking the bags, another portal opened and Anne appeared from inside it. Nikita was surprised to see her friend so early, she wasn't expecting to see Anne so soon.
"Anne! I wasn't expecting you so soon." Nikita said. "Oh! Yeah, Hop Pop sent me here early so we can get a head start." Anne said. "Well that makes sense. Got to be fully prepared for anything." Nikita said. "So, where are the Pines twins? I'm dying to meet them." Anne said. "They'll be out here soon." Nikita said.
Suddenly, Grunkle Stan and Wendy came outside with a bunch of boxes. Soos arrived from behind them with the camping supplies in his arms.
"Dudes! I checked the bags twice and they're all set for the camping trip." He said. "That's great, Soos." Nikita said. "Hey, Nikki. Who's your friend?" Wendy asked. "This is Anne Boonchuy. She's going camping with us." Nikita said. "Hi! Nice to meet you." Anne said. "Same here." Wendy said.
A few seconds later, Dipper and Mabel came running outside with Dipper holding Journal 3 and Mabel carrying Waddles. She put Waddles down on the floor and placed his collar around his neck.
"We're here and we got the journal." Dipper said. "And don't forget about sweet old Waddles!" Mabel said cheerfully.
Anne walked over to the twins and introduced herself to them. Nikita walked right next to her.
"Hey! I'm Anne Boonchuy." Anne said. "I'm Dipper and this is my twin sister, Mabel." Dipper said. "I'm super excited to meet you." Mabel said. "I believe you'll all get along just fine." Nikita said. "I hope you'll like the Plantars too. They're a really nice family." Anne said. "I'm sure we'll get along nicely once we get to know them." Dipper said.
While Anne and the twins conversed with each other, Nikita walked over to Grunkle Stan, who was supervising Soos and Wendy on making sure all the camping equipment were in order.
"So, Stan. How goes the preparations?" She asked. "Seems like you've got everything you need for your trip with my niece and nephew." Stan said. "Yup. Sure looks like it. I think this is gonna be the best camping trip ever." Nikita said. "That's what everyone says before something goes horribly wrong." Wendy said.
Nikita knew that Wendy was right, anything could go horribly wrong on their camping trip. Gravity Falls was a very weird place and Amphibia was full of dangerous creatures too. But she knew all the dangers of camping as well.
"Well, I'm fully prepared for any scenario that could happen on a camping trip." She tells Wendy. "Yeah, I'm sure you are. Besides, I've seen the twins in action plenty of times. They can handle anything." Wendy said.
Anne and the Pines twins heard their conversation and decided to give their own opinions on the trip.
"Mabel and I have been through a lot together." Dipper said. "Yeah! We've fought monsters, met magical creatures, and saved this town from paranormal activity." Mabel said.
Both siblings had high hopes that this trip would be a blast. They knew that as long as they had each other and Journal 3, they can overcome any obstacles that comes their way.
"That's great. I've been through a lot as well with the Plantars during my time in Amphibia." Anne said. "I can't wait to meet them! I'll bet they're just as fun as you are." Mabel said. "Oh I'm sure you'll get along just fine." Anne said.
Nikita goes over to check on the supplies to make sure they didn't miss anything important.
"It looks like we're all set and ready for our trip." She said. "Well, guess this is goodbye." Dipper said. "Yup! Time to go camping with our friends." Mabel said. "Goodbye, dudes! I'll always remember you." Soos said. "Stay safe and take lots of pictures." Wendy said. "And don't forget to avoid scammers as well." Stan said. "We will." Dipper said. "Bye!" Mabel shouted.
Nikita uses magic to open a portal to their destination. Everyone got their belongings together.
"Ready, everyone?" Nikita asked. "Ready!" Anne and the twins shouted. "Then let's go!" Nikita said as they all went through the portal.
